Kagan: Constitution Meant to be ‘Interpreted Over Time’

She also refers to Senator Leahy as "Justice Leahy"

"RepugniCONs maintain that the Constitution should be immutable and unchanging. Is this how you justify how you want a return of slavery within the US?"

No. I don't know of any Republicans here, or any prominent ones anywhere in our government who support a return to slavery. Of course, your assertion is a cheap play of the racist card, an amateurish, bigoted attack against Americans with whom you disagree on philosophy, but with whom you cannot argue with effectively using facts and reason.

In fact, it is the Democrats who tolerate the most evil racists and bigots among their ranks, and proudly so. Consider the late "Dean of the Senate" for instance, may he rest in peace. Here's a man who dedicated much of his career deeply involved with race relations. Whether it was denying them equality in the military during a time of war, or filibustering the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Senator Byrd was always there, with a "D" proudly displayed after his name.

"I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side … Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.”

— Robert C. Byrd, in a letter to Sen. Theodore Bilbo (D-MS), 1944,

In fairness, he did later amend his racist views to fall more into the Democrat Party mainstream:

"There are white niggers. I've seen a lot of white niggers in my time, if you want to use that word."

— Robert C. Byrd, in an interview with the late Tony Snow, March 4th, 2001

Now, to the other topic of your post. The problem is this, keeemo. The Constitution, was indeed designed to be a living document. It was designed to change, as issues arose and as the country progressed. But it was intended that the process by which it changed would be careful, involved, and deliberate, and not a move to be taken lightly. Our founders warned as much against the dangers of democracy as they did against monarchy. The means by which our Constitution is designed to "live" and "change with the times" is called amending the Constitution. It is not to be done by legislating from the bench and creating rights and laws out of thin air, nor by utterly disregarding it, nor declaring it flawed and therefore obsolete. And that is precisely what so-called progressives and RINOs have demonstrated a willingness to do, and what Kagan seems intent on doing as well.

These are the people we elected to protect and preserve the constitution, not allow it to be changed or abused. It’s disgusting if they approve her. They took an oath.

BZZZZZZZZTT!

I’m sorry Ms. Kagan, but I’m afraid that answer is incorrect.

Thanks for playing the game – Johnny, tell her what she will be taking home as a consolation prize…

Yep, she is a dumb ass dimwitted liberal all right.

unkeeaf   June 29th, 2010 - 3:57 pm

That answer is incorrect for a constitutional scholar, but it is correct in the mind of a sick and twisted liberal. This is how these idiots think and why they should never be elected.

Her way of thinking is how

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Ends up meaning that a local state politician shall not post a copy of the ten commandments in a public area.

Barry from Mombassa   June 29th, 2010 - 4:08 pm

There’s no “meant” about it, lesbo. “Meant” is above your pay grade. The Founders decide meaning, and we agree with them: your homo bukkake jurisprudence washes not.

The Supreme Law is WRITTEN to obstruct people like you and the bloke born in Mombassa.

Thanks to the military for protecting their benefits. Thanks for their service. Don’t forget The Constitution is soft, strong, and thoroughbly absorbent.

Obama needs to resign or be impeached. Obama’s socket puppets like Kagan and her “mission” need to go! Obama needs a boot in the arse for his handling of the country for the last 18 months. He couldn’t pour urine out of a boot with directions on the heel. Obama – the poster child for laziness, ineffectiveness, lying, mismanagement, failure to secure the borders, mishandling of the Gulf States oil spill, malfeasance, and narcissistic arrogance with audacity, and the fleecing and shakedown of America.

O'Really?   June 29th, 2010 - 4:09 pm

Of course it is. That is why we have amendments to the Constitution.

Even kmichaels must realize that! Wellll…maybe not HIM!

kmichaels   June 29th, 2010 - 4:16 pm

Which amendment, ass hole OReally, talks about the separation of church and state and prohibits churches from getting involved in politics.

I bet you don’t know.

There is so much more about her than normal people know. If they knew they would laugh to stop from crying that she may become part of the Supreme Court or rip your hair out, maybe both. She is such a radical activist lawyer without the experience of being a lawyer, just an activist like Obama and look at where that has brought us. Here is more information about her that people need to learn: http://www.americanparchment.com/library/obama_nominee_kagan.html

Got marx?   June 29th, 2010 - 4:24 pm

The Constitution is not negotiable to marxists or anybody else. If anybody wants to change it, there is a way and it’s called an “Constitutional Amendment” and anyone is welcome to use it. They are breaking their oaths of office by making laws that undermine it.

Otherwise, I agree with Clarence Thomas who said, “If it already isn’t in the Constitution, they’re just making it up.”

O'Really?   June 29th, 2010 - 4:40 pm

kmichaels,
As usual you seem to miss the point. The discussion here is about the Constitution. Ms. Kagan states that it should be interpreted over time and that was clearly the intent of those who wrote it because they allowed for amendments to be included to allow for change. Why do you think we have amendments to the Constitution, stupid?

This has nothing to do with abortion, health care, or any other issue.

Nice try but next time stay on topic.

kmichaels   June 29th, 2010 - 4:44 pm

kmichaels,

Nowhere does the founding fathers say that the concepts listed in the constitution change and very over time. Time was never an issue. The law can change as quickly and or as slowly as new amendments are added or removed. To imply that its interpretation should change over time is just moronic.

Now, you ass hole coward, tell us again what amendment to the US constitution prohibits churches from being involved in politics.

itsjustice   June 29th, 2010 - 4:51 pm

Why are liberal trolls like O’Really? always so blatantly stupid? I mean, do they have a better class of liberal troll somewhere else and we never get to
see them? O’Really for example just comes across as a dimwitted dweeb with nothing EVER to say that sounds remotely wise or informed.

Now the dimwit is trying to correct kmichaels telling us that Abortion or health care or prohibiting free religious speech or other issues are not involved in the
subject of how activist judges have a changing view of the US constitution. Of course that is the exact subject dimwitted O’Really. And you constant lies
and head-faking about these key issues just make you look weak and stupid.

Mahakala   June 29th, 2010 - 4:52 pm

“Interrupted over time?” Bullshit. She needs to be stopped. The repubs had better step up to the plate on this one or we will lose the most important document in the history of mankind to these statists!

kmichaels   June 29th, 2010 - 4:54 pm

itsjustice, you just can’t explain stupid to somebody as stupid as OReally. But it is fun exposing their
weak logic and their outright dumb ass natures.

Apparently, OReally is thinking that the issue here is adding new amendments, as though nobody but
his sad stupid ass understands about amendments. No the issue is not adding amendments, otherwise
Kagen could have said to change the constitution you just add a new amendment. No Kagen was
being purposely vague and, at the same time, showing that the constitution is intended to change over
time, without the need of amendments. Therein is her fatal flaw.

And ass hole OReally would not understand truth if it landed on his drooling face and wiggled. He is
a god damned worthless lying troll.

American   June 29th, 2010 - 4:56 pm

Even if that were true, and it’s not, it should not be interpreted by a Nazi pervert like this Red Diaper Baby who’s parents should have been pro abortion but made a mistake and let her slip out. This woman is a danger to all real Americans because she lies and lies and lies. She is pure evil. And her voice is as ugly as her face.

O’Really? June 29th, 2010 – 3:32 pm

Hey Andrew, speaking of media bias…

Why didn’t you report this?

From Yahoo News:

“Sarah Palin told a crowd at a fundraiser at California State University in Stanislaus last weekend that Ronald Reagan, personal hero and inspiration, was a California college graduate. She told the cheering crowd: “This is Reagan country, and perhaps it was destiny that the man who went to California’s Eureka College would become so woven within and interlinked to the Golden State.

There’s just one problem here: Reagan went to Eureka College in Illinois from 1928 to 1932, the Alaska Dispatch reports. He didn’t move to California until five years after his graduation. There’s no Eureka College in California (though there’s a town of Eureka that has a College of the Redwoods nearby).

Immediately after her speech, a live microphone caught voices in the press area trashing the former Alaska governor, Mediate reported. “The dumbness doesn’t just come from soundbites,” one complained. The Fox affiliate owned the microphone but says their reporters did not make the comments”.

I know that she is your right wing darling, but…

O'Really?   June 29th, 2010 - 4:59 pm

kmichaels,
Quit talking to yourself. It’s a sign of mental imbalance.

I have to say, Obama seems to purposely scrape the bottom of the stupid barrel in order to come up with his nominees. First we had that
idiot racist unwise latina btch now we get this idiot lesbian activist fool that has even less common sense or background than the racist
twit.

BeamMeUpScotty   June 29th, 2010 - 5:01 pm

Kagan saying “Huh?” acting like she doesn’t know what “Progressivism” is caused a strange combination of nauseating hillarity. I laughed so hard I wanted to vomit. 100% pure honey liberalism for ya. Sickening.

With Commie Kagen confirmed (as I sadly suspect will happen), and an equally hateful replacement for ghoulie Ginsburg, who likely will retire to the next world soon, the court will be a perfectly stacked s*** sandwich of judicial activists who will get right to work at legislating from the bench a way to circumvent the First and Second Amendments, the only rules of law standing in the way of the Fed’s desire for total dictatorship.

Buckle up, folks. Things are going to get a lot worse and, unless the citizen patriots of America turn the legislative tide around in November, I’m afraid we might as well begin teaching our children Spanish and Chinese now, and learn about the “benefits” of living under Shariah law.

kmichaels   June 29th, 2010 - 5:04 pm

Yes, “on topic” I notice that about ass hole OReally too. The ass hole
says we should stay on topic when we are on top then rambles on about
Palin when the subject was nothing to do with Palin.

He’s a worthless POS lying troll so obviously that ass wipe will not be
sticking to the topic. What he sticks to is stick with lying and see how
much of his bullsht sticks to the walls.

Thankfully everyone agrees that OReally is as dumb as a bag of hammers.

Timmy   June 29th, 2010 - 5:07 pm

Typical idiot leftist rant.

kmichaels   June 29th, 2010 - 5:08 pm

Hey, ass hole OReally, still waiting for your fact filled fact checked report
on what amendment prohibits church leaders from getting involved in politics.

You said that “law” was a good one. Still waiting for where that “law” about
separation of church and state is found in THAT constitution. You know, the
one we are on topic about. That US constitution.

itsjustice   June 29th, 2010 - 5:13 pm

Since O’Really is a Kagan fan, since she has a big D behind her name, I was wondering why
she used the words “Interpreted over time” when what she was talking about was “adding an amendment”
Your evidence, as weak and dimwitted as ever, does not seem to back up your claim.

You know, she could say: “The founding fathers allowed to change the constitution by adding amendments”

But what she said was “The founding fathers meant for the constitution to be interpreted over time.”

Perhaps she just has her head up her butt and is not that good with the english language. But, her inability
to use the English language goes very well with her extreme lack of judicial experience.

Don’t you think O’Really?

OReally, dont you think?

Dont you ever think?

DDuke   June 29th, 2010 - 5:16 pm

That should be enough to disqualify her in the view of conservatives but you just watch these rat repubs vote in favor of confirmation.

pat   June 29th, 2010 - 5:16 pm

The constitution is meant to be interpreted over time? Has human nature changed since 1791? In some ways it is worse. General knowledge amongst Liberals is actually less than it was when Wilson was elected President. Literacy is lower now than it was in 1925. This general lower standard allows Progressives to try and steal liberty under the guise the constitution is living.

txmike   June 29th, 2010 - 5:23 pm

The US CONSTITUTION has done better than any other for over 200 years without needing Kagen’s “so called” interpretation over time. She is wrong !!!!!!!!!!

300Mhz   June 29th, 2010 - 5:27 pm

well, if you consider when it was written, “All Men are Created Equal” didn’t apply to blacks so I’d say there is a unarguable example of it changing over time.

kmichaels   June 29th, 2010 - 5:30 pm

No matter how hard they try to cover up their real agenda, a liberal will always let the truth about
their plans slip out. There is a good reason for it. If you are generally a truth teller, then you don’t
need to remember what you said earlier. You don’t need to play mind games and word games
and be purposely vague. But if you are a born liar, then the truth about you will slip out, and will
be found out in your inconsistencies. You can tell by looking out her stupid dishonest face that
she is wiggling hard to make sure her words do not reveal her true spirit. After she is let slide in
since democrats enjoy having activist judges on the seat, then she can relax a bit and start making
dumb ass dimwitted ass backwards decisions, sort of like our less than wise latina btch.

well, if you consider when it was written, “All Men are Created Equal” didn’t apply to blacks so I’d say there is a unarguable example of it changing over time.]

Actually, when it was written, there were quite a few white slaves at the same period. In fact, in most nations that allowed slavery, the number of white slaves
outnumbered the number of black slaves.

It was only after blacks in africa got involved in the black slave trade that the number of black slaves increased drastically in the USA.

And, on the subject of slavery, one party came into existence with the primary platform of keeping black men slaves legally, and that would
be the DEMOCRAT party.

Also on that subject, the last remaining KKK member in high office just died. DEMOCRAT Robert Byrd.

And, on the subject of the supreme court, it was KKK member Black, (a white guy) that decided to add
the mythical separation of church and state understanding to our US law.

Yes, the democrat controlled KKK insisted that its members adopt and adhere to the “separation of church and state” understanding.
The KKK required it by an oath of all of it’s members. And justice Black took that oath and later in life he forced the KKK oath
into US law.

Obviously we need a better class of liberal troll. The ones HP and Kos are sending us are real dimwitted buffoons.

It was the republican party that caused blacks to be freed and receive the vote. It was democrats that fought FOR SLAVERY. Democrats ran the KKK.
Democrats voted against civil rights bills. Robert Byrd voted against civil rights bill. Al Gores dad voted against the civil rights bill.

And the US constitution allowed for amendments and it was republicans that placed the amendment allow blacks the vote.

And yes, ass hole liberal trolls, we understand that the amendment process allows for

constitute the whole of the constitution.

When we say it is not living, we mean that the parts in it, including the amendments

An example of adding parts to the US constitution that were never in the constitution and never

— Robert C. Byrd, in a letter to Sen. Theodore Bilbo (D-MS), 1944,

In fairness, he did later amend his racist views to be more “inclusive” and therefore more into the Democrat Party mainstream:

“There are white n1gg@rs. I’ve seen a lot of white n1gg@rs in my time, if you want to use that word.”

The means by which our Constitution is designed to “live” and “change with the times” is called amending the Constitution. It is not to be done by legislating from the bench and creating rights and laws out of thin air, nor by utterly disregarding it, nor declaring it flawed and therefore obsolete. And that is precisely what so-called progressives and RINOs have demonstrated a willingness to do, and what Kagan seems intent on doing as well.

pig   June 29th, 2010 - 7:57 pm

Look at this O’Really? moron:

As usual you seem to miss the point. The discussion here is about the Constitution. Ms. Kagan states that it should be interpreted over time and that was clearly the intent of those who wrote it because they allowed for amendments to be included to allow for change. Why do you think we have amendments to the Constitution, stupid?

This has nothing to do with abortion, health care, or any other issue.

Nice try but next time stay on topic.

We have amendments to the constitution because they were ratified by the states jackass.

If you want to propose an amendment that says “This document says whatever I think it should say, whenever I think it should say it” — go ahead. See how many states think it’s a good idea. You might have a problem convincing all of them to agree with you.

It’s a legal point and she failed miserably to grasp the difference between rule of law, and her own personal opinions.

This is pretty typical of her Marxist ideology.

She will not uphold the Constitution.

She will interpret It as she sees fit, in accordance with her “over time” interpretation.

Sick, sick, sick.

She should be blocked by any means necessary by the Senate and by the committee.

ArizonaHoss   June 29th, 2010 - 8:19 pm

I wrote a paper in college. I can read. I can form a sentence. I can spell, “Constitution.”

Therefore, I am eligible to be a Supreme Court Justice.

kay   June 29th, 2010 - 8:26 pm

The Harvard Law School sleazes have done a good job of “changing the MEANING ” of the Constitution. The ACLU, NAACP, the LA RAZA and other groups have exploited the meaning of the 14 amendment…..to include birth right citizenship for illegal alien births. That was a stretch….but it worked for the last 50 years. In the Supreme Court Case of 1884…..the founders of our nation spelled out in no uncertain terms that illegal aliens from foreign nations are NOT “legal citizens,” nor are their children.

Look it up. ……… ELK vs WILKINS 112 94 (1884)

People knew at that time what the rule was…..and was never challenged until about 50 years ago.

@KMichaels ….
You are right about the whites being slaves before the blacks were imported. Prisoners were also used for slaves….but that was and still is a an ideal solution.
The blacks at that time…..could neither read nor write. They often didn’t speak English. And I get soooooo tired of hearing them complain about slavery…. geez louise…..if Americans had NOT brought them here to work…..how many millions would have starved to death, or died of disease, in Africa?? I’m not saying it was right……but dang…..talk about bitting the hand that feeds you. They were the first to get housing and 3 meals a day.

Few points. People matured a lot faster in the Founding Father days. You had to, life expectancy was a lot lower. And it sounds like she wants to lower the age for Senators. So let me get this straight. You can now go to college for free, and now make your parents pay for your health insurance until your 26. She wants to lower the age for Senators so you can go straight from the indoctrination of college to the elite of our Senator society.

We can read and comprehend the Constitution of The United States of America for ourselves. We like what it says and what it has done for our great nation. We resent outsiders and communist that want to “interpret” what the Constitution says. We the people need to take our country back before it is too late. If it is not too late already. God bless America!!!

txmike   June 29th, 2010 - 10:59 pm

Our founding fathers layed it all on the line for our Constitution. Our Constitution protects our freedoms from those wishing to take them away from us. Like Kagen wanting to dictate what an American can or can not eat. Our Constitution was not written to state what government is allowed to force upon us as times change, but our Constitution was written to protect our freedoms from being taken away from us by people like Kagen. She is a horrible choice for SCJ.

RepugniCONs maintain that the Constitution should be immutable and unchanging. Is this how you justify how you want a return of slavery within the US?

That is why there is an amendment process. We do not change the Constitution because of time. If this were the case then they wasted their breath and time writing it.

Private insurance targeted for annihilation   June 29th, 2010 - 11:35 pm

PROOF! Private insurance targeted for annihilation
Socialist group tied to president’s plans to use Obamacare to create state system.

A socialist organization with close ties to Barack Obama has outlined a plan to turn the president’s health-care legislation into a government-run system that will ultimately eliminate private insurance companies.

Obama’s health-care bill “should create millions of new stakeholders in a health-care system governed by democratically established rules rather than by the fiats of private insurers,” wrote Frank Llewellyn, national director of Democratic Socialists of America.

Writing in the latest issue of the socialist Democratic Left magazine, Llewellyn said “progressives” must use Obama’s health-care legislation “to build support for the elimination of private insurers.”

This person has a SPIN for everything…. Example To her – Posterity means to change as life goes one… The Dictionary says: Posterity = Something Now.. for the Benefit of the Future. Not something that will be changed as life moves on.

This is just another Liberal not believing what our forefathers – authors of our constitution said.

Don’t you think, IF the writers of the Constitution with all their intelligence, foresightedness… would SAY SOMETHING…. as in “This Constitution is based on todays world..and can be changed as the USA changes” ! NO .. They did not write anything like that! They KNEW that America would change.. yet wanted the BASICS preserved even FOR the future. Go eat that apple in a Chinese Restaurant Miss Kagan !

well, if you consider when it was written, “All Men are Created Equal” didn’t apply to blacks so I’d say there is a unarguable example of it changing over time.]

“Actually, when it was written, there were quite a few white slaves at the same period. In fact, in most nations that allowed slavery, the number of white slaves
outnumbered the number of black slaves”.

Ummm. I thought we were talking about the United States…Idiot! Congrats on trying your very wery best to muddy up the topic

IN HER OWN WORDS...   June 30th, 2010 - 12:55 am

Some direct quotes from this “genius”:

“In her undergraduate thesis at Princeton entitled “To the Final Conflict: Socialism in New York City, 1900-1933,”, Kagan lamented the decline of socialism in the country as “sad” for those who still hope to “change America.” She asked why the “greatness” of socialism was not reemerging as a major political force:

“In our own times, a coherent socialist movement is nowhere to be found in the United States. Americans are more likely to speak of a golden past than of a golden future, of capitalism’s glories than of socialism’s greatness. Why, in a society by no means perfect, has a radical party never attained the status of a major political force? Why, in particular, did the socialist movement never become an alternative to the nation’s established parties?”[9]

“Americans are more likely to speak of a golden past than of a golden future, of capitalism’s glories than of socialism’s greatness,” she wrote in her thesis. “Conformity overrides dissent; the desire to conserve has overwhelmed the urge to alter. Such a state of affairs cries out for explanation.”

She called the story of the socialist movement’s demise “a sad but also a chastening one for those who, more than half a century after socialism’s decline, still wish to change America … In unity lies their only hope.”

@ keeemo June 29th, 2010:
“RepugniCONs maintain that the Constitution should be immutable and unchanging. Is this how you justify how you want a return of slavery within the US?”

Abolishing Slavery was not a Re-Interpretation of the Constitution. Indeed, it was an affirmation of it. Slavery itself was an abusive misinterpretation of the Constitution in the first place. Life, Liberty and Property were rights given to Blacks by God, and the government had no right to have ever deprived them of those rights, which were already enumerated in the Constitution but ignored by the racist Democrats of the day – who previously invented a ‘right’ to own another human being. It was officially abolished via Constitutional AMENDMENT in order to specifically and unequivocally include blacks as free citizens. It WAS NOT through the Courts – it was done exactly as prescribed in the Constitution not via judicial activism by making up non-existent content therein. But slavery was permitted by doing so. [Get it now?] Inventing Constitutional rights by legislating from the bench is an abuse of separation of powers. Slavery’s abolition is not an example of ‘evolution over time’ – but the correction of a great injustice that was contrary to its original intent. We will continue to work to correct Democrats’ warped interpretations, just as we did in 1864 with the 13th Amendment:

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION. [not the courts].

HUH?   June 30th, 2010 - 1:06 am

What is so “GREAT” about SOCIALISM?

SOCIALISM is just polite-ese for COMMUNISM.

Shiori @ kmichaels   June 30th, 2010 - 1:19 am

Don’t you just gasp in horror when liberals act as though freedom for all Americans, including Blacks was somehow a new interpretation of the law that ‘evolved over time’?

Too Bad Democrats – The GOP erased your phony, non-existent ‘right’ to buy and sell humans with the 13th amendment. Those rights were there all along – you just ignored them, just like you ignore them today.

P.S. Liberal Trolls: Guess how many Democrats voted to end slavery? Answer: ZERO.

JohnK144   June 30th, 2010 - 1:35 am

No ms kagen. The Constitution is NOT meant to be “interpreted over time.” It is a CONSTITUTION! It’s what everything else is constituted upon. It can be changed “over time” through the AMENDMENT PROCESS. Not by interpretation. The meaning of an amendment belongs to the people who voted to ratify that amendment. So if the People who ratified the 14th amendment didn’t intend the 14th to supersede the 2nd, then IT DOESN’T. No amount of “interpreting” needed.

If you’d like to have an amendment that supersedes the 2nd amendment; that removes the right to keep and bear arms, you are welcome to get your 2/3 majority to propose the amendment, and the 3/4 majority you’ll need to ratify. If you can’t get it done this way, why should we allow you to “interpret” the Constitution to MEAN the same thing you couldn’t even get proposed as an amendment?

Ehh. Nevermind ms kagen. They’re probably gonna confirm you anyway.

Julie   June 30th, 2010 - 1:42 am

What is sad is that she will become a Judge. She will stay there for life and Obama will have two progressive Judges that he has apppointed. Sonja Sotameyer during her hearing before becoming a Judge said people have the right to bear arms and stood by the second amendment, well…… how do you think she voted for this recent case from Chicago regarding the second amendment? She lied during her hearing!!!

soros sucks   June 30th, 2010 - 1:43 am

If telling people what they have to eat isn’t un-Constitutional and totalitarian, then nothing is. She should have just said “NO” and smacked the question down. That was a no brainer.

With that answer Kagan will rubber stamp any totalitarian regime as long as her party passes the laws.

COMMUN-ITY & COMMUN-ISM   June 30th, 2010 - 1:47 am

Her dad was a “COMMUNITY ORGANIZER…”

Hmmm… Sounds familiar…

Hmmm… Saul Alinksy was a “community organizer…”

Hmmm… So was Somebody Else who’s been in the news a lot lately…

Hmmm… COMMUNITY ORGANIZER… Just another way of saying COMMUNIST, isn’t it?

HOW IS SHE QUALIFIED?   June 30th, 2010 - 1:54 am

This woman doesn’t seem to be qualified for much of anything, based simply on how she talks and waves her hands around, stuttering and groping and hoping somebody finds some merit in her choppy phrases.

What real EXPERIENCE does she have, other than being the daughter of YET ANOTHER JEWISH COMMUNITY ORGANIZER who obviously heavily influenced her to be a BELIEVER in the “SOCIALIST” WAY? Don’t we already have ENOUGH OF THAT CRAP running around, wrecking our once-great nation?

At some point, America, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO REJECT THE =CHICAGO THUGGERY= THAT’S RAPIDLY TAKING OVER OUR COUNTRY. WHY NOT NOW, with this NewYorker-turned-Chicagoite who seems WAY TOO NAIVE AND FRAGILE AND CHILDISH to even be CONSIDERED for the Supreme Court, let alone NOMINATED & CONFIRMED.

THIS IS ALL TOO MUCH LIKE DEJA VU (if you get the drift)…

JUST SAY “NO”!

JAHO–”just a humble opinion”…!
