I left the Republican party along with my wife and son (they left us of course). We no longer identify as Republicans, and, we no longer send them money. As I told them, when you quit running candidates who are not really “conservative” or apply “Republican” values, well, no money. I have however supported many conservatives in other states, and will continue to decide who to send my money to, and who I will support. I would rather be moved along by someone who believes in what they say, that being the demonrats; rather than those like McCain and Graham.

I personally prefer Obama as President over just about any current Republican; and a bit proud of Americans that, since we were going to fire Bush anyway, used the opportunity to show the world that we are quite willing to vote for an African American and 2nd generation immigrant, to boot. It is the Democrat Congress that is the genuine threat to liberty. A President who respected liberty would still get all the blame for the mischief cooked up by a Democrat Congress – in hindsight, a Democrat President paired with a more conservative Congress seems to work quite well.

Maybe the Democratic Party at one time, long ago, had some good people and good intentions, but TODAY’s Democratic Party is a bunch of self-serving CON-ARTISTS (especially those who have finaggled their way into Power!), out to bilk all of us. I have noticed a clear pattern with the Dems that their strategy is going to be to do what they do best, demonize the oppostion. I see the Left’s talking points are in lock step to repeat over and over that the Right is EXTREME, RACIST, HOMOPHOBIC, HATEFUL. As a moderate I see it as the wrong strategy. The more the Left accuses the party as a whole of Racism and Extremism the more Moderates like myself will stop supporting moderate Dems. I in the past have voted almost split between Dems and Reps in past elections but as the Left embraces this tactic I find myself leaning more and more Right every day.
Jarret is the queen of pay backs. She has provided ways and means for Michele Obama since 1991. The queen of Section 8 housing. She is a benind the scenes ‘pay to player’. The epitomy of ‘power and favors’. She continues to this day to refuse to answer questions on her ownership of the Grove Parc slums in Chicago where she profited from displacing poor people. She and her cronies ran the housing development into the ground.
She wants us to be “moderates” like her. Is that Mao Moderates?
Yeah, and the more the stupid libs make of the GOP the more you can be sure they are really worried. Keep it up Jarret, the more you do the more you make a fool of yourself, if that’s possible.
