Subsailor, that's exactly my gut reaction when I heard her criticizing our debt situation. Then I heard Dick Morris on Fox calling this the first salvo in her bid for the 2012 presidency. I know you were being tongue in cheek, but I believe that's exactly what it was.
She sure has enough ammunition to use against Obama and if it's true that her aspirations for his job are as obsessional as they seem, I think we can expect more shots to come.
I supported her when I believed in the Democratic party (stupid me) and even when she became his SOS, but can't any longer because I think she just sold out for the expediency of staying in the public domain. I've come to believe that she did all of this to further her own career (nothing new here, this IS Washington, DC, after all).
