WTF??   October 16th, 2009 - 12:51 pm

Well, well now. Seems the truth of the GOP right wing comes out again. THIS is the real “legislating from the bench” that you morons seem to be so against. Yet I’m quite sure you find nothing wrong or disturbing with this decision. Typical klan view on your part! Hypocrites!

hey WTF?   October 16th, 2009 - 12:58 pm

Hey, man, how do you do what you do? You are on almost every video attempting to make everything an issue about politics. You even did it with that kid who threw up… do you have a job?

quivive   October 16th, 2009 - 12:58 pm

Silly, love has no color. Sure subtle racism still exists which puts pressure on interracial marriages, however, America is moving rapidly toward the realization color of someone’s skin is meaningless The Justice does not have the ability to see into the future. Even if he is concerned over the turmoil of divorce, he should not deny anyone the right to interracially marry. . Even if interracial marriages fail at higher rates some make it. Marriage should be strengthened. It should be harder to get a license and harder to get a divorce especially when children are involved. The Divorce rate has had wreaked havoc in our society.

Well, well now. Seems the truth of the democrat left wing comes out again. THIS is the real “legislating from the bench” that us conservative are against. Yet I’m quite sure you find nothing wrong or disturbing with this decision. Typical liberal view on your part! Hypocrites!

He looks very mixed to me, and she looks like country white. (A great paint color)
I cared once about mixed Marriage being wrong, but if
some village idiot wants to spend time with another village idiot
it’s no skin off my nose.

dave   October 16th, 2009 - 1:03 pm

Hey WTF-

I’ll remember that next time someone on your side “borrows” a child for NAMBLA activities.
Doesn’t feel good to be lumped in with groups you do not believe in, does it?
Please remember that next time.

Ooops!   October 16th, 2009 - 1:25 pm

Dave,
You mean like Foley?

Ig Nernt   October 16th, 2009 - 2:21 pm

These are old fashioned southern family values. One white marries one white. Until the libtards got in the middle of things and decided knee grows could marry white women, and now Steve can marry Adam. God is going to rain fire on this earth as punishment for knee growism, communism, atheism, and homosexual pers=version.

I would guess this “Judge” is not a Caucasian.. if He were He would be in Jail by now.. No, this is of course the race that can do no wrong, even when they are going against the Law. If I am wrong, then I stand corrected but the gingerly way in which this is being handled.. is indicative of the subject matter.. and the race of the “victim (s). In this case, the Judge no doubt will have a very good reason for being racist.. Like our so called “President” who is as much White as he is Black…will take on the victim status. BTW.. Where is the official Birth Certificate? The one that most of us “citizens” of EVERY state have to have to get a drivers liscence, a pack of cigerettes (yes, the One smokes, not that anyone would ever know.. the media have done a great job at letting him have his alone time for that “Green” NO NO.) The hypocricy of the Left is on full display every day.. so enjoy the next election.

fflint   October 16th, 2009 - 3:14 pm

Sharon, you make some sense, so dont come a calling where theres liberal lunatics with all day on their hands and your tax dollar in their pocket.

Bubba   October 16th, 2009 - 5:55 pm

Obama is a product of a mixed marriage and I don’t see a problem with how he turned out-NOT!!!! This justice of the peace is onto something!

Adam   October 16th, 2009 - 6:41 pm

So.
Some people think interracial marriages, especially those involving Caucasians, is morally wrong and akin to GENOcide. Do these people not have the right to believe these things?

Red Zone   October 16th, 2009 - 6:50 pm

And they are such a lovely couple.

red carolina   October 16th, 2009 - 7:31 pm

well, he’s an old coot — okay bring in the NAACP — there is a fine organization for ya

Observantminority   October 16th, 2009 - 7:52 pm

As disgusting a piece of $h!t this justice of the peace is, at least he is an honest racist unlike the majority of the right-wing conservatives.

Oddly enough if it wasn’t for white men abandoning their white wives and running after Black women, half the Black population wouldn’t exist in the U.S. to begin with. As my Louisiana, relatives would say, “A white man doesn’t care about a Black man marrying his daughter, he only cares when a Black man marries his WIFE’S daughter.”

Shawn S   October 16th, 2009 - 8:37 pm

This is a fake story.
They were told that there is a 3 day wait before the could get married…just like everybody. The bride was rude and got beligerant to the justices’s wife on the phone and were told to go find another justice.
It had nothing to do with being interracial. The couple contacted the ACLU and they arranged a bunch of fake quotes to be published in a AP article….then the local news got involved going on the quotes from the AP article.

Shawn S   October 16th, 2009 - 8:40 pm

And for the partisan nutjobs on the left….the justice and his wife are life long Democrats. They live in a predominetly african american neighborhood and the wife babysits everyones children regardless of race.

rayOne   October 16th, 2009 - 9:52 pm

This person of god is a different version of Rev. Wright.
The networks will need to elevate this story to a national distraction.

TYM1200   October 17th, 2009 - 12:07 am

Just let the mudshark get married to that roid, they’re just gonna end up getting a bunch of cash from this whole deal

Observantminority   October 17th, 2009 - 7:47 am

Shawn S is proof that racists are usually too stupid to even make-up a credible lie.

The local news contacted the justice directly and got the quote from him. He said, “I stand by my decision, and it is my right not to marry an interracial couple. It’s wrong.”

This is judicial activism on the part of the judge in failing to follow the law. The governor has called for the justice’s immediate firing.

And you Shawn S are a lying idiot.

commonsense   October 17th, 2009 - 12:51 pm

This is some old guy who has never lived around the military who marry every color and have not problems. Bill Cosby use to hold the same belief. It’s time people STOP focusing on color and look at character.

mightymouse   October 17th, 2009 - 3:45 pm

Louisianna law states that a judge shall act without bias or prejudice when applying the law. That said, whether he does or not is a matter of legal interpretation, subject to judicial review. The judge is apparently not mandated by law to marry persons, but must act in accordance with all state and federal legislation if he decides to do so. So bottom line: The judge may have acted correctly in accordance with a strict interpretation of the law, but was nonetheless wrong on moral and ethical grounds for his refusal to marry the couple. His conduct should therefore be reviewed and appropriate action should be taken to correct this problem.

Charlie   October 17th, 2009 - 7:18 pm

Maybe the Judge is right and the Black guy should marry within his tribe. His children will be called Mulattos, which is bad

John Frost   October 17th, 2009 - 7:21 pm

Our Jails are full of them. Why would anyone want those genes passed to their children is beyond me!
That woman must know the pain she will inflict to her Mulatto kids which in turn will inflic pain to the general population.

Wesharris   October 18th, 2009 - 8:09 am

Technically he’s allowed to do that in Louisiana.
He is allowed leeway, and an opinion.

I can not believe that none of the morons on this site who make comments against the marraige do not see how ignorant you all are. You speak of the kids (mulloto’s) not being accpeted by anyone but fail to see that it is you and your type that makes this true. Without even stopping to think, if you had half a brain, would see that you help keep this type of attitude around. Ignoranced is dangerous so yes my kids should be worried about people such you. As far as the comment that God is going to pour out fire on Knee grows and homosexuals, you will be on the front row of the fire because your ignorance judgement.
