Then you don’t have to spend time on the phone begging for money, and changing your vote because somebody offered to support your next campaign. Until we get term limits in place, we are fubarred.

What came through clearly from Beck’s innept interview of Massa was that current CAMPAIGN FUND RAISING laws have lead to government of the special interests, by the special interests, and for the special interest. That only massive reform of campaign of campaign finance laws can re-align the interests of elected officials of both parties with the voters who elect them. All the other stuff discussed was bull sh*t! Yeah, Messa certainly appears to be a total jerk, but his insider take on the need for campaign finance reform is correct in my opinion!

I used to be a DEMOCRAT…I changed to the REPUBLICAN Party years ago. I have been happy as a Republican for years.
If I were a Democrat today, I would be FURIOUS. The President, Pelosi, Vice President BIDEN, Clinton, Rham Emanuel, et al…are all sickening people. i’m going through the same feelings that I had when the Clinton’s were in office. Obama is walking all over my rights, helping the bad guys take on my identity, ……etc.

As I explained to my buddy today, IMO of course, if they don’t agree with the Democrats why are they Democrats? Why are so many of them pretending to be for us? It’s like a member of the Nazi Party telling the Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals, hey, I’m for you, I just am having a hard time trying to work from within, while he votes for the funding of the death camps. I must admit I was looking for something from him to make me believe
what he had to say
I heard nothing but sidestepping,vague references,rehashed talking points
and nothing of interest.

Campaign Funding should be stopped altogether. All campaign funds should go into paying for one NATIONAL TELEVISION STATION……to be available to every vetted, qualified. candidate. Debates between state candidates, presidential candidates, press meetings, legislative and congressional meetings, Presidential addresses, etc. etc., all should be televised, on non-biased, non commentary, cameras owned by the American people…both parties and independent parties…..30 to 50 hours a week….and to run 24/7.

This is the only way to give everyone qualified a chance to campaign without
mega business influence, pay to play and backdoor dealing.

Well, as a Veteran, yeah, I agree it would be very, very hard to put up with the BS that must go on in the Congress & the Senate. Massa is obviously tired of the BS, so I don’t blame him for wanting to get out. But what will (and is) happening right now is the Demorats are smearing, smearing, and smearing him ALL OVER the old media 24/7 right now to make it look like Massa is the sole problem, not Dead Fish Emmanuel & company.

The truth about Massa will certainly come out, but I have to say, I think the whole “scandal” and media circus are equally BAD. I usually agree with Glenn Beck on a lot of issues, but I thought he did a pretty miserable job of “interviewing” Massa. Becks’ diatribe about staying on and fighting for what’s right, blah, blah, blah struck me as self-serving and smacked of Beck’s self-importance.

Massa on the other hand seemed pretty believable when he got on his rant about the democrats cramming healthcare down our throats and the corruption in DC. Who doesn’t believe Rahm Emanuel is the Devil’s spawn???? And to be honest, I could care less about his sexual proclivities. It’s DC for goodness sake where so many of these scandals have happened that WHO CARES? As for the staffer that says he was “groped” -oh please. He is just complaining about it now? And the satffer doesn’t go to the same drunken parties in DC so he can hang out with the scandalous rich and famous?

The whole thing is sickening. But I will agree with Massa on ONE thing -IT CANNOT BE FIXED! Not by one election, not by one congressman, not by all 535 members of Congress, not by the President, not by the electorate. Whether we want to face it or not, our entire system of government, financial system, and educational system is irrepairably broken. Only God is going to be able to fix this mess.

There right. There isn’t a smoking gun because it is all legal…yet completely unconstitutional.

But it’s tough when a scummy person like Massa is the whistler blower. We want to believe our whistler blowers are perfection incarnate when in normal situation they are usually very flawed people. Oh well, there are more “Massas” where he came from. Nancy, Rahm and Obama have created the perfect environment for it and now that there are platforms like Beck, Malkin, Brietbart it’s only a matter of time before Washingtonian thugs are the endangered species.
