Geithner should have been gone early in the year, right after the AIG bonuses fiasco. He is a failure. But, this whole notion that we should give money to failing companies, without allowing them to file chapter 11 first is ridiculous. If they had gone to the courts, the judge would be able to dictate what bonuses, debts, or investments to be restructured. Without a judge, contracts are contracts and the bailout with the judge involvement was the biggest mistake I have ever seen done by both Bush and Bush Jr (Obama).

What should happen is a broad and permanent business tax cut across the spectrum such as the corporate income tax and let the market pick the winners. When the government borrows money to lend money there is no net influx of money into the economy. People invest in a stable situation. The uncertainty of taxation is what prevents investments and job creation.

For once I agree with everything said on the Ed Show, but these people really need to watch Glenn Beck. He has been all over this for at least the last 10 months. Glenn gave the best explanation of the whole Goldman Sachs love fest that our treasury department has with them. He also gave a great explanation of how AIG was used to funnel money to all sorts of different places. CORRUPTION is a nonpartisian equal opportunity business.

This just proves that the Obama administration has been a colossal failure in it’s appointments. Not one person in his admin. is doing a competent job and the screwups continue daily. Conservatives have been calling this guy a moron for quite a long time. Of course, he made it sound too-good-to-be-true, but I checked it out and found it to be a legit website that is pretty cool. The one thing that caught my attention is that they had a section called “Things Americans Should Know”. The interesting thing about this section is that it has the complete, US Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and Pledge of Allegiance all in audio format. They have the text version, but face it, who reads all of those documents. They actually have all of those documents professionally recorded. I listened to all of them Saturday, after hearing the news of more American soldiers getting killed, I felt I could at least listen to the documents they list their lives to protect. I recommend everyone take the time to visit http://www.dearpolitician.org and listen to the most important documents we are all trying to protect.

How do you know that what is posted there to politicians is actually being forwarded to those politicians!
Actually I don’t trust any sites…I put my reps name in the search engine and get their information and put it in my favorites for future reference.
I only trust myself to get the information and make sure it is directed to the right source.
Those Democratzi could be collecting that information and destroying it so that it never gets to those politicians!

I graduated from a business college (no I haven’t achieved my goal, but that’s ok, I’m
