Democrats to unconstitutionally push a bill through that hasn’t been voted on.
I’m glad Mr. Levin is in our corner!!!!!!!! Go Mark go !!!!!!!!!!! All the

Mr. Levin shuns publicity, preferring to stay in the bunker (his home) nearly
all of the time. It’s Obama that is the publicity hound, constantly on tv
to the point that it’s sickening. He stumbled and fumbled and didn’t answer
most of Brett Baier’s key questions, i.e. whether the Connecticut deal is still
in, whether the Louisiana Purchase is still in, whether the Montana asbestos
deal is still in, and whether he supports the Slaughter rule where a bill is
sent to the President that hasn’t been voted on by both houses. In short:
Obama sucks and Levin rocks!

If you haven’t heard his radio show you need to check it out. The smartest conservative talk show host in the country and also a great sense of humor. To quote his show Mark is no back bencher.

Who is mark Levin? He’s a conservative God. I sent some money to Landmark Legal a while back after reading his book, and got a nice personal note back from him.

Just by throwing down this marker and calling their bluff, it makes it much harder for the rats to try and cheat this thing through. 36-37 states are lining up to challenge it on states rights constitutional grounds. There’s only a few hundred people in congress trying to jam this madness down the throats of 300 million people.

Mark Levin is a MORON and will have NO standing to bring an action on the healthcare bill. Even if he did have standing, he fails completely in his complaint to make a LEGAL argument as to why congress (on this occasion as opposed to the many times in the past) can’t pass a bill by deeming it. If Nancy wants to say passage of a bill will be deemed upon a majority of the members of the House walking into the chamber “dropping trou” and mooning the minority leader John Boehner, she can do it and the bill would be passed upon said action taking place. The courts have NO power to tell congress how to organize a vote, as long as there is a vote.

It is so ironic that the people who like to lay claim to being patriots who follow the strict meaning of the constitution don’t know crap about the constitution.
