America…that is just asinine! But it’s Olberman the doberman…the ‘mentally unstable’ Democratzi “looney” bootlicker!

I guess you could say that racism is still alive and well in the majority of the black community due to entitlements continually received from their black slave owners the ‘mentally unstable’ Democratzi “loons”!

They keep the black community in the inner city plantations…under their thumb…where they can be controlled.

They continually make promises, they don’t keep! Keep handing out the freebies…making them think they are “special” to the Master!

But there are millions who have broken the chains of modern day slavery under the ‘mentally unstable’ Democratzi “loons”!

They have broken the chains of entitlement to the ‘mentally unstable’ Democratzi and come over where reality reigns supreme to “all” Americans!

No longer do they believe the lies and spins of the ‘mentally unstable’ Democratzi “loons”…they now think for themselves…and they are prospering and making a life for themselves in America…just like every other American no matter their color!

Olberman…get a life and get a clue…you are being used as a ‘mentally unstable’ Democratzi “looney” tool!

mojo   February 19th, 2010 - 8:37 pm

Democrats and Keith Olberman are racists. They use blacks as human shields against criticism. They assume blacks don’t pay taxes and can’t be tax protesters, that’s racist.

Why are we even having this discussion? Democrats were always for slavery and segregation and lynching. Al Gores father voted against civil rights.

Republicans died by the hundreds of thousands to free the slaves in the civil war and passed the first civil rights law in 1875! Voted in greater numbers than dems to pass it again in 1964.

They lie!

This is History....facts, not lies   February 19th, 2010 - 8:57 pm

Republicans, conservatives and constitutionalists always find themselves on the defensive in regard to civil rights issues. No matter what they do, will do or have ever done, the left, Democrats and contrarians demonize them as racists. By demonizing Republicans and conservatives the left can continue to impose the big lie, which will be accepted as gospel by minorities, whom Democrats believe “owe” them. Former Democratic Senator Bob Kerry attempted to rewrite history. Kerry maintained that all the Dixiecrats became Republicans shortly after passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, this is a big lie. Richard Russell, Mendell Rivers, Clinton’s mentor William Fulbright, Robert Byrd, Fritz Hollings and Al Gore Sr. remained Democrats till their dying day. In fact most of the Dixiecrats did not become Republicans. They created the Dixiecrats and then, when the civil rights movement succeeded, they returned to the Democratic fold.

JFK evolved into a true believer in the civil rights movement only when it became such an overwhelming historical and moral imperative that he had no choice. As a matter of record, when Kennedy was a senator from Massachusetts, he had an opportunity to vote on the 1957 Civil Rights Act pushed by Senate Majority Leader Lyndon Johnson. Instead, he voted to send it to the conservative Senate Judiciary Committee, where it would be pigeonholed.

His voting record in the late 1950s did not mark Kennedy as a civil rights activist. Yet the 1957 Act to benefit African-Americans was passed with the help of Republicans. It was a watered- down version of the later 1964 bill, which Kennedy backed. For the most part, in the 1960 presidential campaign he avoided the civil rights issue altogether. He did endorse some kind of federal action, but he could not afford to antagonize Southern Democrats, whose support he desperately needed to defeat Richard Nixon. Basically, he could not jeopardize the political support of the Dixiecrats and many politicians in the rest of the country. After he was elected president, Kennedy failed to suggest any new civil rights proposals in 1961 or 1962. Kennedy did act in June 1963 to propose a civil rights bill because the climate of opinion and the political situation forced him to act. That too was almost stalled because Republicans refused to vote for the weak, watered down version of the Republican crafted bill when it came out of commitee with the Democrats.

Neither political party, however, has the right to claim it was responsible for making civil rights for African-Americans happen. Changing times and the efforts of blacks themselves, plus the thousands of electronic pictures blazing across the screens on national television, finally brought it home to white America that injustices were being done to their brethren who happened to be black.

phlogiston   February 19th, 2010 - 9:04 pm

Who cares if “people of color” decide to participate or not, or are conspicuous by their absence? Is there some sort of litmus test for the worth of any action or movement based on the participation of “people of color?” I don’t think so.

What is the conclusion if the answer to Olbermann’s question is a resounding “No?” Does the absence of “people of color” in any way compromise the tea party movement? Why?

When did participation by “people of color” become the denominator of value in this country? Is the field of nuclear physics compromised because there is little participation by “people of color?”

You need to wonder what the compulsion is to secure broad spectra of participation and consensus? If for example, the attendance at a rap concert performance in Harlem is attended primarily by young people, who are “people of color,” does that have intimations that are of concern, and does the “concert” require participation from “other than” “people of color” to be “acceptable?” How many rap concerts have you attended Mr. Olbermann?

kmichaels   February 19th, 2010 - 9:07 pm

Now for some lesser known US history.

Let’s start at the point where the kkk became a popular organization. It was founded by five democrats, manned and operated almost exclusively by democrats. Over the years of operation it led to aprx 3000 blacks being murdered and aprx 1400 white conservatives being murdered, primarily in the southern states.

Over time the amount of racism became less and less accepted, the numbers went down drastically, so today the kkk is simply a small remnant with very few members.

Politically, blacks were becoming more aware of their own political power and politicians took note of this change. Of course Republicans pushing to give blacks the vote helped the political power of blacks.

So democrats, faced with reality, decided it was time to take another approach to blacks besides just killing them. That approach was to use them for votes. So Democrats adopted this general approach. One strong proponent of this approach was LBJ, so I will use his words to describe it. “Neg-roes are becoming uppity, but they have reason for it. They are growing in political sway and we need to do something about it. We, therefore, should give them a little something. Not enough to make a difference but enough to keep them quiet (gain their votes).

So this is the general goal of Democrats is to get the votes of blacks. Similar things were later adopted for latinos, when their numbers started to count. Eventually the Democrats also decided that to keep blacks under Democrat control that they would have to stir up the emotions of black communities, into a state that was against the Republican party. This approach took two major roads. The first was to convince blacks that it was Democrats that cared for them since it was Democrats that were giving them the most handouts. The other was to convince blacks that the reason Republicans did not want to give them money was because they are racists, they hate blacks and why give money to people you hate.

The truth of it is that Republicans ignore your race and color and simply don’t believe in social handouts as a way to strengthen a nation. We believe in the strength of the individual, regardless of race creed or religion and desire that people eat of their own bread, so to speak. So we apply the same rules to all people. But that truth would be consistently buried by liberals that want to keep poor minorities under their control. So the Democrat nature will be to continue to give them a little something, and race bait against the other party, until hell freezes over.

The reason this is an issue stems from what I mentioned in my comments above about the history of Democrats and minority races. Bottom line, they think that they gain political power by continuing the myth that conservatives are racist.

The main speakers at both Tea Parties I attended were black (and fantastic speakers). Democrats automatically go to the same old criticisms, wheter they are true or not. They know that the liberals who watch and listen don’t want to be confused by the facts. They want to live in their dream world which is populated by nasty, hateful, prejudice, stupid white conservatives.

kmichaels   February 19th, 2010 - 9:41 pm

“White is a color – actually the sum of all colors; black is the absence of color.”

Actually there are two major color concepts. That of the color of transmitted light and that of material that reflects light.
All colors at once in transmitted light is white. All colors mixed together on reflective material is black.

DEMONCRATS invented the KKK. So what’s that all about?!

kmichaels   February 19th, 2010 - 9:51 pm

Some more VERY INTERESTING historical trivia.

This has to what is known as the “Southern Strategy”

Is it wrought with controversy since there is no way to know the minds of the millions of voters and what they believed. Also we don’t have enough evidence to know why politicians did one thing or another.

In any case, there was a political pundit, that at the time was Republican, that tended to enjoy being in the public spotlight, must like liberal Ed Shultz of today. In any case, this guy, by the name of Kevin Phillips had what he considered a bright idea. His idea simply reflected his own racial and political views more than those of an entire party. So his hot idea was to win over souther Democrat voters by playing the race card. There is no evidence that his plan was ever accepted, since the Republican party philosophy and practice and long history was to ignore race creed and religion for one and all and judge all people by the same set of rules.

Up to 3000 blacks were killed by the southern Democrats (kkk) along with around 1600 white conservatives. So Conservatives paid the price for protecting the freedoms of blacks often with their own lives.

In any case, this dumbass Kevin Phillips, disregarding right and wrong decided to play political games and suggest race baiting. There is no evidence, other than this morons own books, that his dumbass evil idea was ever accepted by any significant number of conservative politicians.

As time passed, since it was beneficial to the Democrat party, the Democrat party decided that playing the race card would be to their benefit. So their approach was to pander to blacks, offer them more of somebody else’s tax money and teach blacks that Republicans are all racists anyhow. This helps build up negative emotions towards Republicans.

Apparently Kevin Phillips did not get enough credit for his dumbass ideas from Republicans at large so he converted over to Democrats (after all the Democrats were the KKK) and eventually ended up (and is there still) writing articles for none other than Huffington Post.

Dear Lady liberty at 9:55 pm…do not give up on Debra Medina!

The lies and spins come from the opposition. The opposition being the moderate ‘fence sitters’ of the Republican party who are for the first time being faced with a serious contender for the governorship!

I challenge all to go in and read what she believes on the issues. I challenge you to go in and read ‘her’ endorsements from real Texans not lobbyists and millionaries…Texans!

I believe that Debra Medina is going to win this race…because she is a ‘real’ conservative.

I feel the same way as her about 9/11…I know who did it…and why…but I have not seen all the facts and have not taken the time to figure out who did.

Hundreds of experts have testified on the falling of those towers…I don’t know all the details…but these are experts who have questions.

Questions still abound over JFK…it will be no different for 9/11. There is nothing wrong with ‘questioning with boldness’!

All she is saying is that she has not spent time on it…and cannot make a judgment and I say the same!

So I suppose that makes me a truther and a birther!

They are lies to stop her…but from what I read from Texans…they are not going to be successful!

I support without question…Debra Medina…the only ‘real’ conservative in the race for Governor in Texas.

If “real” Americans really want to make a change in our Republic in 2010, we cannot let the lies of the opposition stop us!

catherwood   February 20th, 2010 - 7:57 am

Like the White House and Congress, Olberman just does not get it. He sees the tea party and tries to describe the tea party movement as something it is not. Lefties like Olberman report on what they think they are seeing not what is really there. Olberman is so eaten up with his own hatred and envy he can no longer see clearly. Some of the most adamant tea party participants are people of color. I have found they come in two basic groups: small business owners who fear new taxes, abhor government run health care, and think BarryO is a threat to small business; and, clergymen who want nothing to do with government abortion and the the Muslim world which Barry obviously represents. Too, all people of color at tea party gathering here in Florida complain vigorously about reading Miranda rights to terrorists and trying them as criminals. What all this amounts to is Olberman is wrong, but that is good. The longer he stays completely in the dark, the easier it is for the tea party surge to help conservatives win in 2010 because Olberman becomes a metaphor for other lib erals who seem to think that the tea party movement is about race and violence.

Emudude   February 20th, 2010 - 8:04 am

Reminds me of when the Black Man with the Gun showed up at one of the Tea Parties. He had a License to carry it and was showing support for the 2nd Amendment. MSNBC purposely ZOOMED the camera in to show only the gun. The proceeded to tell the world that it was one of the Crazed White Guys. They got caught by None Other that Breitbart.tv.

Eagle Scout   February 20th, 2010 - 8:58 am

The fact that “people of color” are not attending tea parties in the same numbers as white folks , is not an indictment of the tea party movement. It tells me one of two things. People of color have been misled about the movement or they don’t agree with what the movement has to say. Or maybe both. Sad just sad.

Eileen for Freedom/Liberty   February 20th, 2010 - 9:32 am

Dear Lady Liberty at 12:45 am…

Would you believe that your government would have hired so many Communists to advise this President?

Would you believe that your government would have attempted to bring those ‘radical’ terrorists into our country to try them not for ‘war’ crimes but as common criminals just a block or so from where they perpetuated their act of war against our Republic?

Do you believe that “radical” Islamic terrorists flew planes into the Twin Towers and our Pentagon and would have done more damage had they not been thwarted and by doing so ‘they’ declared war on America?

Do you believe that our government has proclaimed that this was merely a ‘man made disaster’?

Would you believe that this President has declared that “we are not at war with Islam…and NEVER will be?

Would you believe that our government allowed to happen the Abu Grav (sp?) activities that went on with our military?

Do you believe that our government allowed a “radical” Islamic Muslim to stay in our military knowing what he was proclaiming in his military life and/or personal life about his dedication to Islam. And then under their watch he killed 13 of our innocent citizens?

Do you believe that our government is sweeping under the rug past acts of terror against our nation as if they are just common criminal acts…shooting up of a military recruiting location, an active military “radical” Muslim in the military killing 13 citizens at a military base, a man who attempted to blow up innocent citizens on a plane?

Anything is possible…anything!

So please take off the blinders…and realize that no one person and/or entity is our all and all! All have the opportunity to fail…and do!

Does that mean that our government had anything to do with it…no! Does it mean they could have…possibly!

What it does mean is that we should be ever so vigilant to make sure that ‘we’ the people are in charge!

That we should take “all” the facts and determine what happened. And all the facts are not known to Americans…they are ‘classified’!

So take the lesson from the past on the assassination of JFK…conspiracy theories abound…and not one has been proven…but there is alot of evidence about all of them.

I can’t help but think about a letter that Jackie Kennedy wrote after the loss of JFK. It is not to be revealed for 50 years, I believe, after ‘her’ death!

It will be interesting to know what is in that letter, but I don’t think most of us will be here when it is!

So question everything…and make up your own mind. You have made up yours, and I have made up mine!

Debra Medina is the candidate for Texas and America!

I find it shameful what people are doing to her and her campaign, but I trust that the people of Texas will stand up and not be intimidated by the lies and spin of her opposition and show themselves for the true patriots they are!

Enough said!

Most black people still love Obama and will go down with the sinking ship. Its really too bad that the first black president was/is such a loser and disgrace. Im sure black people catch alot of flack by other blacks if they diss Obama. Even if they agree with the tea party, I woudnt think they are going to rush out and attend a rally. `

No matter what you think about Olbermann The special comment about race and the tea party movement is thought provoking.

It is a lot easier to call people names or deny what we really feel.

I saw a few minorities at tea party rallies, but it is no more than what I see at any GOP gathering.

Not anything like what you see at most Democratic gatherings.

He’s just asking the same question I and many others have asked watching the town halls this summer and the ugly racist signs at the tea party rallies.

The birthers,Obama is a socialist,I want my country back is it code for something you may not want to admit ?

Watch this if you dare and think about it.

Pastor Manning and Alan Keyes are only wearing ‘black face’
Lloyd Marcus who sings “The American Tea Party Anthem” is really Al Jolson singing “Mammy”

Olberman, shut the hole in your face, you are F.O.S.

The “Obamaniks” must be shitting their pants, when they see the people they thought would be Obama lovers, in perpetuity, showing they have minds of their own and are fleeing the entitlement mentality *THEY* have!

We can hope Obama will be a member of that very rare club of 1 term Presidents.

Hey Keith, those racist white people are rooting and screaming and cheering for each of the black speakers is because they agree with each other. YOU look at nothing but skin and that is racist you BIGOT.

I always like it when “da brovas” host those evening MSNBC shows. I’m glued to MSNBC for those shows.

Correction: That’s right, no people of color would be stupid enough to be considered part of the MSNBC evening line-up.

These are clips of blacks invited to speak onstage. Olbermann was referring to the sea of white faces in the audiences. Its clear to see the blacks they invited to speak on stage didn’t attract any blacks to their movement.

Theres a reason for that and its doubtful these whites will be able to understand why. Just ask any of them at random why that is and you’re likely to hear an answer that is repulsive to even the blacks invited to speak.

Olbermann is right – this movement is almost exclusively white and not likely to change from that.
