On an eight-day Asia trip, President Obama turned his attention home and pleaded for lawmakers to delay their Fort Hood investigation and “resist the temptation to turn this tragic event into political theater.”

We know 0bama himself has delayed making important decisions- including one he has since made that will bring the 9/11 terrorists to NYC for a civilian trial.
Then again, that sounds like the “political theatre” 0bama just railed against.

Since when do WAR CRIMINALS get Constitutional rights? When I hear democrats and liberal pundits going on TV and say to America: “If you believe in the Constitution, then you should believe we (democrats)are doing the right thing” …. So the next time you hear a democrat defend the New York trials as the “Constitutional” thing to do…tell them that if they care so much about the Constitution, then stop pushing ObamaCare, and Cap and Trade, and Bank bail-outs, and General Motors bail-outs, and on and on.
And by the way…if they try to use the reverse argument and say that: if Conservatives believe in the Constitution, that we should be the first to say that the New York trials are needed…tell them that Conservatives do believe in the Constitution, and that our Military has jurisdiction over WAR CRIMINALS.
Speculation has run rampant as to why The Mulatto Messiah From Mombassa has done this.
I believe it’s for two glaring and obvious reasons.(Both of which are loony and very dangerous)
1. To appease the Daily Kos wing of his base.
2. And to “Show the world how compassionate and humane we are.”
The obvious and very frightening possibilities of this horrendous and dangerous move are thus:
1. The security around the courtroom and NYC will be very costly and a logistical nightmare.
2. Zacharias Moussawi’s trial lasted 4 years, and he turned it into an al Qaeda infomercial. These guys will turn there trials into a jihadi mini series.
3. Selecting, protecting and sequestering a jury will be extremely difficult.
4. The defense lawyers will have a field day with motions to suppress evidence, queries about state secrets, waterboarding, what food these filth were fed, etc., etc.
5. While the press will probably not be allowed to film in the courtroom, they will be there en masse, and their incessant, nightly coverage will be another windfall for al Jazeera and wannabe terrorists.
6. There is, however small, a chance that they will be acquitted, or a mistrial granted.
All of these issues would not be of concern if these filthy Blackamoors were tried by military tribunals. This is clearly a political move by our Hate America President to appease his fan base. No more, no less.

I’m going to put Muhammad Atta’s passport on trial next. I don’t think I can get the passport for accessory to murder because we can’t prove that Atta murdered anybody. I might be able get the passport for leaving the scene of an accident. Whether I can make the charge stick is another matter, because at least the case involving a civilian document belongs in a civilian court. As absurd as all this sounds, it can’t be half as absurd as my decision to put the principal architect of the 9/11 on trial in the verysame city where 3000 Americans were murdered during the 9/11 attacks. I know that when all this is over, Obama and I are going to have a beer summit, but instead of having a teachable moment, we’re gonna have a “laughable moment” at the expense of the American people. And when we’re good and drunk, we’re going to have a nice old fashionable circle jerk on the US constitution.
Of course it is an ideological swing at America. What did you expect from someone who hangs around with terrorist bombers and sympathizers. The issue really is whether we can even recognize freedom anymore. Can anyone…ANYONE…name the THREE things that make this democratic republic so strong? My choices: 1) First Amendment, 2) Second Amendment, and 3) the Right to vote out the House of Representatives (ie. the tax man) every two years. If we refused to give our tax dollars to any country in any form that didn’t have the same freedomes and not let their government supporting citizens (if they ain’t fightin’ it…they’re supporting it)into our beautiful country, we wouldn’t have so much of this. The Iranian people are sick of their theocracy. I think Egypt, Pakistan, and Indonesia need to get their fill, too. Alone. Without our money.
