1. Get Marijuana Legalization on the ballot to bring the slackerds to the ballot box
2. Get said slackerds to vote for me becuase I love to give away free stuff.
3. Win election.
4. Ask Federal Gov't for a bailout.
5. Receive Fed Gov't rejection letter because the Repubs won the House and Senate.
6. Kick the can down the road while the Calif. Assembly and Senate squabble and accomplish nothing
7. Continue to collect my checks and pad my retirement benefits.
8. When the next governor adopts this mess – the state goes bankrupt after the Fed. House and Senate provide him/her the tools to do so.
The only plan you will need is one for a new way to make money that doesn't involve stealing it from the people's treasury. I sincerely hope you have to live in the world you created for everyone else as the founders intended elected reps to do.

This kind of reminds me of Christmas (yes, I said that word) when I was a just a kid. Back then we wrote our letters to Santa and asked for all the best toys, which my parents couldn't afford. And then, Christmas Day we were disappointed we didn't get what we asked for but settled for the things we received not realizing there was no such thing as Santa.
