The difference between Liberals and Conservatives is, Liberals celebrate, defend and promote deviant behavior, while Conservatives know that they are wrong, whether they themselves are flawed or not. d) after the effects from CH4, N2O and CFCs are added, the ghg gw generated by nature works out to 99.72%; man’s 0.28%.
CO2:
e) In 1825, CO2 levels were higher than they are today.
f) 600 million years ago CO2 levels were 7,000ppm, 18 times higher than today.
Temperature:
g) for the last 600 million years the atmosphere has been between 12C and 22C. 44% of the time it has been AT 22C. Right now we are at 14.5C. If all the known 4,000 gigatons of fossil fuel reserves were burned and thrown into the atmosphere, CO2 levels would reach 2,450 ppm. I guess it is morally proper to destroy an embryo in an incinerator but not use it in medical research. I find it a little ironic that people who opposed embryonic stem cell research and stymied its funding now claim that “ALL stem cell successes comes from other forms of stem cells”. Perhaps if you had gotten out of the way more successes from embronic stem cell research could have followed. To claim that other sources of stem cells are as good as, or better, than embryonic stem cells is illogical since you have not yet done comparitive studies.
