Interesting – in my family, my wife’s job has required them to take a month of unpaid leave, no pay increases, no bonuses, and increased insurance premiums. I finally landed a new job after being out of work for more than a year – and it pays less than half of what I made before. Yet we manage to get by, with two kids. It’s not easy, but that’s life. So, excuse me if I don’t get all teary-eyed that some democrats, who aren’t proposing workable, viable solutions to any real problems can’t act civilly when the governor stops by to say hi. It is one thing to disagree – that’s fine – but this infantile behavior is the root of the problem. Boot’em all out (Repubs, Dems, whatever) every election cycle. The way i see these ferlogh days is, if you can’t live with 3 whole days off a month you are over extending your income by buying too much stuff. I waited to by my first home until I knew I could easily afford to do so. I work in the dairy ind. and we have slow times during the winter and through out the year. I worked once at an office in Dallas that was managed by a gay man. It was hell. To entertain our staff of 40 people (half of whom were gay) at staff meetings, he brought in gay strippers to wag their co**s and cu**s in our faces. There was menage a polygon going on between a half dozen of these women that blew up into a huge cat fight one day. I never saw such violence, hatred, and profanity in my entire life. The only satisfaction I got out of this job was seeing the sorry bastard manager die from AIDS he got from his so-called husband. 1. We already know you despise facts, truth and honest assessments. You can save the patronizing comments telling people they’re wrong to comment on how rude and dispicible this rude and dispicible display was. This isn’t Orwell’s 1984. The truth is not some pesky, unnecessary artifact. It is our only defense against the lies you tout in an effort to get something for nothing.
2. We see 1000 videos a day of all of you protesting some arm of the government over the fact that you don’t have healthcare, education, or jobs. Has it occurred to you to stop looking for a handout from the government and skipping the protests to go to work instead of vice versa. I have all 3 of these things. And the reason why is because while you were decrying the fact that you weren’t getting enough freebies, I was WORKING AND EARNING.
3. In light of point 2, if or when you DO finally get an education you will understand that you can’t subtract a bigger number from a smaller number. So when the state is broke, that means they don’t have any more money left to support you. Calling government officials names won’t change this. Furthermore have you thought about the endgame? What you are yelling for them to do? Because the only thing they CAN do is impose more taxes on working people just to give you more freebies. And if this is the manner in which you provide for your family and self, then you are PATHETIC.
4. In light of point 4, I can only assume this is at the root of your hate of conservatives. They want to keep their money that they earned. You want to spend THEIR money that YOU DIDN’T EARN. And somehow in your childish intellect, this means that they are the bad guys. And this dispicible, profane display is perfectly acceptable adult behavior.

Federal, state and local employees had better start getting the plot that the rest of us private sector people have long had:
There is no job guarantee
You don’t always get an increase each year
Your benefits can be reduced and contributions by the employee increased
You don’t earn bonuses during bad years and even sometimes in good years (that’s why they’re called ‘bonuses’ as opposed to ‘guarantees’)
You may have lay-offs at your workplace to balance costs and revenues
You can’t tax people more and more to fund your inefficiencies and largess
A reduction in the budget increase you seek is not termed a ‘budget reduction’. It’s an increase, just not as much as you wanted.

The R’s have lost ground to the D’s at nearly every twist and turn in the tug of war for the nation. As the battle endures the D’s one constant theme allows them to bankrupt towns, cities, states and soon the country. That theme is simply this, no one should be allowed to have more than anyone else and we should all have everything in common; a theme that plays well to the loyal and useful idiots.
Bankrupting the system is the goal. It allows and nearly mandates that the D’s attack the sources of wealth and productivity in this country. The end game is to subvert the nation, supplant its values, undermine its ethics and create dependency on government. If this is not the agenda then the D’s are doing a good job of accomplishing this by accident and taking advantage of the opportunity. Eventually they will succeed and history will call it a bloodless revolution.
In my mind the D’s actions are conscious choices strategically made. They bring about social change by allowing only one course of action as an option. What ever promotes a lack of independence in people is what the D’s support and demand. In doing this they usher in the Change they require in order to deliver that which they hope for; nothing less than an era of utopian bliss which will devolve into a system that, for as long as it exists, secures a place of power and privilege for faithful members of the party apparatchik.
It seems there never is enough to go around and in these systems of governance and economies there is even less. So too, and it never fails, there is not enough room for very many at the top of these system’s pyramid where the new winners of life’s lottery dwell.
The obvious irony here is that these people come to power after having pointed an accusing finger at a far larger group of people in the former economy. These individuals, it was said, were guilty of not only create wealth for themselves. Yet, the facts suggest otherwise, these people also provided opportunity, wealth and raised the standard of living for a great many people.
Further irony is yet to be understood and that is this. For the loyal minions carrying out the marching orders of the party it never occurs to too many that creating wealth is a talent the left, as a monolithic political ideological group, does not embrace or prize in others, no, not at all. For the true believers of Marx it is forever and always “toil and sweat for the proletariat” but let there be joy in the privilege of supporting great leaders who brought paradise down from heaven for the masses; and a grateful heart had better be found in each comrade.
