Okay, here's the plan on video taping in the future. There should be another video camera recording the scene as a whole so when these types of attacks take place, there isn't any dispute as to what happened.

In the interest of justice this man must be charged with assault. The victim should pursue damages from every public official that has contributed to the protests as they are not legal and only threaten the public peace.
