Wake up America! this is another blatant constitutional attack. The whole bill is unconstitutional! We the people need to ignore these jerks and their supposed laws that are unconcstitutional. The constitution requires the government to do certain things and passing laws that can’t ever be changed isn’t one of those things! Passing laws that excempt the politians from the law or allows them to be above it isn’t in there either. Nor is it conctitutional to force us to paya global tax! we the people need to stand on the constitution and refuse to follow this total madness. They work for us and we need to point this out to them as painfully as possible. We kicked out the british for this type of crap, lets’ kick out Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and Obama too! I just doesn’t matter. As this congress has shown, no precedent matters…everything is fair play. If they can summarily dismantle the Constitution as they have done, then anything can be dismantled. Even the bill. Make sure you vote this 2010!!

That’s not going to happen. Laughable they wasted time putting wishful thinking into the bill. If congress could handcuff the future it would have been done long ago. No court will ever uphold this and if Harry’s smart, he won’t let them lay down a restriction on congress and will withdraw the language before it gets a ruling.
