I’ve lost hope, too many Americans are too misinformed, uninformed and just plain ignorant of the truth (most liberal hippie types, immigrants and minorities). It was already stated that this particular tape had the ACORN employee’s audio cut out for legal reasons. As they are already being sued by ACORN for taping in Maryland (possibly illegally) they probably don’t want to put themselves further into a legal quagmire. Whether or not this particular video’s problems(the loss of power does not make this a very substantial video) are a result of editing is up for debate.
However, they still have 4(5?) fully unedited tapes made prior to this one available on Breitbart. As such, I think they’ve got a pretty solid position on calling ACORN and its members damned liars.
Nice try, filing a police report after the fact. They lied about throwing O’Keefe and Giles out. And when the audio is allowed to be revealed – it will show full cooperation. The staffers also confirmed future appointments and gave their card. The staffers said that O’Keefe and Giles were ’shown the door’ after a few minutes – the video shows they were there for over 30 minutes. The video also clearly shows NO ‘verbal disturbance” whatsoever – unless chit-chat is now considered to be disturbing. This video has one message: “We, O’Keefe, Giles, and Breitbart – DARE YOU, ACORN – to perjure yourselves in court.”

The Philly Police Department will probably be filing charges against the Acorn Employees for Filing a False Police Report. With the new video, they have all the evidence they need to make thier case. Go Philly !!
It strikes me that the Acorn employees generally are just working within the parameters of their jobs as set by Acorn management (eg “don’t be judgemental”). That would explain the “anything is cool” consistency between their responses. Unless one is willing to lose their job over their convictions, it’s all too easy to go along with what their bosses want.
The point should be made that it is the consistency of response between Acorn employees that really implicates Bertha Lewis and her management team. They are the major bad guys here.

The point of the video is to show that ACORN management LIED about what went down in that Philly office. It clearly refutes everything that Bertha and her underlings have said about what happened. There was no verbal abuse; there was no being kicked out; there were clearly there for quite a bit more time than “just a few minutes”. Or are you going to try to say that the video does NOT show all of that, even WITHOUT the audio to confirm everything that was being said by the ACORN manager?
