Waxjew says, “I’ll give him 3 more minutes.” Then this butt ugly creature interrupts him repeatedly. But Gore gets to spew his unadulterated bullsh*t and this freak of nature just about sucks him off.

It’s always nice to see Newt wiping the floor with Mr. Waxman every time he can…Waxman is an idiot, and cannot be anything but a schill for the AGW crowd. Our congressmen and women have a duty to look at both sides of an issue BEFORE they come to a conclusion, and base their votes on constituent input…This guy has got to go!

Pigface Man Is A Dork   April 24th, 2009 - 5:25 pm

Brilliant performance Mr. Gingrich. Pigface Man doesn’t care what it costs the American people, as long as GE gets the cash to keep spreading Obama’s misery.

Doesn’t surprise me Gore and Waxman are Democrats. They’re both shmucks who should be forced to locate to the South Pole for the rest of their lives and then they will realize there is no such thing as global warming.

CrazyOldWizard   April 24th, 2009 - 5:30 pm

Now I know where graphic novel artist Bosch Fawstin got his inspiration for Pigman! Well, the looks at least anyway.

I kinda think he looks more like a rat myself. Henry the Rat.

Looks like there was supposed to be someone from the skeptic side testifying today too. But Congressional Democrats really can’t stand that whole freedom of speech thing.

No one listens to Waxpig unless he is in session and there is no one else to listen to.So every chance he gets to Oink he does. His mug should be in the dictionairy next to Liberal Democrat

Waxman–perfect stereotype of the big nose, obnoxious communist jew. Throw in Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein with him.

Where in the hell has common sense gone? The green movement is the home of the radical anti-capitalism crowd. They want you riding a bike to work..and working in “carbon neutral” building. That still won’t be enough.

Matt   April 24th, 2009 - 6:05 pm

Embarrassing. I live in California and these are our representatives? This is embarrassing.

bicraftuallass   April 24th, 2009 - 6:11 pm

I love Newt and I hate Newt. In this instance….I LOVE Newt! Isn’t everyone fed up with Congress passing incomplete, unread legislation just so they can say they are doing something?????

Government has stopped listening/hearing the people. They are so consumed with what benefits them and theirs that they have forgotten whose footing the bill. I’m all for energy reform….but why does it have to be crammed through right away instead of passing thoughtful, responsible legislation?

Let’s remind them who they are supposed to be working for. From now on, Democrat or Republican–if they voted for the bail out–let’s vote them out. Period.

bicraftuallass   April 24th, 2009 - 6:13 pm

oops. So excited, I forgot how to spell! who is

GlobalObserver   April 24th, 2009 - 6:13 pm

I think what the Congress is asking itself right now, is not whether Global Warming is true or not, but how many tax dollars it will raise for their district.

I can’t think of any other explanation for denying discourse on such a controversial issue.

Algore   April 24th, 2009 - 6:15 pm

Dear Tea-bagging RACISTS,

Why did Newt agree on CLIMATE CHANGE a few years ago? Cut public service commercials with Speaker Pelosi.

Skychief   April 24th, 2009 - 6:21 pm

This is a concerted effort to destroy our economy so government has more control over us. No debates. This was taught by the Communist professor Saul Alinsky in Rules For Radicals. Hillary wrote her thesis about him. Gore, Reid, Pelosi and that ilk have learned well from Alinsky. Get in peoples faces, ridicule, take credit for what the opponents do right, blame the opposition for what you did wrong. Never let up and persecute at every opportunity. Our President is a Communist, his mentors were, too.

Steve   April 24th, 2009 - 6:45 pm

One after another, most who testified spoke of global warming like it’s a verified, scientific fact. I don’t understand how propaganda like this can pass for fact in our United States! I fear we are headed for some terribly dangerous waters if this keeps up.
Any representative of (my sorry state of) California should be relegated to the corner of the room. Let this country follow California’s lead and it too may be staring at the real possibility of bankrupcy on the horizon!

We are all witness to the monster that is created when those in power learn they can get away with spending $700 Billion of our money without being dragged out of office by the ear. They’ve gone over the edge and it’s become a liberal free-for-all of social experimentation. They are gambling with sums of money so large that the layperson can’t even fathom the scale, and the scholars who can never even theorized the potential outcomes!

Steve   April 24th, 2009 - 6:47 pm

Liberals like Waxman are the purist of scum this country has to offer. They are owned by their Libtard activist idiot enviromentalists. Waxman got his idiot arse handed to him. He, like Pelosi, Reid and Obama are far, far more dangerous to the helath of this country then Bush ever was.
There are so many careeer politicians on the democrat side. You libs vote for ideology and not for what is best for this country. I don’t care if you vote in new democrats just vote out the old POS’s.

dr jay   April 24th, 2009 - 6:49 pm

Skychief, you are right on here. i actually think all the interrogation memos and possible legal action etc. is all a smokescreen to ram through this brutal life changing legislation.
why the heck aren’t we building nuclear plants and having a manhatten style project for energy independence? because the government does not want to. why? the answers to that are not pretty.

WooHoo!   April 24th, 2009 - 7:03 pm

*WHO* is that gorgeous young woman behind Newt, just off his left shoulder?!

Socialism anyone?   April 24th, 2009 - 7:12 pm

Newt Gingrich is my hero….did anyone catch the look of horror on Waxman’s face when Newt asked if he could respond to Waxman’s statement. Funny how Waxman failed to remember good ol Al Bore was given the time and curtsey to respond to an earlier discussion. But most disturbing is that the dirt bag Waxman thinks the American citizen may need to be “punished” in order to bring about the change this administration desires. How come American citizens don’t get the same respect and butt kissing that this bunch have given to the Taliban who only have one thing on their mind and that’s killing us. God help us all if we do not stop these blithering idiots before they complete destroy the only country on this planet that is worth a sh@t.

Waxman would have made a stronger argument if he had just remained silent. As it is he simply exposed his own idiocy.

Scare tactics!! What the hell is Waxman smoking! The climate alarmists do nothing but scare to get the sheep to follow! Don’t allow descenting opinion. Newt was a last minute add because they wouldn’t allow a full fledged expert to testify opposite that idiot Bore!!

I am begging Californians to get rid of Waxy!!!

Where can I get a Henry Waxman mask for Halloween?

flipflop   April 24th, 2009 - 8:56 pm

RACISTS?!? Oh come on, get a new line. That argument is so so so old. You have nothing to say but to come online and call dissenting views racist. Ridiculous. That said, the part of this video where Newt says “I don’t think of foreign dictators the same way as I think of the American people, sir”, was just awesome. I cheered out loud. I hope that can’t be considered a hate crime.

America…the Democratzi are destroying our nation!

Why is no one in our government standing up and asking for the birth certificate of Saul Alinsky Obama?

Why? Why?

It is the only legal way to stop this nightmare…what are they waiting for someone to drop a bomb on us and then remove this fraud?

America…step up the pressure…we need that birth certificate…these loons are taking us down the slippery slope of destruction…they cannot be trusted!

Of course, Gingrich, Waxman, Gore… All agree on global warming. They only disagree on what to do about it.

Brock   April 24th, 2009 - 10:58 pm

It was certainly informative to see Dictator Waxman in his element. I find it telling that he will try to kill off any questioning of his agenda, to dramatically increase taxes, but he will allow the scaremongers, AGW crowd, unlimited air time to try and get the sheep to stfu and go along with his agenda.

Discource is dead. Dictatorship rules…

Intelligence is dead. Intransigence Rules.

Cooperation is Dead. Crowding out alternatives rules.

Kindness is dead. Killing off debate rules.

That’s right Waxman is a DICK.

He proved beyond the shadow of any doubt, he is only in this for the money.

Gandhi's Fist   April 24th, 2009 - 11:13 pm

@Brock,

Discourse is not dead, you’re participating in it now.

As for Congress. You folks in California okay with this tool–Waxman?

Newt was right, global warming is just another way to stick it to you. From Boston O’Hare charging a “carbon” fee for parking to other ways yet to be named, we’ll all be paying dearly, this is for sute.

The trouble is, global warming is pure bunkum. Orbiting spacecraft around Mars and Saturn, besides sending stunning photos, sent temperature records which parallel Earth’s. Hummm, now I’m no Al Gore, but what do these three planets have in common that could cause their temperatures to rise? It’s a tough one, but I’m guessing the sun.

Also, 10,000 years ago, at the height of the last ice age, a mile of glacial ice stood directly above the location I’m keyboarding this from. Those cavemen must have been driving some wicked polluting cars to melt that cube. What sort of car do you figure that was?

Gore’s spiel has been debunked by genuine scientists time-and-time again. In fact, Gore isn’t even a scientist and has no training in atmospheric science to speak of. The global warming crowd is as bad as the flatworlders from centuries gone by. They don’t want you to think, they want you to believe. The trouble is that this particular religion has a false prophet, of this, I can assure you.

How is that for discourse?

Hickok   April 25th, 2009 - 12:40 am

I’m still recovering from the last ice age. Or, can we thank global warming for removing the glaciers from Ohio?

Killen Power plant should have been built as Nuclear per original design. As consumers of electricity, we are still paying for the costly conversion to coal in mid construction.

It’s time that 5 million patriots visited DC on July 4th to communicate with our fellow citizens. The fireworks will certainly be magnificent. Don’t forget lotion to avoid a red neck!

Far Reich Wing Wacko   April 25th, 2009 - 10:29 am

You morons on this site are really so stupid!

It’s hilarious that the Democrats won another seat in the House in a normally very heavy overwhelmingly conservative area yesterday, as Rethug Tedisco conceded to Dem Murphy. So much for all that $ that Michael Steele and the RNC spent up there trying to buy votes where he shouldn’t have even had to at all, proclaiming a sure victory for the Conservatives. (I just keep winning more money in bets off you Neanderthals) Just proves that you Reich-wing morons have become more and more irrelevant by the day!

And then there’s that freed Pirate hostage Shane Murphy, second in command to rescued Captain Richard Phillips of the Maersk Alabama, who slammed Rush Limplaugh for politicizing the pirate affair by referring to the pirates as “black teenagers.” Murphy claimed “It’s feels great to be home. It feels like everyone around here has my back, with the exception of Rush Limbaugh, who is trying to make this into a race issue…that’s disgusting.” “You gotta get with us or against us here, Rush,” Murphy said. “The president did the right thing…It’s a war…. It’s about good versus evil. And what you said is evil. It’s hate speech. I and our crew won’t tolerate it.”

It sure sucks to be you guys, huh?? I sure hate to kick a guy when he’s down, however in this case I have no choice but to make an exception. Nobody deserves it more than you FAUX NOISE Far right koolaid drinkers after what you and your leaders put this country through over the last eight years and the condition they left it and the world in for all!

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha,

Losers! And don’t come back with all that “You wait and see” crap, as the constant fear mongering tactics that were all you had are no longer working. The only ones fearing anything now are you morons and your leaders that are about to face the music on criminal charges! That is why you are losers and have become so irrelevant!

And the Far Reich Rethulican’t Hypocrisy Comedy Parade Continues……

Bill   April 25th, 2009 - 12:33 pm

Get your facts straight Fat.Tedisco lost in a race that was held by A Democrap as a special election after she went to the Senate to replace Hillary. Why bother with facts,Gore doesn’t.The results were helluva lot closer than the original.
Wait till next years election once the people who can comprehend what is going on(this excludes you Fat) will vote the socialists back
to Europe where they belong.Make sure you get every socialist program passed this year because we take back our country next year. Also try to leave the world somewhat intact so we have something to work with.

One of the fundamental rules of the Republican Party, is denial. One of the most important rules of the Republican Party of George Bush, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Newt Gingrich, and their brethren is deny science when its findings are not agreeable to your base.
Live in a Crichton-esque science fiction fantasy in which real science has no standing and human actions have no tragic, irreversible, and global ecological consequences.
At some point, after the Republicans lose enough election cycles, they will take their party back from the far right.
These people tend to be neoconservatives, fundamentalists, and other ignorant haters. They have turned the Republican Party into a reactionary, know-nothing habitat for an odd collection of racists and pro-torture sadists.
It would behoove the Republican party to rid themselves of some very nasty folks then rejoin a diverse, tolerant, compassionate and vibrant America

Azul Del Fuego   April 25th, 2009 - 2:56 pm

Here’s another one: “The debate is over.” It’s only over for a f_cking moron like Waxoffman. Those right-brained like myself do not see any correlation between human activity and climate change. We see “the sun” has having cause and effect. We see “volcanos” having a cause and effect. But we don’t see the miniscule amount of carbon – loved by plants and trees BTW – from automobiles as affecting anything.

Sundowner   April 25th, 2009 - 4:38 pm

Far Reich Wing Wacko,

So how’s your stock in the NY Times doing then today? MSNBC? CNBC? NBC? CBS? GE? Notice a theme here yet brain fart? Wishful thinking won’t be keeping all those disenfranchised republicans home the next time now that they can see what the stakes are…you libtards will be blown out worse than during Clinton’s term. lol

The UN’s IPCC in close cooperation with United States Congressman and government authorities, in particular Al Gore, James Hansen and NOAA and NASA senior executives and scientists, have been found to be cooperatively misstating and misrepresenting scientific data regarding Global Warming in the interest obtaining monetary and personal political gain in direct violation of the RICO Act.
