It is becomming more and more obvious that Obama has no respect for our Constitution, which he swore to uphold, our Supreme Court, or any of our other institutions. He is out for power pure and simple. The most dangerous president we have ever had!

Sotomayor also looks perplexed. There is a balance of powers. It will not make Obama’s efforts easier if he continues to piss off the supreme court.

I keep wondering just how long we are going to allow this inept individual to attempt policy. An idiot at the reins…. what a joke he is.

Who was the Energy Dept. head in those years? I remember she (a black lady) changed all the color coded security badges (didn’t like the idea of colored badges-you can’t make this stuff up) and there were many instances of unauthorized people in the wrong places like Livormore, Los Alamos, etc. After intellegence found out that our premier W-8 miniaturized warhead design was being utilized by the Chinese Communists, they went after this one chinese guy, a Dr. Wu (I think) for the publicity value (he got millions later from our government for a civil suit saying he was a scapegoat) he wrote a book about it.
There was a big publicity about it (and I thought Slick Willy was going to be removed) but it was overshadowed by the Monica revelations earlier that year (I think it was like Mar-Apr of ‘96). Slick Willy specifically overruled Defense Dept or whoever was in charge and had the tech reclassified to Commerce, under WAY LESS security.
After his reelection, Slick Willy handed it (the investigation) off to Janet Reno, who duly dismissed it-and Slick Willy got away with it.
I figure that since obama is such a liar, he specifically will take full advantage of this so called loophole to get MORE big $$$$$ corporate money. After all, he already got so much money from Big Pharma, and the insurance companies in his election, 750 MILLION (that’s 3/4 of a BILLION dollars, folks !)
