Pathetic piece of dirt. Stewart and his laugh track think he is funny.

Jack Benny and Bob Hope   November 6th, 2009 - 10:02 am

Jon Stewart’s ‘comedy’ is disgusting…

katy   November 6th, 2009 - 10:05 am

I LOVE BECK…. but that was funnier than hell!!!

Desiree   November 6th, 2009 - 10:05 am

Funny,

You know who hasn’t shown his birth certificate, released his college transripts or medical records…… your messiah.

If jonboy knew anything about Glenn Beck he would known Glenn also went through a medical crisis a couple years ago and vividly talked about it on his
radio show. Glenn didn’t sugarcoat anything about what he went through. jonboy should have done as much research talking about Glenn
as Glenn has done on the marxist thugs in this administration. Get some credibility jonboy.

HasBeenStewart   November 6th, 2009 - 10:05 am

John Stewart is a “has-been” that is jealous that Glenn Beck has more talent than he does. Stewart tries to covertly use “humor” to sway the audience’s politics…and it does NOT work. All Stewart is doing is sending more ratings toward Glenn Beck. The only people that think he is funny are the liberals and progressives that stack his studio audience. Keep laughing Stewart while your audience dwindles and Beck’s rises.

Absolutely, positively, BRILLIANT. See, ditto-heads, this is how every rational, educated, free-thinking American views Glenn Beck. He’s a f**king NUTCASE fruitcake fool. He’s a joke. YOU’RE a joke! Jon Stewart is brilliant. BRILLIANT!!

Rexter   November 6th, 2009 - 10:18 am

LOL!

Cletus   November 6th, 2009 - 10:19 am

Glenn Beck is a half-wit, drugged-out, dropout re-ta-rd who spent more time in rehab than he didn in an educational institution. Spare me!! Jon Stewart has more intelligence, sense, wit, humor, talent, passion… than Beck and his entire audience of illiterate sheep do combined.

PieceOfDirtBeck   November 6th, 2009 - 10:20 am

Babbling Beck’s “comedy” is disgusting. What a pathetic piece of dirt. Beck and his dittos think he is funny.

BombasticBeck   November 6th, 2009 - 10:23 am

Never, never, never, never, never, make fun of a conservative! They can swear, lie, mislead, cheat, but never, never, never, never ridicule a conservative! They are God’s people.

katy   November 6th, 2009 - 10:27 am

Hey CLETUS!

uh, no…The skit was funny because it was a well done parody.

Stewart is still a complete idiot.

Beck Rocks!

Mike   November 6th, 2009 - 10:28 am

Nothing like hitting a guy when he is down eh Jon? I thought taking pleasure in someone else’s pain was beneath you. I thought wrong. But such is life in the liberal “bent” mind I suppose. By the way, I don’t watch your show. ;) I had to agonize to watch the above clip, and if you were trying to be funny, you failed miserably in my estimation. Nice try though.. NOT!!

TearEmUp   November 6th, 2009 - 10:32 am

AWESOME!!! I bet Glenn is laughing his hemorrhoid free ass off….

Beckola   November 6th, 2009 - 10:32 am

Two words for you Cletoris……Keith Oberman. Oh wait, two more…..shut up, and two more ph u loser

Tubby   November 6th, 2009 - 10:32 am

Anyone that thinks this is “BRILLIANT” has the IQ of a 4th grader.

Jon Stewart made no valid arguments against anything Glenn Beck has stated or presented to the American people.

All he did was mock the truth.

What a child like thing to do.

#1bravesfan   November 6th, 2009 - 10:32 am

Jon, imitation is the HIGHEST form of flattery. If he didn’t think people would “get the jokes” they wouldn’t have been put on the show. So, I’m guessing that most of his audience knows & watches Beck. If the majority of his audience didn’t know & watch Beck, the monologue would never have been included.

momatolya   November 6th, 2009 - 10:34 am

Actually, I’m very conservative but I got a laugh out of this. It beats Olberman’s pathetic attempts at sarcasm and parody. Stewart isn’t going to change anybody’s mind, and I don’t think he believes he will. He’s just playing to his base. Unlike Beck he’s not offering facts, just doing a comedy routine of the sometimes over the top delivery of Beck. Of all the talk hosts I enjoy Beck the most, and I really think that he probably poses the most danger to the left. We need to pray for his safety, not from comedians, but from the fanatical leftists who really want to put him out of commission in any way possible.

schlivo   November 6th, 2009 - 10:42 am

Disgusting? No way. His Beck imopersonation was spot on! Hysterical!

Cletus   November 6th, 2009 - 10:44 am

hahahaha… it’s HILARIOUS to see all you ingrates get all bent out of shape about this! Hurry, run to the defense of your slightly re-ta-rded friend!! hahaha. Awesome. Beck wouldn’t know truth if it clocked him upside his stupid head, or even if it came in powder form and he could snort it or smoke it! And we all know how much he loves drugs… he’s a psychotic, paranoid schitzophrenic, lump of monkey s**t. Period.

Aunty Em Ericann   November 6th, 2009 - 10:44 am

Oh yeah, they were mocking his appendectomy because there’s nothing else about Ben Gleck worth mocking.

NEOFREEDOM   November 6th, 2009 - 10:54 am

CLETUS MY BRO,IF YOU THINK JON STEWART IS SO “BRILLIANT” WITH THIS TYPE OF ENTERTAINMENT. YOU SHOULD GO BACK AND REVISIT YOUR OWN EDUCATION ON RATIONAL FREE THINKING FOR YOUR STATEMENT IS AS MINDLESS AS JON STEWART’S EXCUSE FOR COMEDY.

Desiree   November 6th, 2009 - 10:57 am

Bckola,

“Cletoris” LOL!!!!!!!!

katy   November 6th, 2009 - 10:58 am

Tubby…

“All he did was mock the truth.”

You may want to reseach what “comedy” means.

Cletus   November 6th, 2009 - 11:02 am

NEOFREEDOM – my bro. Lay off the caps lock, OK bro Montana? And your grammar is very… uh, middle-schoolish at best. So I would watch the comments about that there edumacation.

FACT: Glenn Beck is a re-ta-rded assclown. The rest of the 5 billion people who don’t watch him, make fun of him… because he’s ridiculous. I hope his appendix blows out the side of his body! That would be comedy.

lavoce   November 6th, 2009 - 11:12 am

I agree, Tubby. Jon was operating in full-fledged mockery mode.

Jon, you sly lil’ stinker. You’ve obviously been pay close attention to Glenn as he helps educate AMERICA on the devious apostates within this Administration. For that, and for your chalk-bored creativity, you get an “A”

One thing’s for sure: It will all come back to haunt you if Pelosi gets her insidious HEALTHCARE/INSURANCE REFORM BILL passed tomorrow, and barry soetoro aka/alias barack hussein obama under-handedly signs away U.S. Sovereignty.

IF that day comes, and IF you’re man enough to extend your hand in an apology, Glenn would undoubtedly accept it, although I doubt he would expect it. As a comedian, he probably really enjoyed your skit. You did good, and IF he remembered to put a pillow over his stomach while doubled up in laughter, your skit has already served to speed his recovery!

So… there you go! Thanks, Jon! I’m missin’ him, and you reminded me of just how much!

“Antagonize-Intimidate-Manipulate” – “Disrupt-Dismantle-Defeat” ~ IMPEACH!

MasterHunter   November 6th, 2009 - 11:19 am

The only thing funnier than this clip is some of these people’s responses to it. First, I absolutely love the partisan venom aimed at a show on COMEDY CENTRAL!!! Do you reserve these same sentiments for South Park or reruns of MadTv? It’s a comedy show stupid! Second, all Jon did was use tactics similar to Beck. You know, overdramatization and stunted logic.

Face it, no matter how you feel about Glen Beck, he is an entertainer. Sure, he mixes in fact and news, but he is an entertainer just like Jon Stewart. Both Beck and Stewart are snake oil salesman, but as it has been succintly pointed out, only Stewart has the credibility to label it as such.

cooperscopy   November 6th, 2009 - 11:27 am

You guys need to lighten up. I’m a Glenn Beck fan, but that was funny. And remember imitation is the highest form of flattery…..

http://cooperscopy.blogspot.com/

poetopoet   November 6th, 2009 - 11:28 am

they say intimation is the best form of flattery, even if it is bad?

G.Klug   November 6th, 2009 - 11:30 am

If you can’t laugh at this then you have an abnormality. I love Beck. I don’t like Stewart, but I will not deny him this one. He pegs Beck’s quirkiness better than any liberal jew I’ve ever seen. What’s not to like here? Finding comedy in a comedy show that airs on the Comedy Network is hardly unexpected. I’ll bet Beck laughed his stitches loose watching it.

Lighten up people, we’re winning now – don’t mess it up being gloomy.

Duffy   November 6th, 2009 - 11:31 am

I thought the sketch was funny & I am a huge Beck fan. Wonder if CNN is doing a fact check like they did about Saturday Night Live skit on Obama. Obviously Jon has never had hemorrhoids which proves he is a perfect a**hole.

Cleetus   November 6th, 2009 - 11:33 am

To the knuckleheads saying that “imitation is the highest form of flattery” (or intimation, if you’re illiterate like poetopoet)… Jon Stewart wasn’t imitating. He was mocking. Making fun of. Imitating would be if Jon started using a chalk board, or crying a lot. This is different. Beck is a clown.

dontflagmebro   November 6th, 2009 - 11:35 am

So Basically Jon Stewart says Obama is Hitler not Mao. Ok.. I was right then? Thanks Jon.

Pat Denoli   November 6th, 2009 - 11:36 am

John Stewart is hilarious when he’s not wallowing in lefty political commentary. I like Beck’s show, but that doesn’t stop this from being hilarious. Is it in poor taste? Hell yes. But it’s still funny because he really nailed Beck’s mannerisms. Doesn’t make me like socialism, just makes me laugh.

Sally   November 6th, 2009 - 11:42 am

Beck must be a thorn in the side of liberals for them to go to this length to ridicule him and what could be a very serious operation. Yes, libs, laugh at other peoples pain. Well, I bet Glen is having a really big laugh about this. It shows that EVERYONE is listening to him, expecially the libs. Is everyone listening to you Jon???? I don’t think so…

Gurgi   November 6th, 2009 - 11:42 am

This is the war right here. Both sides are using Alinsky ridicule tactics. Jon Stewart is good at his appointed task for the Kenya loving Lemmings out there. But Glenn Beck is winning the war against them right now.

Now that oVama is being picked out, frozen, isolated and polarized the Communist dont like it.

Bring it on Stewwie. We can take it.

Cant wait to see your show after election 2010 and the Savior’s 5year plan gets aborted. Election 2012 will be good also when he has to go back to Chicago and cant get a drivers license be cause he cant show a valid birth certificate. LOL.

Kenya already is building a statue in his birthtown.

Government Healthcare Workers Rescue Man Protesting Government Healthcare

Thousands of protesters came to Capitol Hill yesterday for Rep. Michele Bachmann’s (R-MN) protest against health care reform, capping months of fear-mongering about the dangers of so-called “socialized” medicine. However, the Washington Post’s Dana Milbank notes that at one point, one of the protesters had a heart attack. Luckily, federally-employed medical personnel were able to quickly attend to him — even though they were part of government-run health care, which is supposedly quite dangerous:

More ominously, a man standing just beyond the TV cameras apparently suffered a heart attack 20 minutes after event began. Medical personnel from the Capitol physician’s office — an entity that could, quite accurately, be labeled government-run health care — rushed over, attaching electrodes to his chest and giving him oxygen and an IV drip.

This turned into an unwanted visual for the speakers, as a D.C. ambulance and firetruck, lights flashing, pulled in just behind the lawmakers. A path was made through the media section, and the patient, attended to by about 10 government medical personnel, was being wheeled away on a stretcher just as House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) stepped to the microphone. “Join us in defeating Pelosi care!” he exhorted. A few members stole a glance at the stretcher.

By the end of the day, “medics had administered government-run health care to at least five people in the crowd who were stricken as they denounced government-run health care.”

redraiderprincess   November 6th, 2009 - 11:55 am

So, I love Glenn Beck, but you have to wonder how much Stewart watches him, ’cause he does a pretty good job at imitating Beck. I found it funny, and I hate Stewart. Cleetus–I’m pretty sure there was a chalkboard in the skit. And a wrong letter doesn’t not equal illiteracy in poetpoet’s case, stop being a douche.

JONney on the spot   November 6th, 2009 - 12:00 pm

Example 58,035 of libs attacking the messenger, instead of addressing the message.

Tubby   November 6th, 2009 - 12:02 pm

Katy, “mocking the truth” is not, in and of itself the only definition of “comedy.” I’m sure you relise that.

The problem is that Jon Stewart does not regard what he is mocking to be the truth, therefore the comedic element of the skit is lost and all thats left is a flat, immature, unhumorous stooge mocking that which mocks him.

Beck 1 Stewart 0

Peace Sister   November 6th, 2009 - 12:02 pm

I love Beck, too. But this is very funny. The thing is, it wouldn’t be funny to that audience unless they watch Beck enough to know his schtick!

JWN   November 6th, 2009 - 12:13 pm

Funny. If it didn’t hurt to laugh following abdominal surgery, I’m sure Glenn Beck would fall down laughing.

Glenn communicates facts and opinions in a unique style which Jon Stewart is now mocking. It is probably healthy for watchers of Glenn Beck to skip the cult of personality and focus on the truth presented by Glenn Beck. Glenn is human and makes mistakes. However, there is an awful lot of truth to Glenn’s statements which is why he is increasingly attacked by progressives.

Is Jon Stewart one of those attackers? DO you think that Jon Stewart could imitate Glenn Beck this well without watching multiple Glenn Beck shows. Remember that Jon Stewart also criticized the media for missing the Acorn story. It seems that Jon Stewart found an opportunity to be funny, which is how he makes money.

Yeah, uh huh. That's right.   November 6th, 2009 - 12:17 pm

Some days you’re the fire hydrant. Some days you’re the dog. Every dog has it’s day. Glen Beck is a big dog. Can’t wait till he gets his day to peeee on Jon.

NEOFREEDOM   November 6th, 2009 - 12:26 pm

Cletus my sis, thank you for the suggestion.Remember this,be very careful what you wish for in the art of comedy. It may come back to haunt you.

PJW   November 6th, 2009 - 12:32 pm

Stewart and the Daily Show are great at pointing out the hypocrisy and the absurd political mumbo jumbo of Republicans and Democrats. Beck is probably a Manic Depressive, and a windbag to boot, who is learning he can’t just say what he wants and get away with it. He will be scrutinized. If you Beck fans don’t like it, too bad. Suck it up and quit your whining. Try to get your brains around this, for every one of you who love Beck, Limbaugh etc. there is someone who thinks they are nothing but clowns. So, you are not in the majority, even though you think you are. America has been rejecting the Republican agenda since 2004 and aren’t about to go back, even if Obama is screwing things up. On top of that your party is splintering.

Jac   November 6th, 2009 - 12:32 pm

That was actually a pretty funny skit. However unfortunately for Jon, I don’t watch his show but I do on occasion watch Glenn Beck.

Lady liberty   November 6th, 2009 - 12:33 pm

TomTom   November 6th, 2009 - 12:49 pm

There’s no such thing as bad Publicity. Maybe Jon’s viewers will get just a little curious about Beck and change the channel.

SubjectoftheUSSA   November 6th, 2009 - 12:50 pm

Would love to see the outrage if Beck made fun of somebody being out for surgery on his blackboard. That would go over well. Stupid juvenile humor, about the only thing Stewart is good for.

JPL   November 6th, 2009 - 12:58 pm

What else would you expect from Wolf Boy Hands Jonathan Leibowitz?

Conservative in Dayton   November 6th, 2009 - 1:01 pm

Glenn probably laughed so hard he popped a stitch. Wouldn’t surprise me if Glenn asks Stewart to come on the show. One of the other posters had it right, you must have watched Beck to get the full satire of the skit.

Glenn, get well soon.

We hold these truths...   November 6th, 2009 - 1:02 pm

The parody demonstrates Beck’s form and how his form contributes to a lessening of understanding of the content. Beck’s an idiot who stirs emotions and then calls it honest concern, or intelligent criticism. Enjoy your golden-boy.

Eileen for Freedom/Liberty   November 6th, 2009 - 1:10 pm

America…you know the liberal media can make fun of the way Glen Beck makes his points…but the fact is…it is a brilliant way to get the facts across…and he does!

So keep it up Glen, if you were not being so effective in getting out the truth, you would not be a topic of conversation and the brunt of the comedic pundits!

And we hope you are feeling better and get back soon!

leftys. Why do little cowards like Liebowitz never do any parodies of Allah or his
pedophilic followers. These Jew haters would not hesitate a second to separate
Jon’s fathead from his torso. No pansey Liebowitz is a coward and only mocks
those who pose no physical danger.

Maria   November 6th, 2009 - 1:24 pm

What kind of desperation is up with this guy. Its hard to pin anything on Glen based on his talking points so we resort to making fun about his health problems. Lovely.

YoYoMa   November 6th, 2009 - 1:31 pm

Not to worry Jon. Beck had his appendix removed and we are all pleased to announce his appendix will be just fine. It was reported in an interview afterwords that the appendix stated, “It’s sure a relief to be removed from all that batkrap in their”. Doctors state however, that Beck will still be just as loony as ever.

Great piece Jon! Keep up the great work! Funnier than hell!

checkit   November 6th, 2009 - 1:32 pm

Stewart, the left liberal nut that only shows his one left sided views all the time to brain wash the children I mean sheep. I don’t even need to watch this as I know he is trying to get fame by going after someone that has facts to back it up with, Beck backs all his stuff up, stewart little, trys to leech in on people that are somebody to try to become someone, but his only true audience are the low IQ liberals.

jp2feminist   November 6th, 2009 - 1:34 pm

Clearly, Jon Stewart and his audience watch Glenn Beck. None of this mockery, however, explains why Glenn’s red phone isn’t ringing.

You know what the best part that Glenn can take from this parody is?? Listen to how many people that are laughing, clapping, etc. They see the humor in this because apparently THEY ALL WATCH GLENN BECK!!! So with that being said Glenn has a bigger following and audience then he knowingly realized. Love ya Glenn…get well soon friend!!

Eric B   November 6th, 2009 - 1:52 pm

Jon is not a ‘has been’…….he’s a ‘never was’.
He’s just a self absorbed comedian wih an opinion.
He’s just mad because Glenn is exposing them all
for what they really are. Libs are like the kids
on the playground who do something bad and then
cry when you threaten to tell their parents.
This is what a lack of discipline has done to
this country.

You just know that Jon has 14th place trophy
somewhere in his attic. HAHAHA!

DontTaseMeBro   November 6th, 2009 - 2:01 pm

Jon Stewart is obviously deceived.

He has a comedic talent but making a living as a sarcastic twit is one of the lowest forms of humanism. That is because sarcasm too is said to be the lowest form of humor as its intent is to generally get laughs at someone else’s expense normally through lies and distorted truths. The pointed humor may not be funny to the victim but its funny to those who understand the barb as it feeds their intellectual egos.

Stewart constantly strokes the inflated egos of liberals by belittling those who disagree with a liberal philosophy as if they (liberal) have cornered the market on intellect.

Look back over the years and you will see how media has hyped the real or perceived intellectual weaknesses in republican and conservative politicians from Gerald Ford all the way through George W and Sarah Paiin but liberal heros, kings & queens are always the smartest people in the world (i.e., the Clintons and now Obama).

Its fake! Liberals are only full of themselves.

Eric B   November 6th, 2009 - 2:02 pm

them wrong. It just means you don’t like them.

H2K   November 6th, 2009 - 2:04 pm

Cletus, once again a hilariously stupid argument! I have come to expect no less.

The fact that a government employee was called to rescue 5 citizens who were standing on government property means that the government employee was doing his/her job. The stricken citizens are probably taxpayers and have therefore paid for that service. The fact that it was government property probably required the government first response, with a backup from another service provider.

Were they taken to a government run hospital for treatment? Maybe GW Hospital (which is private, by the way)?

…so what does that have to do with a federal government take over of health insurance?

Do you dream up these weak arguments by yourself? Sounds like Rachel Maddow helps you.

jonwishes   November 6th, 2009 - 2:06 pm

Let’s see.

Jon needs ratings. Glenn gets ratings. Jon needs to keep his job.

Maybe… Nah. Jon would never attempt to bolster his own career by invoking BECK.

Oh, wait. Jon is a guy who will always stretch a lousy attempt at humor into every lame expression he’s ever practiced in front of a mirror. This is his normal post-joke pause. Sometimes, his facial punctuation is the only way viewers can tell that he’s just delivered his idea of a joke. Yeah. That’s the kind of guy that just might leech off of Glenn Beck.

But this Beck is a guy who punctuates every phrase with some sort of goofy expression, too. Regardless of his political perspectives, it’s the same act. Line. Goofy expression. Next. Line. Goofy expression. Next.

At least, when Beck does it, he’s punctuating ACTUAL ideas. ideas that happen to resonate with more viewers (me included) than do Jon’s feeble attempts at comedy. Isn’t Jon on the “Comedy” channel? He’s more suited for the “Please notice me” channel. It’s no wonder why Jon’s ratings blow.

Robert   November 6th, 2009 - 2:08 pm

Cue laugh track!

LibertyLakeRD   November 6th, 2009 - 2:24 pm

I LOVE Glenn Beck, and I would bet you anything that Beck would be laughing so hard at this that his side would hurt. This was good comedy people. Lighten up on all sides. We can laugh at Obama without beind called a racist. We can dress up in Halloween as a black singer without being called a racist. And we can sure as hell laugh with Jon Stewart when he does a great Glenn Beck skit, or with Frank Caliendo when he does a great Rush Limbaugh. Or when Frank C. does Charles Barkley, and Shaq in dark skin. Just get over the PC bs and learn to laugh a little.

I’m sorry Jon, but you’re not very funny. I never watch your show, and if I had to choose between your show and re-runs of Howdy Doody you would lose!!!
You are a no talent hack. Why don’t you talk about really funny people like Keith Overbite and Rachelle Madcow.
You are emabarassing to tell you the truth.

Hooter   November 6th, 2009 - 2:52 pm

Jon Stewart, wishes he had Glenn Becks viewership…..

GrasshopperQ   November 6th, 2009 - 3:11 pm

I’m right there with you, katy. I love Beck, and this parody brought tears of laughter.

Rexter is a Nazi   November 6th, 2009 - 3:13 pm

I’m Rexter, I would prefer that Americans like Beck be put in an oven. Thank you.

Arie   November 6th, 2009 - 3:15 pm

No Jon Stewart but it takes guts to make a real ass out of yourself like you have

hannajo   November 6th, 2009 - 3:54 pm

I’m a huge Beck fan, and I think this is very funny. My prediction is that Glenn will also think this is funny. Glenn doesn’t act like he is too good to be made fun of. He makes fun of himself all the time.

jenn   November 6th, 2009 - 3:59 pm

Glenn Beck loves humor, even he would probably laugh at the fun being poked at him here, if it didn’t hurt to laugh. I didn’t find Jon that funny…but he probably has to do something to get ratings, mentioning Glenn is all he’s got.

HaHa!   November 6th, 2009 - 3:59 pm

This was freak’n hilarious! The posts on it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that CON-servative GOP’rs have absolutely NO sense of humor what so ever. So sad….What a dull lonely life they lead.

Larse   November 6th, 2009 - 3:59 pm

LOL!!! Stewart is a genius!!!!

YoYoMa   November 6th, 2009 - 4:05 pm

Awesomely funny!

But this is even funnier….and more deserving too… http://www.theonion.com/content/video/victim_in_fatal_car_accident

zooman   November 6th, 2009 - 4:06 pm

Stewart also did a GREAT rif on the whole Acorn videos. He is just playing to his audience. I find it kind of tacky but the whole blackboard thing is clearly a take off of Glenn Becks shtick. I can see how others might find it funny. I don’t often agree with stewart but as he is doing a comedy bit daily, he is going to drop a turd every so often. I find him far more credible than someone like Olberman who is just a liberal hack…IMHO

mattyc   November 6th, 2009 - 4:15 pm

I think that was quite the clever segment. Well done, Jon! I do think GB will find this fairly amusing.

Jana   November 6th, 2009 - 4:25 pm

I have been watching Jon Stewart since he was a MTV host back in the 80’s. He is funny, and his imitation of Glen Beck was pretty good. I am sure his intention was to discredit him, but once again, all it does is send more viewers to Beck’s program.

It’s Funny that no one can talk intelligently about Van Jones and his videos before he split under the cover of darkness, (thanks Beck) or the chairman of the NEA stepping down after the WH propaganda connection was exposed (thanks again Beck) or the SEI and ACORN connections (thanks Beck)- I don’t care what anyone else says, or how much they make fun of him, he is the only one exposing these people, and organizations, and they are people and organizations that I for one, do NOT want running the country.

Indy   November 6th, 2009 - 5:06 pm

Well I see Cletoris is back mocking his betters again with his brilliant commentary. Beck’s just the messenger, how about disproving what he says instead of exposing your ignorance. You see what your comments amount to are about the intelligence level of a five year old saying, Becks a poopy head.Beck just brings you the facts, either in video, or in writing, using their very own words as evidence. You may not like the message, or even the messenger, but until you disprove his evidence, you bring nothing to the argument. Well nothing but your own ignorance that is. But by all means, carry on with your childish comments, it’s evident, that’s all you’ve got.

Jack Kemp II   November 6th, 2009 - 5:08 pm

Just stopped by to see how the angry white folks are reacting. predictably not much perspective or sense of humor in evidence. stay angry!

Indy   November 6th, 2009 - 5:08 pm

Exactly right Jana. Funny how they can never attack the message, only the messenger.

Wow   November 6th, 2009 - 5:11 pm

the collective IQ of you right wing poop stains can’t be more than like 7. yo people seriously i think are mentally re*arded.

The Right Is Right   November 6th, 2009 - 5:16 pm

Cletus,
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.

Your obvious “unnatural” physical attraction to John Stewart makes people a little uncomfortable and should just remain a well kept secret.

retiredat44   November 6th, 2009 - 5:17 pm

Jon is not funny… period… he needs a job,,,

Mags1234   November 6th, 2009 - 5:23 pm

I was hoping for a laugh but I didn’t think it was funny at all.

Karma   November 6th, 2009 - 5:30 pm

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ EVERYONE just patiently (watch) what happens to Jon……

U NO HOO   November 6th, 2009 - 5:53 pm

By over doing it, Stewart proves Beck’s points.

If Stewart had made it short and sweet he would have gotten a smile from me, as it is, I’m bored.

Jon Stewart, if you read this, brevity is the key. Hit and run.

Works every time.

Besides, does any significant part of Stewart’s audience get any part of what Stewart is saying?

U NO HOO   November 6th, 2009 - 5:56 pm

Stewart should take a few lessons from Rich Little.

U NO HOO   November 6th, 2009 - 6:06 pm

Jon, you forgot the Red Phone!

Shiori   November 6th, 2009 - 6:18 pm

Personally, I don’t think this is mean spirited – just goofy. I think Glenn makes important points, and has exposed a good deal of this administration’s underhandedness, and apparent socialist leanings & goals. But, I do admit that Beck’s delivery is sometimes comical, but Glenn admits that too. I’m not a fan of Stewart or the Daily Show by any stretch, but I wouldn’t put him in the same category as an Olbermann or Matthews or Maher, who love wishing death on people on a regular basis. Actually, I think Beck would chuckle at this rather than be offended by it.

Penelope   November 6th, 2009 - 6:20 pm

Hey, REAL good job, Jon! Shame no conservatives like Tony Snow or others died recently, so you and your ilk could have used your airtime to come out within 24 hours to celebrate their deaths like you always do! Seems like you are limited this month to mocking people who get sick and kick them as soon as you can when they’re down! Class act, buddy! Maybe you can do a high-class follow-up if Glenn were to die. Glenn would never do the same to you, ad that’s the MAIN difference between people like you and people like Glenn. Maybe if you ever have even have the courage to tell the truth about your own real last name as a start, instead of being a phoney and a cover-up on even that simple of points about oneself, you will have one shread of credibility in trying to convince your slavish audience that your targets are the deceivers. You’re an increasingly angry shallow hypocrite!

Gizmo   November 6th, 2009 - 6:23 pm

OH con-trier HA HA, You’re hilarious, the biggest joke of the day as a matter of fact. If you have anything to bring to the table to disprove any of Becks allegations, feel free to elaborate.Or was that the depth of your debating skills?

MATTHEW   November 6th, 2009 - 6:24 pm

Some of that was funny but after awhile it got old.I’m a glenn beck fan by the way.

eveh   November 6th, 2009 - 6:25 pm

He is just trying to hard to be funny and by doing that he is just boring. Anyone can mock someone else. It isn’t hard to do. I can do a good job of mocking Obama and I’m a woman. Wait,,,that might be an advantage there.

Janeane Garofalo   November 6th, 2009 - 6:33 pm

All you commentators here are so weak-minded, you probably all believe in a god! Glenn Beck, Glenn Beck, Glenn Beck, it makes me sick! When are you people finally going to wake up from Wonderland and see that every word uttered by Glann Beck and everyone else on Fox News is a lie, written by Bush and Cheney? Everybody knows everything they say is a complete fabrication. Or do you have to be college educated or non-racist to see that at all? You people really need to go to MSNBC for unbiased journalism for a change. I’ve never watched Fox News in my life, and I wouldn’t ever be stupid enough to! I don’t plan to rot my brain on all those redneck racist hatemongering misognynist homophobes on a channel whose policy won’t allow black people or women on the air and only attacks them in their absence! I’m not going to let people like them try to take away my open-mindedness!

Becker   November 6th, 2009 - 6:35 pm

This hack is extremely funny! What show is he on?

Stewart has No.....   November 6th, 2009 - 7:19 pm

This man is not funny. He has no material but to go after who he hates! The country thinks you are weak Stewart to find joy in someones medical condition. Your heart is cold!

PMiller   November 6th, 2009 - 7:20 pm

hahahahaha…I love Glen and I think he would get a kick out of this. I thought it was a pretty well done parody about a guy I really respect.

temple62   November 6th, 2009 - 7:29 pm

Beck has a larger viewing audience so babble away Jon Stewart, maybe you get someone other than liberals to watch your show as well. I find your show is as much value as sacking garbage or watching grass grow.

revolverBoy   November 6th, 2009 - 7:40 pm

I still don’t get it. What’s any of this got to do with a raging case of czaroids and a radical socialoid Obamophytic mass? All this anatomy humor sure upsets my stomach. I gotta go to the jon and take a stewart

happy   November 6th, 2009 - 8:01 pm

Thank God for Glenn Beck.

Jon Stewart uses whoopi cushion humor to entertain his audience.

Surely there are more talented comedians in the job pool.

Jon   November 6th, 2009 - 8:34 pm

Come on, I was just being funny gang! it’s called comedy. You folks better lighten up….things are gonna get alot worse in this country before they get better. We both know it.
Jon Stewart

Mark   November 6th, 2009 - 8:52 pm

I heard a new term today: DARKSISM (or Darxism). Hmmmmm?!?

" " "   November 6th, 2009 - 9:08 pm

DARKSISM (Darxism). The socialist ideology of the the Barrack Obama adminitration that encompasses Marxism, Black Liberation Theology, and redistribution of wealth from the white middle and upper class to the poor(minorities only).

Mark   November 6th, 2009 - 9:10 pm

Jon Stewart your free to use the “Darksism” thing if you want!

C   November 6th, 2009 - 9:51 pm

I like Glenn, and love what he’s doing, and that was funny…

steve   November 6th, 2009 - 10:41 pm

Hey John, check this out for a laugh.

“H.R. 3962 provides that an individual (or a husband and wife in the case of a joint return) who does not, at any time during the taxable year, maintain acceptable health insurance coverage for himself or herself and each of his or her qualifying children is subject to an additional tax.” “If the government determines that the taxpayer’s unpaid tax liability results from willful behavior, the following penalties could apply… “Criminal penalties Prosecution is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual: • Section 7203 – misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.

Can you read this with the glasses on, please?

N Waff   November 6th, 2009 - 11:11 pm

I thought this was funny – I just couldn’t sit through all of it in one sitting. It goes on and on.

Rick   November 6th, 2009 - 11:11 pm

makes me wonder how come SNL can’t do a good Obama parody. oh yeah! they not suppose to really make fun of Obama.

Ruthless Princess   November 7th, 2009 - 12:48 am

Jon misses Beck too. Can’t wait til he’s back.

Ruthless Princess   November 7th, 2009 - 1:05 am

Interesting he would spend almost 10 minutes on a skit about Glenn Beck. Beck has schooled him well and he’s paying attention.

Lady liberty   November 7th, 2009 - 1:06 am

this is priceless
http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2009/11/barney-franks-pot-bust.html

Jana   November 7th, 2009 - 1:11 am

Still waiting for all the people yelling “idiots!” and “stupid” to step up to the plate and point out what exactly has Beck said on his show that is a certifiable lie, and the evidence to prove it. Anyone? Anyone? yeah, I didn’t think so.

claspur   November 7th, 2009 - 1:38 am

If it wasn’t for Bortbort, I wouldn’t even know who this Jon Stewart guy was?

Conservative in Dayton   November 7th, 2009 - 2:04 am

To Jana, didn’t even hear from the crickets with any response.

David H   November 7th, 2009 - 2:05 am

Was that supposed to be funny? I know what’s funny Jon…. funny is funny Jon and you are not funny! And one more thing Jon; Glenn Beck is 100% right!

What Glenn, Rush and the other modern media-patriots are mocking is the actions of the progressively more liberal socialist-marxist-communists (AKA the current Democratic Party) that has become the biggest threat to America in her history and yet are truly funny in their unbelievable antics.

Conservative humor is funny because it is based on the truth while progressive “humor” is based on liberal lies, deception and denial (which was the real purpose of Stewart’s unfunny little propaganda skit).

It’s like how we find humor in and can laugh at the criminals on “Cops” even though they are engaging in terrible activities (and yes we can make this comparison to explain how we find real humor in the criminals now running Washington).

The bad news is that things may be getting much funnier before this terrible situation comedy known as the Democratic Party gets cancelled, and yes, it will be cancelled!

bic   November 7th, 2009 - 4:09 am

Stewart is funny, but no one has yet to discredit Beck on the facts.

Jon Stewart – don’t be a sell out, media bitch, for Obama.

Are they all cowards, voluntarily censoring themselves from going after Obama, or do they actually buy into this Marxist crap?

I think they’re afraid Obama will bail out the media and have the power to cut their salaries 90%. They can’t buy his crap that much.

parker1227   November 7th, 2009 - 4:38 am

At least Beck has enough humility to admit he is a goof much of the time. Its the overly serious nut jobs like Keith Olbermann who truly scare me.

Always be wary of people who are incapable of self-deprecation. They are the ones who want to destroy all who disagree or criticize.

People like Olbermann and Obama come to mind.

Cleetus   November 7th, 2009 - 8:59 am

Jana – can you prove that you’re not an “idiot” or “stupid?” Yeah. I didn’t think so. In fact, to the contrary, I think you’ve done a spectacular job of proving that you are in fact a complete idiot, and extremely ignorant and stupid.

Snoopy   November 7th, 2009 - 9:04 am

This guy is a political dis-information and propaganda specialist under the illusion of humor. There is nothing funny about preaching ignorance and lies…….

Now that's funny   November 8th, 2009 - 12:58 am

LOL…that was a great parody. Stewart was dead on. That said Glenn Beck is the MAN. He is on a rocket; he has the fastest growing radio and TV audience on the planet. Why??? Because he is not politically correct and he relates what everyone is thinking and know but is affraid to say. I think that Stewart and the rest of the liberal elite are so bleeping jealous they don’t know what to do. Maddow, Olberman, Maher are irrelevant as is Stewart…but he did a great job mocking Beck, I’ll give him that…

Rdawg   November 11th, 2009 - 9:40 pm

Hilarious! Spot-On. Superb.

Paul Martin   November 12th, 2009 - 11:44 am

Karma: I believe what goes around comes around, and I can’t wait to watch the show! I’ve seen it happen again and again. So, Karma, bring it onnnnnnnn!

Bryce Peters   November 12th, 2009 - 11:47 am

Janeane Garofalo: Nice try moron.

Joe Bloe   November 12th, 2009 - 3:37 pm

I love Glenn beck, but I have to say that Jon Stewart does his thing just as good, if not better. Glenn does have this country’s best interests at heart, can’t say the same for Jon though.
