The problem with the mosque is this:
A large percent of the LEADERS, the people with all the power and money within the Muslim religion and Muslim states, believe that all people should be Muslim and that infidels should be put to death. They believe in utter totalitarian control over the lives of all individuals. They also believe in conquering other states for Islam. Most of the average Muslims don't subscribe to this, but they are not the ones with the power.
In order for the people building this mosque, (not the average joe going there to worship) to practice their version of Islam, they have to rob other people of their religious freedom.
That's the problem in a nut shell. Convince the American people that you need this mosque to peacefully and privately practice Islam, and that your intent is not to rob anyone else of their religious freedom.
But the goal is to push Sharia law and to change America to an Islamic nation….that's why they need a mosque at ground zero. That's the whole point. It's a Trojan horse. This has nothing to do with freedom to practice religion, it is about conquering.
