“The people across the aisle from us were fooling around in their seats and they decided to go to the bathroom and fool around and they threatened the flight attendant."

Dear Breit Bart,

So “comments containing foul language will not be posted”, but you use such language in your story titles?

Your corporate parent should wash out your mouth with soap.

Ryan   November 16th, 2007 - 2:39 pm

Seriously “Nookie” is not foul, perhaps you should try it sometime you’d be in a better mood.

People are now having sex in public before even children (which should be considered child abuse). Even kids are having sex in the class room as soon as the teacher steps out of the room. Why is this? It’s because of the proliferation of pornography on the Internet. Kids see it so often that they’ve become desensitized and now think of it as any other activity… like playing base ball. The blame for this travesty is the ACLU and the Democrats who would not allow laws to be passed, or upheld, that would keep the filth off of the Internet where any child could get hooked.

Umm,

Here is a question: Why would they turn a plane around because of people having sex in a bathroom? Is that a threat to the flight? Was the plane or innocent skyscrapers at risk?

A better option would have been to file complaints for public indecency (assuming that you could easily hear them)at the destination.

Turning the plane around cost the airlines thousands of $$, and probably cost many passengers hundreds of $$.

Ken, you sir are an dunce. The fact that the Constitution protects people’s right to such things (at least according to the Supreme Court) means nothing to you, does it? Those protections aren’t there to ensure that the information you like is protected, they’re there to ensure that things you disagree with are not trampled simply because you express the majority will. But somehow it always comes back to being the Democrats’ fault. Keep drinking it. Personally, I blame James Madison for the stupid idea of protecting people’s liberties. If W had been alive back then, we wouldn’t have had to worry about the rest of the America-hating founding fathers.

As to the actual story, it’s a shame that we have made a laughingstock of ourselves by making overreaction our modus operandi.

E390   November 16th, 2007 - 5:12 pm

Marty, you are the dunce. The Constitution of the United States of America does not give you the right to assult another person on your way to have sex in a public restroom. Neither does it give you the right to have sex in public. I thank GOD ,yep I did say that 3 letter word, GOD, That our founding fathers were not goose stepping liberal wacks like yourself.

Stev   November 16th, 2007 - 5:44 pm

No Marty it is the ACLU/Democrat folks that continue to force ANY trash THEY deem OK down our throats. Not a prude but please their is a time and a place for everything. Also assualt is STILL ILLEGAL..no thanks to Dems though!

Justa Thought   November 16th, 2007 - 6:06 pm

Get frisky – assault attendant – plane turns around – “NO CHARGES will be filed”.

Seems IF they had a reason to turn the plane around – they SHOULD file charges. If they don’t who’se going to listen the next time?

If I had to be in Vegas for some reason – I’d be POed that no charges were filed.

James   November 16th, 2007 - 6:24 pm

Marty,

What if I suggested that randomly firing a .44 magnum pistol was just a way to express one’s self? According to your logic, that would be just mighty fine.

Freedom to bear arms is defined in the US Constitution.

Freedom to screw like a rabbit in public seems to be missing from the Constitution, from what I can determine.
