Bob in USA; Guys, PLEASE, re-READ the article about the “lost” i-phone. The phone was indeed left at a bar. BUT, a DIFFERENT person found the phone and asked “Mr.X” if it was his. (This according to Mr. X’s Atty–in the article). The article DOESN’T say how “Mr. X” got the phone from the person who found it! It does say that (somehow it got into Mr. X’s hands) Mr. X asked a bit and then WALKED OUT the door. That IS THEFT! This guy had no intention of trying to find the owner and how HE got his hands on the phone from the person who actually found it, isn’t mentioned!! Thief!

You know, if Breitbart never showed MSLSD videos, I would never know what their sets looked like.

Oh well, I guess you have to take the good with the bad. lol

I say take the MSLSD crew on the last shuttle mission for a one-way ride to the space station. They can amuse each other for eternity. I know none of us are amused.

isn’t possession 9/10’s of the law? it’s funny someone left the phone in a bar. apple must be quite shocked.. seems like gizmodo has every right to profile a phone in this situation. who is brilliant in Apple? the one’s who took years to finally introduce a front facing camera? or the fool who left it in the bar? apple will lose to android in coming years.

Boring.
Isn’t Apple one of Algor’s companies?
Doesn’t Apple believe in man-made global warming?
Apple computers and everything else Apple is made in China, no doubt by prisoners and little children. And recently, Apple quality has suffered.
Any company that promotes a computer based on the color of the cabinet is nuts.
For years Apple had only a one-button mouse. The idea was that their users would be confused by more than one button. They were right.
In truth I bought and own an Apple notebook. It’s OK but expensive. I only bought it because Apple finally switched to a real operating system – essentially Unix and the mouse has lots of buttons. My Linux software runs on the Apple natively. But I would not buy a new Apple product unless one of these older boxes died. I bought mine just before the quality control problems began. Even then, I had to return it for a new logic board (Apple’s name for a motherboard) because of a defective graphics card.
Most people who use Apple computers would never figure out how to use a PC. I am one of the few who can use just about anything that comes in front of me.
I am also not one taken in by fads. And I consider these iPhones and such fads. How do I manage without them? Very well, thank you, very well indeed.

Mark my words. Gizmodo will not exist a year from now. They’re gonna get their *sses sued off right after Apple releases this phone. This was the stupidest move these guys ever did. Either they’ll be found guilty of releasing Apple’s secret proprietary work to the public without authorization and be found liable for tens in millions of damages or they’ll be sued so long and hard by Apple’s war team of lawyers that they’ll simply go bankrupt trying to defend themselves. They better enjoy their 15 minutes right now because Steve Jobs does not f*ck around and these guys are toast.
