Its not just the birth certificate. The one shown on his site is NOT COMPLETE. Any incomplete document is NOT authentic unless it is filled out correctly and completely (in this case the name of the hospital and doctor). Secondly, all his mother had to do is go to the hospital and say she had the baby at home (after flying in from Kenya and the mainland) so he could be classified as an American birth. There is no passport required from the mainland to Hawaii. The hospital would have put the name of the birth baby in the newspaper along with all the births that day. So that is a no brainer. Thirdly, if he’s NOT hiding anything further, then why would he deny any access to his education records? His college records would reflect whether he was in school as a “FOREIGN STUDENT,” thus drawing financial aid as a foreign student from such scholarships as the Fullbright? I say he’s committed FRAUD on the American voters.

What? Doubts? Just because every relative and official in Kenya claims that he was born in Kenya shouldn’t make you doubt he was born in Hawaii – lol They must all be lying! Right?

Further, this guy MUST have had to produce an authentic birth certificate MANY TIMES throughout his life, for example to get a driver’s license or Passport or register for the Selective Service or apply to colleges or apply for student loans–there must’ve been many occasions where his document(s) were required. WHERE are all those documents and applications now? And where are all those EMPLOYEES who PROCESSED those applications with their supporting documentation?

How could such a “cover-up” be maintained indefinitely?

When my daughter was born overseas, my parents put announcements of her birth in two local U.S. papers. They didn’t have to show any legal documents to do this. They didn’t even ask my husband and me if it was okay. They were just proud, happy grandparents who wanted to spread the good news. There’s certainly a chance that Obama’s grandparents did the same.

Let’s say George Bush refused to produce his original birth certificate. I am a strong conservative and vote republican, but I would have to say I smelled something fishy if he flat out refused to show it and fought it in court, and I would want to see it. I can’t say one way or another, and don’t think it really matters at this point. What i do find troublesome is that this is the first president whose background is virtually a state secret. the Governor of Hawaii seals his birth certificate. The state of Illinois seals his college records. his background as a state senator is spotty. He wins the seat because the competition drops out of the race kind of under odd circumstances. He goes to an Ivy League college with no apparent financial backing. He claims to be a constitutional professor when in fact he was a visiting lecturer. Just not much to grab on to.

Why even worry about the long form birth certificate. I’d be looking for a court case to clarify what “Natural Born Citizen” legally means. His father was a British citizen and thus makes this “President” a dual citizen. We don’t know where Obama was born, but that’s the easiest issue to set up as a strawman and knock down. 3 weeks after Obama’s birth as recorded in the Honolulu papers (not the State archives), Obama’s mother was in Washington taking classes at a university. Women is this possible?
3. There’s the ‘natural born citizen’ issue, which is the requirement. This is stricter that having American citizenship. Obama’s father was a British subject of colonial Kenya at the time of Obama’s birth. His mother was too young at the time to convey ‘natural born citizenship’.
4. Barack Obama was adopted by his stepfather, Indonesian citizen Lolo Soetero and took the name of his stepfather and was known as Barry Soetero. Did this convey Indonesian citizenship? When did Barry Soetero change his name back to Barack Obama? Where are the legal documents?
5. This is a question that repeatedly comes up with Barack Obama, where are the documents? Soetero/Obama went to Pakistan in 1981, went it was pretty much off limits to Americans. What passport did Obama use on this trip? Indonesian? US?
6. World Net Daily has a whole list of documents that Obama has not released: college transcripts, thesis, college finances, who paid for all of that? Why is everything kept under lock and key with this guy? If it would help him, he’d have released it. Hiding stuff under the law is evidence that the material would harm you case.

Bottom line, I reject the dismissal of the ‘birthers’ as nutters, kooks, wingnuts, fringe, conspiracie freaks, etc. The President is orchestrating a coverup and a campaign of demonization against people, who are asking legitimate questions. I would like to see States amend their election laws to require proof of eligibility to run for office and there are special, stricter requirements to become President. I think there is reason why people are still skeptical on the legality of our current White House occupant. I don’t fault them for it or think they are uneducated or crazy. VERY QUIETLY OBAMA’S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT

AP – WASHINGTON D.C. –
In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has Released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned,” leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U..S. Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter…

While I’ve little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ?

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama’s citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S… Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S… State Department’s “no travel” list in 1981.

Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a “natural born” American citizen between 1981 and 2008..

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

If you Don’t care that Your President is not a natural born Citizen and in Violation of the Constitution, then Delete this, and then lower your American Flag to half-staff, because the U.S. Constitution is already on life-support, and won’t survive much longer.

I’m not a birther conspiracist, but there are some curious facts that are puzzling to me.

First, it’s easy enough to phone in to the newspaper in Hawaii at the time of birth with the sole motivation to stake a claim US citizenship for baby Obama, without regard to any notion of later becoming president.

Second, the CLB is not sufficient to play in the Little League World Series, so why should he not have to produce it, if only to make the birthers look totally stupid?

Third, Obama has spent seven figures to prevent discovery and release of his actual birth certificate.

Fourth, Quarles Harris was shot in the head April 2008 in DC during the presidential primaries, just three weeks after snooping into Obama’s background and passport information.

Point five, the Kenyan parliament as recently as March 25, 2010 have said Obama was born in Kenya.

Sixth point, Why did Hawaii suddenly make the “Obama law” in the summer of 2009 to say the CLB is now sufficient for proof of birth?

Seven, Obama traveled to Pakistan in 1981 with a friend, except that Pakistan was off limits to Americans because it was under martial law at the time due to the Russian war in Afghanistan — so what country issued him a citizen passport?

Eighth point, Obama is the only editor in the entire history of all the ivy leagues, not just Harvard, to never have written a paper while editor of a law review — so, where’s his highly vaunted academic record and credentials, and why wasn’t this brought out as well, and why the secrecy of his entire background?

I never doubted Obama’s natural born citizenship until I witnessed the well coordinated jamming against any who asked to see the original long form birth certificate. Only then did I realized something was being hidden.

The media has also been successful in making the debate about Obama’s birthplace or citizenship, when in fact it should be about his “natural born” citizenship status. A “natural born” citizen differs from an ordinary citizen, and the founders’ intention was that our President never have his loyalty split between two nations. Although a clear definition of “natural born” is difficult to come by, many sources claim that “natural born” citizens must be born on American soil to TWO American citizens. If Obama’s story is to be believed, his father was a British citizen, since Kenya was under British control at the time.

The real issue is whether Obama, born to a British father, can be considered a “natural born” American citizen.

It’s too late now, but we still would like to see his birth certificate and would like to know why everything about Obama is hidden from view.
What is his IQ? Where are his school records and transcripts? The manchild is a cypher. We know more about Osama than about Obama. Hmm hmm hmm.

If Obama is holding back on producing details of his birth certificate because of something embarrasing like his mother being unmarried or because he’s using this to call people nuts, then that is reason enough not to trust him because a real president would not put his own self-interest ahead of that of the American people. It makes no cents why he would spend so much money on this when it only costs a few bucks to get the long form.

I have to agree that there is reasonable doubt as to his country of birth. I’ve had to produce documents everywhere I go, and in particular, when applying for government jobs. I think it is reasonable to expect him to release or authorize release of all requested documents, especially since the U.S. Constitution requires birth to be president.
I want to make it clear, however, I think Obama and Bush are very alike. They empty the treasury and Obama hasn’t done anything to decrease the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan which are very costly both in blood and treasure. Frankly I’m very dissapointed in the past few presidents. They seem to be focused on America integrating both socially and economically with the rest of the world, rather than capitalizing on our strengths and keeping our people employed.

It is not Barry’s place of birth that he is trying to hide. It is the fact that he is an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro, and not only does his birth certificate indicate such, so do all of his college records. He has not been a U.S. citizen any time in the last 43 years. If you doubt this, read his autobiography – in which he admits traveling to Pakistan in the 80’s. The only problem is that a U.S. citizen would not have been admitted to Pakistan in the 80’s – but an Indonesian citizen would!

Generally, folks don’t know that Hawaii law, even in 1961, provided for multiple kinds of birth records, most of which are not what people think of when they think of birth certificates. The following is a description of those, including certificates for people not born in Hawaii. Go figure!

1. In the State of Hawaii, back in 1961, there were three different birth certificates that were obtainable:
a. If the birth was attended by a physician or mid wife, the attending medical professional was required to certify to the Department of Health the facts of the birth date, location, parents’ identities and other information. (See Section 57-8 & 9 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).
b. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or mid wife, then, up to the first birthday of the child, an adult could, upon testimony, file a “Delayed Certificate”, which required endorsement on the Delayed Certificate of a summary statement of the evidence submitted in support of the acceptance for delayed filing, which evidence must be kept in a special permanent file. The statute provided that the probative value of the Delayed Certificate must be determined by the judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence. (See Section 57-18, 19 & 20 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).
c. If a child born in Hawaii, for whom no physician or mid wife filed a certificate of live birth, and for whom no Delayed Certificate was filed before the first birthday, then a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth could be issued upon testimony of an adult including the subject person) if the Lieutenant Governor was satisfied that a person was born in Hawaii, provided that the person had attained the age of one year. (See Section 57-40 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).
2. In 1982, the vital records law was amended to create a fourth kind of birth certificate for children born outside of the Territory or State of Hawaii. HRS Chapter 338 was amended to add a new section authorizing the Director of the Department of Health to issue a birth certificate for a person NOT born in Hawaii either as a Territory or State, upon sufficient proof that the legal parents of such individual had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth of such child.
3. The language of the statute clearly applies to births in the days of the Territory of Hawaii, so also births in 1961.
4. A press release concerning numerous questions raised across the country as to whether or not Obama was a natural born citizen was issued on October 31, 2008 by the Hawaii Department of Health by its Director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino.
5. In that very carefully worded press release, Dr. Fukino said that she had “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”
6. The intentional ambiguity of that statement raises more questions that it answered.
7. That statement failed to resolve any of the questions being raised by litigation across the country over the issue of Obama’s birth and qualifications for the office of the President of the United States, including:
a. The specific type of certificate was not identified. Could it be the certificate for someone born outside of the State of Hawaii?
b. Being “on record” could mean either that its contents are in the computer database of the department or an actual “vault” original. If the latter, those are the words used to describe what is there. The data base record could have been entered based on a birth record for someone born outside of Hawaii.
c. Therefore, the value as prima facie evidence is limited and easily overcome if any of the allegations of substantial evidence of birth outside Hawaii can be obtained and verified with a Court Order.
8. It should also be noted that in the face of all this litigation, the simple presentation of Obama’s vault birth records would put the questions to rest.
9. Obama has not taken this approach to a single one of the cases, but instead has hired legal counsel across the country at no small expense to defend the claims with motions to dismiss on standing and similar procedural grounds.
10. Such response to the request for proof that he is qualified to serve as President of the United States of America only serves to raise more questions about this election.

Obama was probable born in Indonesia. His records in Hawaii are sealed. We will not know the truth until many years from now. There are so many important matters to investigate, truth to find, corruption to uncover, Obama’s lies, his radicals and thugs he appointed to office, and his socialist agenda that will destroy America. The liberal bias news media refused to investigate any of this.
