Man Accused of Using HIV as Weapon in Lip Biting Attack

WJBK: Winfred Fernandis Jr. says he confronted Daniel Allen Oct. 18 over a football children had tossed into Allen's yard. Fernandis says Allen bit him in the face. Allen says he is HIV positive.
