By the way, communism is a political philosophy (which is btw just as idealistic and impossible to achieve in a pure form as free market capitalism). It is not treason or against the law to say that that is your political philosophy, same as socialism, anarachism or any other political belief. Many young people who see the inequalities in our society and want to change them will pass through a radical idealistic stage before moving into more grass roots liberalism and working within the 2 party system (as it’s in the end the only way to get anything done unless campaign reform is passed and elections are no longer a corporate sponsored event). It’s hardly strange, unique or worth foaming at the mouth about.
