I don’t think it is over but the Blue Dogs better be ready to take the heat . If they thought is was tough during recess , just wait til the SEIU throws everything they have at them. That is what is already promised by their leader Mr. Stern.
Also, what about the Repubs like Lindsay Graham & Olympia Snow. Snow is mentioned as a key to passing the health care reform in the Senate– I don’t know but I think those wishy washy Repubs need some reminders of whom they represent.
This is no time to retreat– maybe they will be forced to pass something without the public option or better yet– have to start over with a simpler plan including tort reform, access to insurance co crossing state lines etc. It ain’t over yet otherwise Obama wouldn’t be trying to play the religion card for God’s sake.

Obama is not giving any consideration to the physicians….guess what will happen if he slams his healthcare through?? We will not have any physicians- I predict 1/3 of them will quit medicine all together- They are already sick of dealing with Medicare and Medicaid….they will not be a part of another gov’t run program! How in the world will Obama take care of the population already in the out there along with the millions more that will now have access to healthcare. Oh yea, doctors are resigning from the AMA for their decision to support Obama. Without doctors we have nothing!

Two things first he said the American people… why not say Americans, why American people. Could it be because he does not relate to Americans or does not considers himself American. The guy is off the teleprompter and a speech was not written for him and these words do matter they show disassociation and contempt.

Second, he revealed the Marxist playbook. Get people addicted to the government by taking from the productive citizens and giving to the non productive citizens and soon enough a majority of Americans are addicted to the government and Marxism is elected. Wake up people learn some history. Hitler and Mussolini were elected because they made all sorts of BS promises and divided the people. Obama is doing this to our country. He is dividing the public and giving people benefits from money that we don’t have.

If passing a big bill like this is so messy, why did it have to be done in 2 weeks.

How dare you throw Manic-Depressives in the same category as alcoholics, bulimics and
anorexics?!?! The latter three are self inflicted, and are psychological disorders.
Manic-Depressives, or more correctly people with bi-polar disorder, did NOTHING to c
ause the disorder. It is a biological disorder in that the neurotransmitters in the
brain do not function properly. BPD is as much a physical disorder as diabetes is.
I have bi-polar disorder and I am on social security disability and medicare because
of it. I couldn’t buy health insurance if I had to because of it. That does not
mean I am a fan of Obama Care. I think it stinks because unlike those in congress
and the senate who are ready to vote yes on it, I have read the entire bill.
Obama wants to take $150 billion away from Medicare and use it to fund Obama Care.
I am 53 years old and worked as a computer programmer for 28 years and paid into Soc
ial Security at a very high rate until I no longer could work due to bi-polar disord
er. The longer BPD goes without being treated, the worse it gets. If anyone ever d
served Social Security disability and Medicare, I do and I am livid that Obama would
take money away from Medicare to pay for insurance for deadbeats and illegal
immigrants. That is a total slap in the face to those of us that worked our entire
lives and paid into the gov’t supplied disability insurance and retirement income
program that federal law requires you to pay into.

At this point who really cares what the opposition wants? If you have the majority and the President is on your side why not pass the bill? We don’t need the mouthy republicans we have the votes and as mentioned above we can also count on Senator Snow and Senator Graham. They’re better than blue dogs, they’re the Democrats LapDogs.
I can’t wait until Obama shuts down talk radio and Fox News Channel. They incite negative insults and meaness, and honestly I don’t know how much longer Presdent Obama will allow these Town Hall mobs to continue. If I were him I wouldn’t put up with it.

How true. It feels great to be young, new age of voting and seeing your future blossom right before your eyes. They keep on saying the the old people who matter in these elections but it’s not at all it’s the 18-25 who matters. We’re young and we’re going to be here for a while so they will have to please us before they bow down to the old people. Move over gramps it’s our world now

Although prayer is always a good idea, it will take MORE THAN PRAYER to overcome the INSANITY that has somehow managed to take over our White House! EVERY American must demand that these ridiculous 1000+page bills STOP! We must DEMAND that the bills be read before they’re voted on, and that the American people be allowed (as promised) to read and give input on all bills before they’re voted on.

We must DEMAND that this government-option health reform be SCRAPPED and that those who SERVE US, the VOTERS who sent them to D.C., start from scratch to FIX what is broken in the health care system and LEAVE THE REST, THAT IS NOT BROKEN, ALONE! We must also demand that our MEDICAL RECORDS BELONG TO THE PATIENT, NOT TO THE GOVERNMENT, NOT TO ANY DOCTOR/HOSPITAL OR MEDICAL RECORDS FACILITY.

Our rights are eroding daily. Americans MUST demand better of those who represent us, “or else…” (OR ELSE THEY ARE FIRED!)

As a mental health professional, I also take offense to organic mental health disorders being classified with personality disorder (addicts).
Even though there is studies that show that even alcoholics and other addicts very well might have an organic base to their behaviours.
The fact is these people already have medical care provided by the taxpayers. But because of the low quality of their care most end up in emergency rooms because they don’t see a doctor often enough. They decompensate and end up costing us more. Improve the system we have now and I am sure we can this and not raise what it is currently costing us. The benefit would also be less deaths and murders of innocent people when these people get sick and delusional and kill people.

HE IS A MUSLIM OPERATIVE PLANT BENT ON DESTROYING AMERICA FROM WITHIN.
