“She came across to me as a merchant of hate”

Two HACKS from msnbc not worthy to mention Sarah Palin’s name talking Sh*t. What a surprise.

JustABill   February 7th, 2010 - 1:29 am

Do we really expect anything else from failing PMSNBC?

Snailmailtrucker   February 7th, 2010 - 1:34 am

I am surprised MSNBC didn’t attack Sarah’s kids too!
No wonder the left hates this Lady, Sarah Palin.

I just watched and listened to Sara’s speech at the Tea Party Convention in Nashville, Tn. and this woman has it all!
Bright, great speaker, exciting and down to Earth.
Her love for our country is extremely evident in what she says and in her every movement.

There is NO WAY that the Liberal Progressives could accept this woman because Sarah Palin could propel the United States to it’s former glory with her no-nonsense views of what should be done in American politics!

God Bless Ms. Palin

and….

GOD BLESS AMERICA!

tic   February 7th, 2010 - 1:35 am

If Palin’s speech would have been on kittens, puppies, unicorns and rainbows, MSNBC’s critique would have been the same.

They are still using typical Alinsky tactics. Hey ubber far left, we’ve read your playbook and we’re hip to your game plan. In this case you’re using Rule #13

Chairman Alinsky’s rules include:

1. “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.”

2. “Never go outside the expertise of your people. When an action or tactic is outside the experience of the people, the result is confusion, fear and retreat…. [and] the collapse of communication.

3. “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy. Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty. (This happens all the time. Watch how many organizations under attack are blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address.)

4. “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules. You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity.”

5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.”

6. “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”

7. “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag. Man can sustain militant interest in any issue for only a limited time….”

8. “Keep the pressure on, with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.”

9. “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”

10. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this unceasing pressure that results in the reactions from the opposition that are essential for the success of the campaign.”

11. “If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside… every positive has its negative.”

12. “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”

13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and ‘frozen.’…
“…any target can always say, ‘Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?’ When your ‘freeze the target,’ you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments…. Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the ‘others’ come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target…’
“One acts decisively only in the conviction that all the angels are on one side and all the devils on the other.”

Nothing these shills for the dems say is going to stop the overwhelming groundswell of public support for conservatives.

MSNBC loses legitimacy with every broadcast they make.

if Fox news is clobbering everyone in the ratings, aren’t THEY the MSM?

Although, most people under 40 get their news from any of the 2 dozen sources other than television. Only reason Fox does so well in T.V. ratings is that their audience is made up of spoiled baby boomers and older who can’t operate much beyond their t.v.

Mr. MSNBC Analyst — no names necessary — has offered us boilerplate Palin-hate. But I want to know: what was Reagan’s “alternative vision of where America should go.” I wish he could have been pressed to elaborated on this toss-off line.

Gee, pretty good report from a guy who hasn’t run a winning presidential campaigne for the liberals yet. Way to go, Bob…

They had this script printed up before, no way they even watched it. Myself, I was a little disappointed.

I listened to the speech,it was like warm Vanilla pudding. In the begining I was looking for Steak, red meat, at the end I was just hoping for a mini-burger with a shot of ‘Hot Sauce’. It was another general stump speech, but a ‘Masterful Exercise…in Paranoid Politics’? The only people that believed that are the ten basement dwellers that watched it on MSNBC.

Here’s the thing that gets me, MSNBC does nothing but tell you how Palin and the Tea Party people are homophobes, racists, bigots, far-right wing nuts, and more dangerous then the taliban. But they broke away from their Prison Docs to show her speech?

Just who is Paranoid here?

From one deaf politicians to a voluntarily deaf voter. The Senate will change, I have no doubt about that. Look at the states that are right now moving Republican, they are moving towards a change.

Who Trusts MSNBC. They are the liberal vision of what the left says about Fox News, without the viewers, polls saying they are the most trusted, and the third party researchers all agreeing that they were the most fair and balanced during the Presidential Campaign.

That was the closest they’ll get to a ratings bump before they die.

MSNBC=Minimum Sellout Nonsense Before Collapse

The German Gestapo did the same type of hatred propaganda against the Jews, and everyone was told and thought it was so funny; then funny turned to violence against the Jews and all other political dissidents of the day.

Is this history in the making or taking, so silent and devious that no one hears it before it’s to late?

If he thinks Palin came across that way, has he ever watched a few hours of MSNBC? Sheesh, if Palin’s a merchant of hate, the rest of the MSNBC cast must be the largest retail/wholesale distributor and producer of it.

It’s like the difference between throwing a bullet and shooting a bullet. Wait, bad analogy for the left – they hate guns.
How about this for the lefties – it’s like the difference between spending your own money, and spending everyone else’s.

Again these reprobates are under such a strong delusion that they are practically unredeemable at this point.

The Liberal Mind   February 7th, 2010 - 9:59 am

I am sick and tired of these Socialist/Communists that have stolen and distorted the definition of Liberal and Liberalism. Liberals do not endorse Socialism, Marxism or Communism. Liberals do not endorse any broad government powers that punish, restrict or impinge upon any individual, any business, or human endevor that leads to societal progress. In fact Liberals resist vehemently any government, religion or individual attempting to do so. Liberals do not accept collectivism as a means to social and economic justice. Liberalism is the belief that society can be safely founded on the self-directing power of the individual and that it is only on this foundation that a genuinely free nation be built. Establishing a true foundation that all men are created equal, regardless of color, creed, social status or personal beliefs. The rule of true Liberalism is a just application of rational thinking separate from religion, failed traditions, governments or temporary social influences. Just because Liberals and Conservatives have completely different opinions on various issues such as abortion, the death penalty, social programs, the enviroment, gay marriage, etc, that doesn’t mean the great majority of us support the Socialist/Marxist ideology of this Administration.

These Socialist/Marxists that have hijacked the Democrat Party are not Liberals. True moderate Liberals (not the Progressive Socialist/Marxist kool-aid drinkers) voted overwelmingly for Scott Brown in Massachusetts. I’m also sure that much to the chagrin of Conservatives that now think the Tea Party Movement belongs to the Republicans, there are quite a number of “Liberal” Tea Partiers.

None (or very little) of the Obama administration’s agenda is part of the Liberal Democratic agenda. I will quote John F. Kennedy who said,

…if by a liberal they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people—their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, their civil liberties—if that is what they mean by a “liberal,” then I am proud to be a liberal.”
– John F. Kennedy

I’m tired of liberal being treated as a filthy word by both parties. I’m a liberal and proud of it! I am not a Socialist, I do not believe Mao or Marx were great politica leaders. I don’t believe in closed door meetings without fair, healthy debate from both sides, I don’t believe in ignoring or doing end-runs around the Constitution to further the my political cause.

These people are not Liberals…they are Socialist/Marxists……they are Progressives. They are Democrats only because they have stolen the party away from the true Democrats.

The analysis was of Obama speech not Palin. When you listen the the context of analysis, “merchant of Hate with an O gosh smile” I think he was reflecting Obama’s presentation of the State of the Union speech. Examples: Obama talks Unity then partisanship, I want to be the unifier then damn these obstinant Republicans for not voting for my proposal and 70 minutes of a blithering tirade convincing the American people he will pass his policies “in spite” of opposition from the Tea Party, Republicans and the American voters. Pelosi sums this up with her high jump, pole vault and do what thhey want to “bypass the voters”.

BettyO   February 7th, 2010 - 10:53 am

And MSNBC has any credibility???? Try again.

lynda   February 7th, 2010 - 11:10 am

“she’s a moron and Americans know it”hmmmmmmmmm-think you got it wrong-America loves this woman-she’s no moron, she’s America-I think Sarah has many ideas on how to help unemployment, national security, energy etc-and if asked what she would do, I’m sure she can give a detailed plan, but I hardly think there is time on these shows to do so. Whatever she decides to do, I will support her; right now she’s a refreshing person who believes in America and lifts us from the depression we all feel since obama came into office. He and Carter are two very depressing people who gave this country no hope.

piperbaye   February 7th, 2010 - 11:26 am

If what they say is true, that she is a merchant of hate, then what are they so worried about? Why bother reporting anything about Sarah Palin for the 5 people that watch MSNBC? Why waste any time reporting on a rag tag group of tea partying racist? Seems like an ineffective use of their time as “news” readers. Cockroaches hate the light. They are terrified of regular people. We are a joke. Except we the people will have the last laugh.

Palen would be a good president, BUT, she has suffered a lot of battle damage. I would prefer to see her continue attacking the enemy, yes, the liberal progressives are America’s worst enemy.

They scurry for cover like cockroaches when Palen exposes them to the light of truth. Their rage boils over and they resort to their usual tactics of name calling and character assassination, they have nothing else. And to top it off she is an intellegent, thinking WOMAN! The liberal progressives’ greatest nightmares are intellegent, thinking WOMEN and intellegent, thinking BLACKS!

Americans are awake and wise to the enemy now. No matter how they re-name or re-package themselves, they are tagged as the anti-American, Socialists they are. They cannot escape, they are doomed.

Obama’s State of the Union Address.
1. Obama proposes to freeze some discretionary 2011 spending but a few sentences later announces another big spending jobs stimulus bill.
2. Obama said he wants democrats and republicans to work together but refused to consider republicans health reform proposals.
3. Obama, Pelosi, and Reid negotiated the health reform bill behind closed doors. They even had to bribe senators from their own party to get their vote.
4. Obama said we can keep our current health insurance but in the health bills are new taxes and fees imposed on insurers that will be passed on to us.
5. Obama said he wanted transparency in government but refused to let C-SPAN broadcast the health reform negotiations.
6. Obama said he is against lobbyists but has dozens working for him. Attorney General Eric Holder is a former lobbyists.
7. Obama said he disliked the TARP I&II bailouts but he voted for them as senator and expanded them as president.
8. Obama said if Congress didn’t pass the $787 billion Stimulus bill unemployment would increase to 8%. It is now over 10%.
9. Obama said he wants to drill for oil, build nuclear power plants, and build clean coal plants, but during your campaign you were against all three.
10. Obama said he wants to reduce the capital gain’s tax but during your campaign you were against reducing the tax.
11. Obama said he has created or saved 2 million jobs but the CBO says that’s false. Since you took office in January 2009, we have lost 3.5 million jobs.
12. Obama attacked the Supreme Justices because they rightfully upheld in the Citizens United Case our 1st Amendment right to free speech. You are the first president in history to use the State of the Union Address to attack the Supreme Court.

Mike   February 7th, 2010 - 5:26 pm

His administration is made up of 1960s leftist radicals, big government socialists, Chicago thugs, union bosses, liars, and incompetent boobs.

Obama was mentored and financed by 1960s leftist radicals, socialists, Chicago thugs, union bosses, and the corrupt John and Richard Daley political machine in Chicago. The American people are waking up and realize they have made a terrible mistake.

Obama is the most polarizing president in history. His modus operandi is class warfare. He revels in pitting rich against poor, whites against blacks, employers against employees and liberals (progressives) against conservatives.

This is going out to several blogs and threads because it needs to be stated:

Bottom line, -and I do mean BOTTOM line- all of you out there criticizing Palin for having a hangnail should think again before you go on to defend flop ears for being the president… because that’s where you LOSE the argument, ANY argument, completely. The bold faced temerity of all of you is beyond belief! America has as its occupant in the U.S. White House most likely the WORST president ever in our existence. Every one of you 0-holes has NO ROOM TO CRITICIZE a single aspiring political prospect right now. Most people in your place would be hiding under the sheets every morning before heading out to face the inveterate idiocy of a *leader* that you voted in, not to mention — what the U.S. has been forced to be shamed with.

You don’t like Sarah Palin? Fine! Be big enough to JUST SAY IT! And then stop there, stop right there…because every single torpid one of you uh-Os HAS ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM TO TALK BEYOND THAT!

btw, how is that hopey changey stuff working out for ‘ya?
