This young degenerate pervert is only looking for attention and should be made to pay for this entire fiasco.

But we all know the ACLU will be happy to represent anyone with anti-religious, anti-American values.

RtofAtillia   March 12th, 2010 - 4:12 pm

Good for the school. Glad they stood up to the ACLU.

Kek   March 12th, 2010 - 4:15 pm

Stick to your principles Itawamba High School. You will get sued no matter what you do.

Brubeck   March 12th, 2010 - 4:17 pm

I don’t see why a school should be forced to hold a prom.

Our local schools have stopped doing a lot of things, due to liberal pressure.

For example, there are no more Halloween parades in elementary schools. They have “winter break” and no Christmas musical performances.

Snailmailtrucker   March 12th, 2010 - 4:32 pm

I hope the school can find a way to expel and sue this little pervert for conspiracy to commit fraud for suing the school district!

Slingbow   March 12th, 2010 - 4:33 pm

Gee, from looking at and listening to the ACLU attorney, you’d never guess that she has a personal interest in promoting the lesbian agenda.

CommonSense   March 12th, 2010 - 4:40 pm

Screw the ACLU and victim minded fools who want us to acknowledge their choices so they feel normal – ain’t gonna happen there buddy!

when will we ever learn   March 12th, 2010 - 4:49 pm

remember the woman who she supported gay rights but didnt fully coprehend what that meant
until she saw two men kissing each other in front of her and her child at a school?
this reminds me of that.

YIKES!   March 12th, 2010 - 4:50 pm

that’s nothing.
wait until your son decides to bring his boyfriend over for a sleepover.

sleepingdog   March 12th, 2010 - 4:50 pm

The ACLU is suing the school to force them to hold a prom on April 2. If the school holds out till after graduation, do they win?

we r-conditioning our childrens minds to accept this nonsense   March 12th, 2010 - 4:52 pm

far too many people really do not comprehend the can of worms
they have unleashed by letting gay rights get out of hand. God’s way has its purpose
Paul reconfirmed it but it was spoken way back in the Old Testament in Liviticus 20:13.

jujubee   March 12th, 2010 - 5:24 pm

Homosexuality is all about attention….me me me me me me!

The desire to be accepted by anyone because of the lack of acceptance at home.

It’s a choice, not a right.

Commieobamie   March 12th, 2010 - 5:56 pm

Just like all libTARDS. Harass others to force their sick agenda. Then when they didn’t get their way, they cause more problems, to try to make themselves feel important.
GAY, the perverted sex religion.
They should become muslim; see how that works out for ya.

Eric   March 12th, 2010 - 6:05 pm

Who is the dude in the suit?

Professor   March 12th, 2010 - 6:08 pm

Coming to a school near you.

lamplight   March 12th, 2010 - 6:43 pm

big deal….who cares? the school needs to take a good look at the world around it and wake up. This isn’t the 1950’s. time to catch up or get left behind.

Ultra_C   March 12th, 2010 - 7:04 pm

Plainly ridiculous. “Homosexuality” is not a protected classification in civil rights law. The school has every legal right, and responsibility, to refuse admittance to the prom of anyone on any basis other than race, color, religion, sex or national origin. So, if they don’t want to allow students to bring homosexual dates, they are perfectly within their rights, end of story.

Jimmie   March 12th, 2010 - 7:12 pm

Jimmie can’t wait for all of your children to come out of their closets.. what a day of introspection that will be.

Jimmie   March 12th, 2010 - 7:15 pm

Plainly ridiculous. “Homosexuality”…
Jimmie wonders if your tolerance of the handicapped schoolchildren is next to go? Maybe we should get rid of all those pesky ramps?

Jimmie   March 12th, 2010 - 7:17 pm

Jimmie thinks that ULTRA_C thinks that people being beaten up just because they are “F@G$” is ok too.

Rigatoni   March 12th, 2010 - 8:05 pm

The Progressives want all teens to participate in homosexual encounters in school, so that people get over their anti-gay bias.

Mandy   March 12th, 2010 - 8:10 pm

If I were into german scat porn and wanted to let everyone know about it, would people who thought I was disgusting be a fecalphobe? Give me a break.

She’s not really a lesbian I suspect. It’s more about her morbid obesity and the fact not even the skinny nerd in band class would want to have her next to him in his prom pictures. Girl is so fugly, she’s Jerry Springer material.

eltico   March 12th, 2010 - 8:11 pm

I am from MS and am proud that we have schools that will NOT allow people, even immature kids who think they can just ram their lifestyle down our throats, to get away with this. Enough is enough. All she and the ACLU want is attention. CBS News is just a suck up. I am tired of just 2%, MAYBE 2%, thinking they can rule this country. The problem is, they have been allowed to.

Guest   March 12th, 2010 - 8:21 pm

Rule of the minority is what this is. The school has its rules. Either change the rules or live by them. That’s the rule of law. But here we see rue of man, or in this case woman.
Naturally the anti-American progressive septic tank, aka the ACLU is involved. They love swimming in the cesspools.
This is pure Cloward and Piven – overload the system and cause it to crash.
The ACLU knows this. They were founded on these principles.

Cloward and Piven are good friends of Obama and the rest of the progressive Margaret Sangerites in the government.

Cranky   March 12th, 2010 - 9:32 pm

I am not a lawyer, but how is the ACLU going to convince a judge that the school did wrong by canceling an event? Yes, it’s clear that their *intention* was to prevent a butch “grrl” in a tuxedo from ruining the night for others, but how are they going to make the case that the school was legally obligated to follow through? Will the school be forced to justify the reason for it’s decision to a court?

Simply put, the school has every right to enforce dress codes for their events. No girls in tuxedos. You wouldn’t permit a boy to wear a dress to school, even if he was just goofing. You wouldn’t let a kid wear a swastika armband. So why permit the event to be hijacked by an agent provocateur?

My prediction is that the school will NEVER have another dance, and a parents’ organization will step up to sponsor a private prom, with dress codes and other rules applying.

Suvrec   March 12th, 2010 - 10:05 pm

Well she is the dyke I am sure,

Good for the school.

She is 18 and this is her way to get back at the school.

Lets she how she turns out in 20 years.

She is already a mess.

NoNewsHere   March 12th, 2010 - 11:02 pm

That dude looks kinda fruity.

soapscumbuildup   March 12th, 2010 - 11:50 pm

Good for the school. I’m not sure but where in the constitution does it say that students are entitled to a prom? Do students even
have rights other than to get an education?

hmmmm   March 13th, 2010 - 12:10 am

She must be the most hated student in her school. Good I hope the remainder of her year at school is miserable and she is ignored by her classmates for infringing on their rights to go to school without pc being shoved down their throats.

motleycroo   March 13th, 2010 - 12:16 am

Mandy, you stole my thunder. Well said.

Jimmie, stop eating the paint chips already.

Guest   March 13th, 2010 - 12:57 am

After seeing her picture, it’s possible no guy would want to date her. She needs salvation.

ANSWER: Not while HOLDER is AG.

“I am from MS and am proud that we have schools that will NOT allow people, even immature kids who think they can just ram their lifestyle down our throats”

“Good I hope the remainder of her year at school is miserable and she is ignored by her classmates for infringing on their rights to go to school without pc being shoved down their throats.”

Jimmie thinks you two have had the republican/fox talking points shoved down your throats..

CommonSense   March 13th, 2010 - 9:14 am

Me thinks Jimmie wasn’t loved by his step-father…..oh wait maybe he was…….
Me thinks Jimmie feels that his chosen lifestyle is the same as someone handicapped…….um us too except handicapped people always deserve compassion and assistance – gay people try to force it to feel better about themselves AND THEIR CHOICE.
Me thinks Jimmie hates the idea of 1950’s morality because it would not allow for him to participate in “Pride Parade’s” wearing a.ssless chaps while being held on a leash by another Jimmie. Yeah we need to catch up to the rest of the world????? Me thinks Jimmie should not wear latex turtle necks so tightly.

Hey Jimmie seriously…….buck up, butch up, grow up, and shut up.

kay   March 13th, 2010 - 9:21 am

Take the Prom to another location, avoid government property. Everyone who wants to conform to standards, codes, and morality……can attend that prom…..those that don’t won’t be admitted. The gays and leses can attend their own party somewhere else, wear what they want, and exhibit any behavior they want.
They scream for self centered attention….. and they will enjoy it more… among their own.

They are only trying to flaunt, and force their lifestyle on the rest of their peers.

The whole movement is to destroy faith, spirituality, normality, and morality. It is TOTALLY self seeking.

Buhlz_I   March 13th, 2010 - 10:39 am

If you wish to live a fringe lifestyle, you’ll need to accept the public aversion that goes with it. Homosexuals are in error when they demand respect from the majority who find their behavior repulsive? If you want to live a deviate lifestyle, learn to accept the public scorn that goes with it.

minkxy   March 14th, 2010 - 1:56 am

Kid just needs some mental or spiritual help.I applaud this school, and hope more will follow.Let’s stop enabling . After attention sounds right. ACLU …. you’ve had your head skrewed on backwards for too long.Time to delete you

Jimmie   March 15th, 2010 - 12:49 pm

CommonSense –
Jimmie thinks you also want to go back to lobotomies and doctors endorsing cigarettes and pre-civil rights laws? Jimmie thinks that you must have a tough daily struggle to chose to remain hetero..

Jimmie   March 15th, 2010 - 6:13 pm

Jimmie thinks if Robespierre is worried about people marrying sheep he should focus his attention on:
ALASKA, ARIZONA, COLORADO, Connecticut, FLORIDA, Hawaii, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, Nevada, New hampshire, New jersey, New mexico, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, TEXAS, vermont, Washington State, West virginia and Wyoming
… where it’s still legal to schtup a sheep.

Guest   March 21st, 2010 - 10:16 pm

You people need to grow up and realize that there is more to world then your narrow views and just because you don’t understand something doesn’t make it wrong. Homosexuality is not some conspiracy to undermine the church or some ploy to get attention. We should not have to put up with discrimination because of who we love. And it’s already a law that you can’t discriminate based in sexual orientation so the ALCU has every right to contest this.

Guest   March 21st, 2010 - 10:33 pm

oh and ultra_c plus a few other people you might actually want to know a bit about the law before you say something is fact.
