I never knew there was a fourth branch of the government. Legislative, Executive, Judicial, and EPA. Each of the check and balance each other except the EPA. And yet it is the Congress that is giving this government department so much power. The corruption spans from the Liberal and Progressive movement. There is one more group that will be given this much power and that is the HHS. There was a great article about it on http://www.americanparchment.com. They were talking about all of the power Congress would be giving this department of the government. They would have 1/6 of the economy. EPA would control 1/3, that would be 1/2 of the economy controlled by two departments of our government and yet there would be very little checks and balances.

My dad was in research & development for US Steel. The steel companies were going to modernize to keep up with the european plants we built after WWII. The EPA mandated the pollution changes that sucked all the modernizing money out of the companies. Now they couldn’t compete with newer european mills. Now I am thinking there is a third part of the plan. Destroy the country by making the country fight against itself. Very well said… I’ve been trying to get people to understand that for years. They own EVERYTHING. Your mortgage through sallie/freddie Owned by the Gov, Your bank account with all your pretty lil monies Owned by the Federal Reserve… so what do you REALLY own? Your house you say? Really… don’t pay taxes on that house for a couple of years… then tell me who actually owns that land.
This system has been setup to completely blind and utterly enslave the American population over a longggggggggggg period of time. Just because you can’t think through the end of next pay week… doesn’t mean others can’t. They’ve got you by the hoohaws and what are you going to do about it? Take to the streets? Really? How long can you survive with no food that you’re not growing on what you thought was your land? How many winters can you take in the cold with clothes that do not last? Why has nobody suggested making the EPA follow the law?
After the horrifically blatantly falsified ‘97 biannual report, Gingrich got a law passed not only requiring cost/benefit analysis of all new regulations, but inclusion of the facts and formulas used to derive those (basically a peer reviewable form) and supporting evidence and proofs for all claims and analysis done in the biannual report.
As I understand it, the EPA has never complied with that law.
Start by making them (a good first lever would be making management not have accrued any pension or other retirement benefits for the period the EPA was not in compliance)

I wonder if they will start regulating poop? They’ll probably create a regulation stating that only 10 ppm of nitrates and 20 ppm of msg can be emitted in poop. If exceeded, a filter must be plugged into point of exit. Periodic testing and metering will be conducted in order to levy fines against violators.
I don’t think voting them out will suffice. You can’t vote out bureaucracies. You need a bigger game-changer than that. Something much bigger.
