Women on the other hand due to estrogen are more language, verbal and social driven. This may be great at forging connections but has zero to do with the trading floor, assets, stocks, bonds etc.. Ask a Mrs. know it all about gold backwardation and what it means in terms of strength of the dollar and watch the deer in the headlights look, or watch her google the info that was written by a man.

This is nothing more than someone who believes their gender could do things better even though the core skills required are lacking. Gender differences are not a social construct, they are to the core directly related to the primary sex hormone. Now there may be some women with higher testosterone levels, but this does not mean they can/will exceed the necessary skill sets for complex logical math problems. This is not chauvinistic, rather it is a logical way of looking at things. Both genders bring necessary skills and traits to the table each with equal value. You do not see men saying we could be better networkers, better at win win negotiations, understanding and feeling empathy for all parties involved. So to see some women with an ignorant belief that they could 100% on their own without a single male's input, using their math skills, logical problem ability and problem solving devoid of all emotion is rather silly.

What she is suggesting is for men to continue all of their analyst positions while women become the CEOs and run the whole thing while the men are the subordinates subjugated and beaten. She has some serious envy issues.

I recall reading an article back in 2008 during the beginning of the market instability that spoke specifically of why more men dominate the stock markets while very few women seek jobs and to a point are “less successful" at investing. One of the interesting points made dealt with how men typically become hyper-competitive and at times over ambitious of investments while women tend to invest in what's considered "safe" investments (think energy markets). While on whole women had stable outcomes in their investments; men however, always trumped women on outcome in general due to their willingness to engage in high-risk investing.

What's truly at issue here isn't Wall Street, men, women but our federal government who fell asleep at the wheel of Fannie and Freddy as well as revoking many of the safeguards in preventing financial collapse installed during the Depression of the 1930's.
