Becoming a PC should be every conservative’s first priority. Blogging and carrying a sign at a Tea Party or attending a town hall is great, but unless we have better leadership and candidates in the main adversary party, the Debtocrats will get returned to power. It’s all about the Constitution and all about winning the elections. The best way to restore the Constitution and to have better candidates who respect the Constitution is to join the Republican Party at the grass roots and make it happen. It’s a numbers game. The more conservatives we have in the Party in the precinct committeemen ranks, the more likely it will be that we’ll get better elected leadership within the Party and in the general elections. Michael Steele was elected not by registered Republicans but by the precinct committeemen in all fifty states.

I might give Bush the title of worst Republican president in modern times as he was pretty dem like in his policies and enforcement of the same. As we know, he had it all, congress, the senate and still managed to come out milquetoast.
Nixon was actually a pretty good president for his time. He lied like Clinton did and that wasn’t good. But Clinton got off and Nixon didn’t.

When he tried to “resurrect” himself with Habitat for Humanity and books in the late 80’s on such noteworthy topics as fishing, this wasn’t quite lucrative enough for him, so he decided to put his hand out and go on the Anti-Israel “apartheid” circuit, garnering some nice FEES from his Middle Eastern sponsors….now he makes a fool of himself all over again with Racist bullshit that anyone over age 50 knows full well HE in his political future was actually guilty of, not people who disagree with Obama’s domestic and foreign policy blunders….I hope he keeps at it because the more he talks, the more the sleeping Americans will wake up and start listening.

Carter will be looked on as one of our greatest Presidents. He appointed Volker after years of Nixon and Ford’s runaway inflationary policies. Yes folks, it was Jimmy Carter who saved the economy not Ronald Reagan. Volker applied the harsh medicine to kill inflation under the guidance of Jimmy Carter. Unfortunately, the economy had to get worse before it could get better and Carter took the blame. It was inevitable and he knew it. But someone had to have the courage to appoint a man like Volker. Surely it wasn’t Nixon. Or Ford. Certainly not Reagan.
Jimmy Carter did battle with the Iranians and launched a bold mission to free the hostages. Unfortunately it failed. The right likes to think that because Reagan was elected the Ayatollah was afraid so he freed the hostages. Sorry that’s not true either. Reagan made a deal with Iran to sell them weapons. Understand this. It was Ronald Reagan who sold weapons to the Iranians.
After the hostage crisis. Reagan sold weapons to the Iranians. Iran/Contra ring a bell with anyone? At the same time, America was arming Iraq in their war against Iran. When Saddam discovered that his ally, USA, was arming the Iranians, even as they were arming Iraq, he turned belligerent. The rest is history. Remember that photo of Rumsfeld shaking Saddam’s hand? Kissing his ass? Yeah, he was working for Reagan. But Saddam knew all along that we were also selling arms to Iran.
Carter is an American patriot. He will be recognized as one of our nation’s greatest Presidents.
Reagan’s economy was a legacy of Jimmy Carter. Reagan’s foreign policy however is found in the felled Towers on 9/11 and the mess we now have in the Middle East.
Jimmy “Hi Y’all” Carter IS the worst President, so far, but his title is under attack, for sure…ol’ Jimmy sucks up to Palestinian terrorists, South American dictators, and evil Communist empires, and gets mad at Americans who want a better life, and to have stuff…and he was really good at wrecking the US economy, as well as bringing up the nation’s spirits during the Cold War (sorry, I lied on that one)…thanks for putting my dad out of a job, Jimmy! Jimmy Carter is one of the few American Presidents the world has respected for 3 decades. His administration had 25% fewer Americans hitting the poverty level, every year he was in office. He had a significant lower GDP than any Republican President, as did Bill Clinton whereas the Republican Presidents continually raised the GDP. People thinking Carter was worse simply don’t know how to think but they know how to be brainwashed by the GOP machine and its lying propaganda machine. Never has the nation been fiscally raped more than by The Bushes – and America wants to point to Carter as the worst President. Go Figure!
