Iranian Protesters Met with Tear Gas, Batons

CNN: The protesters are using the anniversary to resume demonstrations against the outcome of the June 12 presidential election. An estimated 2,000 to 3,000 people crowded the streets and headed toward Tehran University, the site of the 1999 student uprising. Several protesters were hit on the arms and backs by the Basij, the journalist reported. The militia tried to persuade one man, whose face was bleeding, to get into an ambulance, but he refused.

To all citizens fighting for freedom and liberty all over this beautiful world…never…ever give up!

You have a right to enjoy the same freedoms as others in the world!

Freedom is never free…it always requires a fight to the finish…and you will be victorious!

We are behind you…we will not interfere in your country…but rest assured…there are those of us in America who understand your desire to be free!

Eileen, the spokeswoman for Israel, seems to be siding with the ones wanting to overthrow democracy in Iran. I guess that is what her fax from Israel told her to say – they seem to be backing the overthrow mob.

We should be supporting those who want freedom in the Palestinian territory that is being illegally occupied by Israel. The US needs to not only stop supporting them, but to put sanctions on them until they agree to the 2 state solution. Israel is in violation of the very charter that let them in the UN to begin with by refusing the right of return! Further, they are a rogue nation that refuses to define its borders and even supported Hamas! (true, look it up!)

This exposes exactly what has happened! All documented.

Sadly… The vote seems to have gone to Ahmadinejad on all counts…

You can squeal all you want… But the People there have spoken…

In 2000, most American voters went for Al Gore… But the law ruled and we failed with Bush…

Democracy is not all about winning, many times it is about failing in the name of the freedom to destroy yourselves…

Dear Trent…Reza Sayah is not the one who is commenting on this story. It was a gentlemen that used to be on one of our local channels. I cannot remember his name, but it is not Reza Sayah!

I also did not see anything mentioned in this video on Israel and Palestine!

So I think they have the videos mixed.

But, again, my comment stands that I support citizens fighting for the freedoms that we were intended to have as independent beings…period!
