Go, Rumsfeld! Wipe that smirk off of Gibbs face! Gibbs is a coward of the first degree, just like his boss, Obowma. Irresolute, dithering, and even when acceding to the request of the General on the ground, he sets idiotic rules. Obowma is not keeping the country safe. He preens and is more concerned with how he looks and sounds. He does not care for the people, neither the Afghanis nor the American soldiers! WHAT A PUTZ!
What a bunch of nonsense
Rumsfeld makes this current bunch in the whitehouse look like a bunch of amateur clowns.
to: “dumbcan”, isn’t freedom of speech great? Well, perhaps you should thank Mr. Rumsfeld
for protecting your freedom of speech so well, because the socialists that you love so much,
would not give you the chance to open your mouth unless you intended to kiss their behinds.
By the way, maybe you should not spend so much time with your bong.
Gibbs was being way far too kind in politely pointing the finger at Rumsfeld and those many other’s giant total failure in Afghanistan for those 8 lost years of total failure in Afghanistan…
It is an extremely tragic failure that our government, at that time, failed our people so profoundly… They really did do the best they knew how. Just the totally wrong people to have in and the very worst time to have them there…
But we must now move past all that and look to the future…
Did Tapper blandly respond to Gibby’s “You go to war with the sec. def. you have” remark (amid the deafening non-laughter silence) with “That’s cute …” (1:02) … to which Jake Tapper got the chuckles?
Is Obama’s bus not big enough to toss D.C. Bob’s a$$ under, or does Gibbs have something on Obama to insure his job position? Pee Wee Herman couldn’t do worse.
L>>K – When you get rid of someone like Saddam Hussein, that is a Big Victory. What don’t you socialists understand about that? You read or listen to too much LSM, think for yourself and you would realize that
Mr. Rumsfeld, Mr. Cheney and President Bush had a tough job to do and they were extremely successful.
They were the best people for the job and not the kind of neutered folks that just vote “Present”.
Let me get this straight. Obama says that Rumsfeld didn’t fulfill requests from his field generals. Rumsfeld says that is not true but it should be investigated to see that there was no breach in the chain of communications from the field officers to the administration. Then when Gibbs is asked about the president’s comments he says it’s up to Rumsfeld to clear it up. Okay then! Barack Obama loves to wear Michelle’s bras and panty hose around the White House. He bows to mecca 6 times a day and he has chairman Mao’s face tatooed on his butt. I don’t need to prove it, it’s up to Barack to explain the situation.
muggins -
6x/day? I thought it was 5x/day. Cripes, that does need `splainin then!
@SanFranciscoGo
Duh…
Bush, the old daddy one, castrated Saddam… He was never worth the next 4367 American soldier’s lives lost since then when a single CIA 22 cal. could have solved that if ever needed… Still imagining those MWD’s after Blix…
Was taking out Saddam with a BIG darn giant war worth the trillion ($1,000,000,000,000.00) dollars since spent in Iraq. “I” would have taken Saddam’s dumb A$$ out for free just for the sport!!!
Quite honestly there SanFranciscoGo, go f* yourself….
Gibbs is an inconsequential POS who will be long forgotten before Rummy is.
It will be great not seeing Gibbs’ sneering smirk. Being an abject liar seems to come easy to him.
Knowing full well that he has absolutely no accomplishments, Obamna seeks to puff himself up by spewing lies about others. Much like the effin liberals have done for the past 8 years. MagicMan, SanFran and Muggins have all hit a home run.
And yes sounded to me as if Tapper threw fatboy gibbs’ stupid boorish remark right back into his face. Tapper 1 Fatboy Gibbs 0
“l<<k", you don't really know what you think you know. Cut back on your bong usage a bit, it should clear up any anxiety for you.
Radical, liberal folks on the far left, once in a while, climb out of their socialist toilet for a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately and to their demise they generally also climb back in, to our benefit.
“L(o)(o)K” you seem like a smart guy – wake up. The cost of the Iraq war since 2001 is about $700 billion. By the way, thanks for the suggestion but not everyone enjoys doing what you like to do.
@SanFranciscGo
Fair enough
You ‘good guys’ are really so very sadly rare here now….
SanFranciscGo December 3rd, 2009 – 3:29 am
700 billion since 2001? Kind of sounds small fry compared to the 787 billion porkulus, the 850 billion TARP and 2.6 trillion HC(phuckus)R huh?
too freaking funny

Gibbs is a blundering fool. This dork sounds as bad as obama without the teleprompter. I’ve never heard so many ummm’s and ahhhh’s. Fatboy gibbs, your president
put this out there now answer it. Don’t say the person ol blue lips blamed should be called on to answer it. If you bunch of pansyazzes had the facts, you could
provide an intelligent answer. You sound like a dithering fool. The American people do not trust this corrupt administration and you are a sorry tool of a
mouthpiece.
Shinseki asked for more troops in IRAQ and Rummy said NO…that is well document..
Rumsfeld step down in Dec.2006.Obama’s remark probably referred to requests that were made after Rumsfeld left the Defense Department and was replaced by Robert M. Gates.
Army Gen. David D. McKiernan, who was named to head Afghan efforts in mid-2008, concluded later that year that he didn’t have enough troops to fight the Taliban.
In late summer 2008, he requested 30,000 more troops from the Bush administration, his request was denied. Bush instead tried to persuade NATO allies to send more soldiers to Afghanistan.
Rumsfeld like Cheney might need to just STFU.
…its funny how the libs give themselves up (almost unconsciously) with their terrible grammar…its almost not fair, how do you debate ideas with someone who cannot even put together a coherent sentence?!? .. all you need in this forum is a spell check and you can identify every marxist idiot on the site
Uhh…Gibbs and Obama are idiots. They are talking about 08 right…yep, they clearly say 08. Interesting since it is the same sec. of Def. Gates who was serving in 08. THE EXACT SAME GUY THEY HAVE NOW!
jbone December 3rd, 2009 – 10:35 am Hey careful now. Not all of us with bad spelling and poor grammar are Marxist idiots. Some of us were just born wired wrong and took too many blows to the head. bahhahhahaa
Shout out to GIBBS,They are hiring at McDonalds !
So why isn’t this creepy Rum-dummy in jail for war crimes? This dope nearly destroyed our military from within as well as bleeding them dry in Iraq.
San Fran go 1:23
Hey Dip Wad Freedom of speech is great! So was seving under that POS! Why is it when someone critiques a republican they are automatically a left winger? They are cut from the same cloth . But you wouldnt know this being from Frisco You Putz

dumbcan, you do not know what you think you know. Rumsfeld is truly a Great American, like it or not
sometimes the truth is just plain painful.
No one is perfect, look at yourself and second guessing someone is always a “piece of cake”.
PS to: dumbcan, to be accurate, in the future include the adjective “big”.
“Shinseki asked for more troops in IRAQ and Rummy said NO…that is well document..”
If it’s so “well document” how about giving a source that proves it…… That’s all Rumsfeld was saying. Obviously listening to Gibbs, the Administration can’t provide evidence to back up their charge of denying repeated requests for more troops.
I certainly will not argue that the strategy in the wars under the Bush Admin were perfectly waged, but if the president (or anyone in any walk of life for that matter) decides to call someone out on a SPECIFIC action or failure, actually checking the facts and confirming that the person you are grilling actually had something to do with what you are calling him out on would be wise would it not?
Unless Rummy lives like the mythical character of Merlin and was born in the future and lives life backwards in time, he had NOTHING to do with resource requests done in 2007 or 2008. You have to be in a position of power to have the power to approve or deny troop requests.
If Obama and the Pillsbury Spokesboy wanted to criticize Rummy for poor management during his tenure, they certainly could do that and in fact do so with some merit, BUT that’s not the attack the President made.
It’s Amateur Night at the White House.
How’s that “hope and change” workin’ for ya?
How’s that “hope and change” workin’ for ya?
It’s working a heck of a lot better than, “Bring ‘em on”, “mission accomplished”, and “yur wid us or yur’n again us”!
