They used the same Israeli film crew who were set up to capture the planes striking the WTC and were seen jumping for joy while the buildings collapsed.

Assuming that this is an actual film of the event, it looks like all the people on the boat were doing was employing the “deadly force” of water.

The obvious question of why Turkey expected to be allowed to literally invade Israel was not questioned in the media at all though it was an obvious test to see if Israel had the clout to stand against such an affront to its sovereignty. Israel is used to attacking unarmed ships like the USS Liberty and getting away with it.
There is no doubt that the flotilla was out to antagonise the Israelis, and there is also no doubt that, as usual, the IDF over-reacted, allowed themselves to be baited, and also landed soldiers on private, technically unarmed civilian ships in National Waters. This is known in International Law as an Act of Piracy. Since there are also reports that the IDF attacked the ships with stun grenades, how do we know that this particular grenade was not a “returned” stun grenade? We don’t. These films are useless for anything other than getting people fired up and do nothing but uphold preconcieved notions of “what happened”

Here are the facts:
1) Israeli ships warned the flotilla, said they would be boarded if they continued to try to get passed the legal blockade. They were given the option to turn around, be boarded, or go to an assigned harbor to be checked by IDF (Israel) or the UN forces.
2) Israeli Commandos came with paintball guns, knife, and side arm just in case.
3) When they hit to deck they were beaten, almost to death, now a few are in the hospital.
4) The flotilla was prepared with Hamas supporting journalists 20 of them.
5) They stated that either they make it or they will be favored by the media (as is happening)
6) The video on the ship is very biased and shows the commandos and not the army of “humanitarian”/”peacekeepers”
7) Remember Egypt also had a blockade into Gaza doing the same thing, checking the supplies for weapons to keep Israel safe.
This flotilla was funded by IHH which is connected to Al-Qaeda, and many more terrorist groups. Other terrorists involved, Bill Ayers wife, and other terrorist activists and anti-semites.

Fox news just had the prime minister of Israel on giving his speech and defending their actions and showed this video amongst others,I flipped the channels to see who else was showing it,CNN,MSNBC,HLN..not one of them was showing it,not a one.

The flotilla ship and other ships were and have been warned previously by Israel and they ignored them. Israel on previous ships have found massive amounts of weapons, so they were not taking any chances. Why is Israel hated so much and the palestinians can do no wrong?

Well Sandy, you must go to the kmichaels school of logic. Is FOX showing this film 24/7? How do you that these other stations did not show this film clip earlier or will show it later? It sounds like you don’t have a clue to what is happening around you. The reality is that this film clip shows nothing and the helpful Israeli labels are not convincing. If the Israelis don’t want stun grenades falling on their soldiers perhaps they shouldn’t try to throw them onto the deck of a ship.

I’m very concerned with the direction this is taking. Late last year it was reported that the number one selling book in Turkey was “Mien Kampf”. This came as a shock to me, but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised since Turkey’s role in WWII is mixed. What’s frightening is the combination of events. Iran’s mouth piece has been putting out for a long time now that he intends to see Israel cease to exist. Taking him at his word has certainly not been difficult since his actions speak loudly with the constant supply of arms, terrorist training, and insurgents to the Palestinian Hamas and others has not been seen to decrease. I highly suspect a ChiCom role in this as well. With murderous trash from around the world making their litany against Israel I fear there is a real danger of repeating the Holocaust. Pray that we here in the U.S. and our allies don’t let this happen again.

If the U.S. was to board a ship they would use the coast guard with big guns on their decks and if this incident happened they would use the guns and sink the ship. Is there any measurable difference – both blockaide main thrust – to stop the shippment of arms to those whose main course is agression that will serve their own appetite.
The blockade was legal according to international law. Crossing the blockade without permission was illegal. Boarding the boat for inspection was legal as it was illegally crossing the blockade. If they didn’t want an incident and weren’t so eager to kill Jews and attempt to discredit Israel they could have allowed the inspection and gone on their way.
