NLRB Considering Mandate For Businesses To Give Employee Phone Numbers To Union Bosses

Peter Schaumber appeared on Neil Cavuto's show to discuss the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) big labor-friendly agenda. Board Chair Mark Pearce is moving forward with a series of regulations that will make it much easier for union bosses to win elections in the workplace. One controversial proposal mandates businesses surrender employee phone and email contact information to campaigning union heads.

WOW – there goes all of one's privacy. Unbelievable!

CasualMeyhem   January 27th, 2012 - 10:37 am

BS! The only reason for this is to harrass people into doing what the unions want. Such as…

VOTE OBAMA!
OR ELSE!

EricBrodin   January 27th, 2012 - 10:38 am

Why would they want that info? So they can go to their homes and terrorize their children?

45coltauto   January 27th, 2012 - 10:45 am

If a Union boss called me I would agree to meet him and then blow his head off, for invasion of privacy. Union bosses should have a Bounty of $5 on them. The leftist members of the NLRB should have a $10,000 price on their un American heads. They are enemies of any Freedom loving person.
Death to Tyrants !

IronTigersVet   January 27th, 2012 - 10:49 am

Can you say: Invasion of Privacy???

Deusexmachina   January 27th, 2012 - 10:50 am

Makes 'card-check' seem a little tame….

IronTigersVet   January 27th, 2012 - 10:50 am

Pretty much.

It would make the intimidation process go quite faster.

Iamwitheileen   January 27th, 2012 - 10:51 am

And this…America…is the reason that the NLRB should be done away with! This is nothing more than trying to control another of our privacy rules by getting phone numbers to harass us and nothing more!

I give my number to only those I want to have it…get it? They better get it too!

MICHIGAN SEIU STEALING MEDICAID PAYMENTS FOR UNION DUES!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4g9ILNUr_8&fe...

GET YOUR UNION DUES REFUNDED IF THEY ARE NOT USING THEM PROPERLY…Republican Saul Anuzis (a former member of the Teamsters) announced the launch of a new website specifically designed to give union members assistance in getting refunds for the portion of their dues used on politics. It is not “anti-union,” it is a site with one purpose—to help union members who do NOT want their dues money used on politics, regardless of party.

notfooledbydems   January 27th, 2012 - 10:53 am

Jimmy Hoffa is alive. If you are in a union, buy a gun. Hell, buy 2 or 3.

GUNNYG   January 27th, 2012 - 10:57 am

If the union maggots call my house or come visit me, they'll be hung up on or greeted by me and my auto-shottie and then given a 10 second headstart to GTFO off my property.

No kidding, Deuse. By Gawd, our Fed Gov't is like a 24/7 "Girls Gone Wild" …anything goes.

The individual States really need to to start secession procedures. Is the only way we can preserve what few liberties and freedoms we have left …not to mention some semblance of sanity.

Jhod404   January 27th, 2012 - 11:02 am

Every single one of those Board members should be hit in the face with a freggin chair

Wesley69   January 27th, 2012 - 11:03 am

This is bull-crap!! This is what we will see if Obama gets another term. Unions will be totslly out of control. The NLRB needs to be purged of these Radicals, but that will only happen if a Republican President is elected in 2012. This is the only way to control a bureaucracy that thinks its a law unto itself.

gb_in_tx   January 27th, 2012 - 11:04 am

Why limit it to union members? Buying a gun or 3 is good advice for just about everybody.

urinthematrix   January 27th, 2012 - 11:05 am

I'd say that makes it official: we live in a soft tyranny. If you own a non-union business, you're an enemy of the State.

Navy Gentleman   January 27th, 2012 - 11:06 am

I consider it to be a bad idea.

My thinking is that Unions are not compatible with liberty.

fullmetaltexan   January 27th, 2012 - 11:10 am

Can those of us American's that proudly produce value get together and arrange to take a week off in early October?

Czynik   January 27th, 2012 - 11:12 am

Union elections should be held somewhere other than the union office and supervised by someone other than union officers exclusively. The employees work for the company, not for the union, and their rights as employees to have an honest election process should be protected.

Wesley69   January 27th, 2012 - 11:12 am

This is a good reason for a federal right to work act. I would prefer each state adopting its own right to work act to control the power of unions. With the NLRB in stacked with Radicals, they'll try to give each company's cookie jar to the unions. The result will be no cookies for anyone. Oh, I forgot – unions bailouts, because they helped kill the goose that laid the golden eggs.

Deusexmachina   January 27th, 2012 - 11:13 am

I just had a vision of Pelosi lifting up her blouse…..

and Clinton in a wet pantsuit contest….

Whats_Up   January 27th, 2012 - 11:23 am

Not only is that disturbing, but it conjures up other disturbing visions from Bawney Frank to FLOTUS. Thanks a lot …I need to go throw up now.

BTW – my first reply to you was inhaled by the PC ID Police for "review".

freedomliberty13   January 27th, 2012 - 11:40 am

I predict that the next NLRB mandate will be that each worker MUST join the union, but may petition to leave after they have been dead for at least 5 years and have voted in several elections for Democrats while deceased.

Deusexmachina   January 27th, 2012 - 11:42 am

You'd be surprised at how much editing I have to do before I hit submit…..

Whats_Up   January 27th, 2012 - 11:47 am

The word "W00kie" has been banned when used in context …oh, it has been banned – period. This is my second submit.

It's a basic starter kit: 1 conceal-carry pistol, 1 general-protection pistol, 1 car-safety pistol, 1 bed-side protection pistol, 1 anti-home-invasion shotgun and 1 sporting rifle just to have fun.

Deusexmachina   January 27th, 2012 - 11:58 am

It didn't take them long to get rid of that picture of the FLOTUS and her hairy cousin at the Whitehouse party…

RogueGovernment   January 27th, 2012 - 12:01 pm

Sounds exactly like something the NAZIs would do. No secret ballot, union bosses with employee phone numbers…Heil the Democrazis!

Koropokkur   January 27th, 2012 - 12:06 pm

Not until we have a full list of Phone Numbers, emails and addresses of all the Union Bosses and the NLRB!!!

Whats_Up   January 27th, 2012 - 12:13 pm

Hmm, guess we should resort to the word "Chubaka".

Deusexmachina   January 27th, 2012 - 12:40 pm

They'll eventually flag every permutation….

even_steven   January 27th, 2012 - 12:46 pm

The NLRB "mandates"? They can "mandate" all they want, but until I see the law passed by congress that says I have to disclose ANYTHING to the NLRB, those bureaucrats can go pound sand. All these rules and regulations with the "force of law" created by bureaucrats are NOT laws, and I will NOT comply.

Harlo   January 27th, 2012 - 12:47 pm

So, let's say a union member supports the "wrong" union boss running for office, does this mean that some union thug could show up at they're home to "persuade" them to change their vote?

MarxTards   January 27th, 2012 - 12:49 pm

Seig Heil! The new President in 2013 needs to dissolve all Public Sector unions via Executive Order. The new President MUST get a reign over the NLRB, because they are out of control.

sofakingmad   January 27th, 2012 - 1:03 pm

TJCrane_NCC1701   January 27th, 2012 - 1:05 pm

Either that or type "FLOTUS" like Baba Walters, FWOTUS ;-)

tiredofdemslies   January 27th, 2012 - 1:07 pm

This administration is the most EVIL ever!! They are so entangled with the unions it is pathetic. I'm not going to give them crap. I'll close my business first.

Nightfly24   January 27th, 2012 - 1:16 pm

Can anyone spell INVASION OF PRIVACY? The NLRB is no better than the union thugs. Will they also give them the names of employees spouses and children? This has to be the most corrupt administration in history. They have the audacity to pull their shenanigans out in the open because they know the Liberal media won't report a word of it. Disgraceful. I'm proud to be an American but I'm ashamed of my government.

Whats_Up   January 27th, 2012 - 1:18 pm

LOL – did Baba Wawa really do that? Funny. Wonder if she, too, looks to FLOTUS as the W00kie …

LibertyWriter   January 27th, 2012 - 1:23 pm

What does the NLRB have to do in a right to work state such as Texas? Not much.

Libtard   January 27th, 2012 - 1:33 pm

Yes.. but can you say the same for your employer?

Libtard   January 27th, 2012 - 1:34 pm

GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out). Make sure that if they require information, that they get the WRONG information.

WyckHolland   January 27th, 2012 - 1:45 pm

They are not called "Union Thugs" for nuttin'.

TxDude   January 27th, 2012 - 1:45 pm

Under who's authority and under threat of what for non compliance?
Where is my Representative in this process?

TJCrane_NCC1701   January 27th, 2012 - 2:31 pm

That would be darn funny if she typed the same way she spoke wouldn't it !!! Just think though, if people typed like they spoke then "all boy" chat rooms would need valve stems (http://image.dhgate.com/upload/spider/b/240/021/b_35gaaq021240_1.jpg) to let the excess "S"s out before the site crashed, Sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss,

Iamwitheileen   January 27th, 2012 - 3:12 pm

The National Labor Relations Board…is the arm of the Union 'goons' in ALL states!

If unions operate in Texas…they have lots to do with your state and this regulation will include Texas also…even those 'right to work' states!

Get it?

fande3rls   January 27th, 2012 - 3:22 pm

LibertyWriter   January 27th, 2012 - 4:16 pm

Knowing this administration you would probably be put on death row.

Iamwitheileen   January 27th, 2012 - 8:11 pm
