Huckabee pardoned prisoners that were later released and killed those cops a few years ago. Huckabee says what people want to hear. Something about him just doesn't seem right. I want to trust him but I have a gut feeling a cannot shake.

An incomplete list of recent NEWT lies

1) He said that he had multiple witnesses that would testify that Newt did not ask for an open marriage.
Later on it was revealed that they were his two daughters and were not in a position to know for themselves
everything that Newt said to his ex wife privately. At best they would only be character witnesses and would'
not be considered witnesses in the legal sense, beyond that.

2) Newt said Nancy Reagan claimed that Ronald said that he "passed the torch (of conservatism) to Newt."
As it turns out, Nancy was referring to all of the Republicans in the house at that time, and was not singling out
Newt. Newt purposely misquoted what she said and took it out of context and conveniently left out the 176
other Republicans that had the torch passed to them as well.

3) Newt claimed that he confessed his sins when he was deposed during the divorce. As it turns out, he
was never deposed during his divorce.
