We in AZ who tried to unseat McCain have already established tactics to keep him in line. In his campaign he disavowed his "Maverick" mantle, he ran commercial upon commercial demanding the completion of the "Fence". We have all contacted his office and put them on notice. In no uncertain terms he was warned not to re-establish the "gang of 14" reminding him than some of them are not going to be returning to the Senate. We congratulated him on putting the muzzle on his daughter during his campaign, and encouraged him to keep it in place. We intimated that should he return to his past tendencies we would be in his office and around his homes whenever he returns to Arizona for events. We intend to keep his feet real close the fire.

The original idea of the House of Representitives was that of "citizen legislators" hence the quick turn around in elections. There was talk of one year terms, then three year terms. The compromise was two year terms. It was supposed to be a Body most responsive to the people.

Ignoring that fact is about to drop like a hammer on many professional politicians defiling OUR HOUSE.

We have got to stay engaged.

What we as Americans need is a Constitutional Amendment giving states the power to impeach their Congressmen during their term. That and term limits would do more for this Country than anyone can imagine.

Dr. Krauthammer is fearless in his assessments…he does not turn away from what he sees based on an agenda…he looks it right in the eye and calls it the way he sees it. I admire this greatly and believe he is the embodiment of Glenn Beck's return to honor. A man that relies on himself, uses his mind each day, reports fearlessly and honestly, and goes home to sleep well at night. This is the message. Each of us taking responsibility to live honorably, work honorably, be impeccable with our own speech, and recognize and trust the process that is larger than ouselves.

We ought to be. They are, in some respects, even worse than Democrats. Do you TRUST Cantor and Boehner? I don't. I don't want them anywhere near House leadership positions. It's about the people who are citizens, and how while we are subject to the jurisdiction we can't be deprived of due process, the secured bond holders in GM and Chrysler were deprived of that when Obama structured the reorganization to his whims. There was, predictably, a yawning partisan divide on the question. Republicans by 4-1, 44%-10%, were more likely to give Obama a great deal of the blame than Bush.
