Gun-Toting Homeowner Catches Burglar in His Boxers

KMGH: A Golden homeowner did a double-take when he caught a burglar at gunpoint in his house. The intruder, who had more than made himself at home, was only wearing a pair of boxers -- boxers belonging to the homeowner. The man had also showered, done his laundry, and placed his own items in the refrigerator, Golden police said.

Can hardly believe this chap would use a 9mm instead of a .45 caliber sidearm. If he would have had to actually shoot this drugged up leach with the 9′er he would have had a full day of it. Never could understand why anyone would want to fire five or more shots from a 9′er instead of just one .45 cal round.

Guess it’s a good thing he picked a door as his first target.

I disagree. I favor a 9mm and while I have had a 45 in the past, among others, I always come back. Strength of training, monthly range time and hollow points make the argument moot.
As a private citizen you are free to choose what works best for you.

Everyone is aware that an incredible amount of Illegal Immigrants with Spanish names commit all kinds of willful crimes and “engorge” our prison systems and waste the time of our police force and tax dollars. The point is, is that this guy was a criminal and maybe he is criminal illegal immigrant, his name however, should not have been the issue but rather or not if he is here illegally or not causing problems for our communities because we have enough problems with legal residents who are criminals with all kinds of different names.

At any rate, Gonzales is “lucky meth head”.
