Political attacks and maintaining or regaining power have gradually become a more important element of Republicanism than the welfare of the American people. This is abundantly clear on many fronts. To pick just one example, the tax pandering of Republicans has brought about such fiscal devastation that future generations will be paying the bill – in diminished services and/or additional taxes – for decades to come. When Reagan came into office the national debt stood at less than $1 trillion. After he and Bush Sr. more than quadrupled the debt, Clinton managed to get things under control – even managing healthy annual surpluses by the end of his second term (despite having been handed a $350 billion annual deficit when he became president) – only to witness arguably the worst fiscal recklessness in our country’s history courtesy of Bush Jr. By January 2009, before Obama became president, the national debt had nearly doubled again under Bush, and the CBO projected an annual deficit (assuming a continuation of Bush policies) of more than $1.2 trillion for the fiscal year ending 9/30/09. The national debt was now a whopping $10.5 trillion, with nothing really that could be done to fix it in the midst of the Great Recession. Proving that “attack” is their default mode, Republicans even attack on the national debt issue even though their tax pandering is the primary cause of the shameful federal debt levels (now equivalent to about $116,000 per American taxpayer).

You are absolutely right to think that, but ultimately, Obama has become the President of the United States, and we should use all illegal and ethical means to remove him from office. I must admit, his bowing to a Saudi King,…can we even believe this happened? It was treasonous for sure. Obama is the Destroyer in Chief just as Michael Savage said recently! They want violence between rich and poor, black and white, citizens and immigrants. Upheaval is what will bring on marital law and it is coming via the Obama coup d’etat!

As to the answer of your single legitimate, if overly simplistic and misleading, question:

The short answer is, because the other peoples in the world, for the most part, do not wish to subvert my government, pervert my society, wreck the global economy, and ruin my way of life, and steal the prosperity of future generations of Americans. The political left in my own country, however, does. The biggest enemy our Republic faces is not in another country, it’s right here in my homeland.

To expound, let us discuss the very definition of “my fellow Americans”. For me, to be an American is not merely to have been born in that geographic region known as the United States of America. In has nothing to do with race, or gender, or age or place of birth. To be an American is to understand and appreciate the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and the founding principles of the country. These principles include independence – the right to succeed or fail based solely upon one’s own abilities efforts and fortunes; the supremacy of individual liberty over the rights of the state or the “will of the majority”; private property rights; the right to own, carry and use weapons in defense of one’s life, health, property, for the common defense, and as a last recourse to subdue a government that is hostile to the Constitution and to basic rights and security of the free People; the right to keep the wealth that you earn, not to have it stolen for the “greater good” at the tip of a government bayonet; and in general, the right to govern one’s own body and to determine one’s own actions so long as my fellow countrymen are not harmed.

For me, an American is one who believes that the Constitution does not exist to limit the rights of the citizenry, but to strictly limit the powers of the Federal government. An American is one who appreciates that America has a distinct culture, defined borders, and a unique history, and that it is admirable to preserve and defend these. Hence, in my opinion, Americanism, for lack of a better term, is more a matter of choice, than of birth. A black man who wishes to legally emigrate to my country from an oppressive country, learn our language, learn our history, defend our borders and most of all our Constitution, and who wishes to achieve all he can for himself and his family is far more an American than Nancy Pelosi is. And, based on your decision to insult me rather than have a meaningful dialogue, I suspect he would be more of an American than you are.

Part of the answer to your question also lies in the philosophy and behavior of the collectivist left in America, of which I presume you are an adherent. So-called “Progressives”, or “my fellow Americans” as you refer to them, are by and large hostile to the Constitution and founding principles described in the previous paragraph. Save for those collectivist exceptions mentioned specifically in the Constitution – providing for a standing Navy for example – collectivism and the Constitution are diametrically opposed. “Progressivism” and the Constitution are essentially designed to eliminate one another. They cannot coexist. What is know as “Progressivism” today, was called Tyranny in the days of the country’s founding.

What you incorrectly refer to as my “feelings of conspiracy and paranoid response” and hatred” are simply acceptance of the facts, and the unwillingness to lie to myself and others, in the name of political-correctness, or unwarranted optimism that it’ll all be okay after the next election. There is a life and death struggle underway, and our Constitutional Republic is at stake. And you and I have apparently chosen opposite sides. That is why you detect hatred in my statements. In your arrogance, you delude yourself by thinking that your opponents must be stupid or insane. How could they be sane if they don’t adopt your world view, right? I have merely chosen to place my unwavering loyalty with the Constitution over Progressivism in this struggle. You see that as mental illness. Your mistake.

There are several reasons for my decision to support the Constitution over Progressivism, but I will describe the two that are the most relevant to your question.

1. Generally speaking, I believe that the principles of the Constitution are the best know way for a free people to govern themselves. It is not perfect, but I believe it to be superior to that which has been proven to fail elsewhere, and to that which is being forced upon us now. If another country were to adopt these principles, and adhere to them more vigilantly than the current generation of Americans do, I would emigrate to there without hesitation.

2. Progressivism is a global movement, not just regional or national. It presumes that eventual global socialism is not only superior to all other economic philosophies, but that it’s global acceptance is inevitable. I find this world view to be breathtakingly arrogant, and very, very dangerous. The left’s mantra is “Think Globally, Act Locally”, while mine is “Live and Let Live”. Progressives listen to John Lennon’s “Imagine” and envision paradise. I envision life behind the iron curtain. They are two wholly incompatible world views, one of which wishes to, and eventually will, eliminate the other, at least within the United States.

Despite repeated efforts, I have yet to find a “Progressive” who is willing to explain to me clearly what is to be done with people like myself, who will never, ever adopt their world view. So, here’s your chance. What is to become of those of us who will die rather than bow to your collectivist will? Do you intend to re-educate us? Imprison us? Kill us? Do you really expect us to give in to you without a fight? Can you realistically expect us to live out our lives, in our own homeland, as a permanently defeated political minority, when we have, history and the Constitution – the supreme law of our land – on our side? Hint: That is exactly what the political left expects us to do, in the name of “democracy”.

As globalists, very few if any leftists in positions of power would allow the country to be divided and for us to part in peace, and govern ourselves as we see fit. That would no doubt conjure up images of the Confederate flag, the KKK, and slavery in your narrow, bigoted mind. Am I right?

Does not the very fact that you chose to diagnose me as mentally disturbed serve as evidence of your astounding bigotry? Is that not a thinly veiled attempt to put forth the image that all of us who adhere to the Constitution and who refuse to accept your philosophy should be dismissed as pathetic, ignorant untermenschen, incapable of rational thought, let alone self-governance? Of course it is. But, you vastly underestimate your own self-importance. More importantly, you underestimate your opponents, our will to survive, and our growing determination to defeat you, politically or otherwise.

Obama is DOING EVERYTHING to help Blacks.

How about you letting the Congressional Black Caucus and other Blacks know this.Maybe they will get off of Obama’s back.

Obama was a black caucus member in the Senate before winning the White House , but he has never had a close relationship with the group. In recent interviews, he has addressed their criticisms by saying he must represent the entire country, not any one population, and the best way to help low-income communities is to improve the overall economy.

This political situation has several interesting elements. At the very root of the CBC/Obama rift could be the fact that the group all-but-endorsed Hillary Clinton for president during the election race. Many in the group (and in black leadership in general) had a “wait your turn” attitude towards the then-wunderkind senator, and there could still be a lot of hateration and resentment lurking.

As far as Liz Cheney is concerned,she uses Obama as a smoke screen for her War Criminal Father.

Obama sucks. Indeed he was a huge mistake.

The Democrats, along with GWB, own this now. The Democrat Party has controlled the Congress – the “purse strings”of this nation – since 2007. The “it’s-Bush’s-fault” chant has run it’s course, and frankly, it’s beginning to wear thin.

anyways, TAXATION? Since Obama has been in office my taxes have gone in each year. rising taxes will happen, but on the rich, who have money and area way too comfortable in their big houses to start a revolution. the american revolution was about taxes on the little people, regular folk, who were taxed, with money going back to england (i.e. they didn’t get anything out of it).

but no true with Obama, the little people are getting also sorts of entitles and programs, and free stuff (like healthcare, food stamps, education, welfare checks, police and fire services, even cash in the form of tax credits).

Liz Cheney, Palin, etcc. . . are they rich people getting hurt by rising taxes. that’s why they are out trying to start an uprising, because all of the benefits of government go to the little, regular people NOT THEM.

if you listen to Rush, Glen Beck, or any body with the last name Cheney – you have to realize they are millionaires and they spewing propaganda much the same way the the right-wing Nazi party did in pre-holocaust.
