George H.W. Bush Calls MSNBC’s Olbermann & Maddow ‘Sick Puppies’

Maddow, Olberman…..be afraid,….be very afraid!
These regressives really have no clue, it isn’t just about the media on the right, it is about WE THE PEOPLE!

Early Cuyler   October 17th, 2009 - 2:14 am

I find it hilarious that liberals attack FOX News, saying that it is an arm of the Republican Party. Watch MSNBC’s “coverage” and praise of the public option and cap-n-tax. You won’t be getting coverage, you will be hearing the same sales pitch that Obama gives in his speeches. I have never heard two sides to a single argument on either of these shows. O’Reilly and Hannity consistently feature liberals on their programs and offer both perspectives to debates. This is why people watch FOX, but MSNBC will never change their liberal talking points format. Diapermann and Mad-cow are the epitome of liberal smugness. I pray for the bankruptcy of General Electric.

lg   October 17th, 2009 - 2:39 am

Madcow and A$$holeberman are a good start, but George Sr. forgot to mention Bill Maher, Jeneane Garafolo, David Letterman, Chris Matthews, Whoopie Goldberg, Sean Penn, Maureen Dowd, Seth ‘The Cartoon Czar’ MacFarlane, Will Farrell, Arianna Huffington, Demi Moore and her boy b*tch, Richard Belzer, Matt Damon, Bette Midler, Wanda Sykes, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Wolf Blitzer, George Soros, Noam Chompsky, Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, Oliver Stone, Al Gore, Joy Behar, Michael Moore, Harvey Weinstein, Russell Simmons, etc, etc..

David C.   October 17th, 2009 - 2:48 am

Well, with all due respect for President George H. W. Bush, he should apologize to all of the real sick puppies for the blatantly offensive comparison to these horrible people.

Of course, I may have to apologize to horrible people for this comment….

…Bush is correct ~ it’s news~on~steroids by Chief Doberman and Glacial Madcow, and let’s not forget Gris Mouthhues!?

Whatwhatwhat   October 17th, 2009 - 6:50 am

Odd considering he helped give birth to the “Willie Horton-there is no low, that is too low, as long as we win” style politics that has turned the right-wing into rabid fundamentalist American Taliban trash.

He then calls for civility knowing full well that the Frankenstein’s monster he created, and is embarrassed by, can only be controlled by denying it the power it so desperately seeks.

Whatwhatwhat   October 17th, 2009 - 7:07 am

By the way, who came first–Rush Limbaugh or Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow? When old man Bush was in the White House no one knew Olbermann and Maddow but we all knew the oddly uncivil and nasty right-wing talk show host Rush. Why didn’t Daddy Bush stand up for civility then? This is a classic playground bully scenario where the bully wants to cry foul after finally running across someone who will punch you in the nose and drop you to the ground.

d.b.cooperisalive   October 17th, 2009 - 7:30 am

How’s the ratings Olbermann? I rest my case.

Professor Dick Zucker   October 17th, 2009 - 7:34 am

WhatwhatwhatAnAssh0le,
Just like the creepy Joo Suskind, you mention the “Willie Horton Ad” as if it’s some kind of evil racebaiting.
For the record, dooshe, Willie Horton was a violent criminal who was paroled early and unecessarily by Du-kaka, and then raped and murdered a young lady. That he was black only reflects the statistics of violent crime in this country where blacks commit 75% of violent crimes.
Libs are ridiculously soft on crime, and the ad was appropos. If there were a white fellow paroled by Du-kaka, the point would have been the same.
You and your “Everything is about race” crowd are a bunch of soft on crime a$$ faeries.

Carl   October 17th, 2009 - 7:56 am

These two just don’t get it.

They can dish it out but they can’t take it.

It seems their defense is that “they started it”………..ha, as if two wrongs would make a right……………by the way, especially with KO, a few facts would help every now and then.

Whathappened   October 17th, 2009 - 8:12 am

Remember when the Left considered themselves to be “peaceniks,” into brotherly love, unity, and all that? Maybe they still think of themselves this way, and yet because some high-profile Democrat lumped Republicans with the Taliban the other day, people like “Whatwhatwhat” are spreading their collective hate far and wide. Calling the right wing “rabid fundamentalist American Taliban trash” tells me that you could use a little old-fashioned “flower power.” Why not find a conservative (assuming you actually really know any) and ask for a hug?

FastFacts   October 17th, 2009 - 8:24 am

Isn’t it funny that everyone on the left always brings up Bush the Elder’s campaign lie when he said “Read my lips, no new taxes.” Okay so where is their criticism of Obama’s long line of false promises, lies at the podium, or lies about his agenda, mostly about his, I mean Congresses, Health Care Bill. No criticism from their side on that. I just thought that was interesting.
(EVERYDAY NEW LIES FROM OBAMA AND OTHER POLITICIANS PROVIDED BY: http://www.americanparchment.com)

claspur   October 17th, 2009 - 8:25 am

Yea… funny. Problem is, on another post here-on Bortbort, old Georgie-boy is almost swapping spit with MAObummercorn?

Watch “The Obama Deception” (1:51:21) this weekend on YouTube.

This is a one-party political system here now, and this whole show is controlled by the rich globalist elite.
I didn’t believe this, and The Fear Mongers a couple years ago on speaking of this, ‘cept, if you look around without even trying, that talk is happening right now by action-in front of our faces…and few are paying attention.(that’s what upsets me most…to Heck with how anyone stands, politically)

Dave   October 17th, 2009 - 8:35 am

I wish the lead in photo didn’t remind me of “Police Academy.” I’m sure there’s a better one out there…..anywhere….

they_R_sickpuppies   October 17th, 2009 - 8:50 am

Keiff Olberwuss and Rachel MadCow are a couple of sick puppies. Worse than that, little girl olberwuss, is a psychotic, self-loathing, coward.

I cannot even watch Sunday night football pre-game because of his worthless butt.

Hey, the more they scream and yell about the evil right, the more I know that the right IS right.

Leftists are history, they just dont know it yet, Americans are waking up to their lies and the hatred of all that is good about America.

thegatekeeper   October 17th, 2009 - 9:50 am

Mr. Olberman, Mr. Maddow could you please address your audience by their first names.
All 5 of them would appreciate it !!

Brian   October 17th, 2009 - 9:50 am

The real problem is that Keith Olbermann & Rachel Maddow are much smarter than the rest of us hillbillies and we can’t possibly understand where they are coming from. Seriously, I’ve rarely seen the level of arrogance and elitism these people display and it makes me sad to think that the general public has little concern for a person’s character any longer. Either that or they have no idea what to look for.

pepito cojones   October 17th, 2009 - 9:52 am

Sick Puppies is an understatement! It’s amazing how puzzled she looks when she describes President Bush-(1), characterization of her person, as if she’s the innocent Little Bo Beep. She makes me sick, the hypocrite! I’m curious, does anybody actually watch these two(2) bumpkins?

pepito cojones   October 17th, 2009 - 9:53 am

That is to be the first Lesbo Elvis Impersonator.

Gorio   October 17th, 2009 - 10:27 am

I know I have to wear my glasses to see, but, there is a very uncanny resemblance between Madcow and Dopermann. It’s almost as if it’s the same person in drag! But, the likening of them to poor little puppies is unfair! Where is PETA when you need ‘em!

Dave, Tn   October 17th, 2009 - 10:34 am

It’s the trash in New York, the city that screwed America that’s too divisive to remain a part of this country. Label a state sponsor of terror and throw the trash out bahahhahaha

Alert the media   October 17th, 2009 - 10:47 am

ONLY MSNBC would pick up on this, The mere fact that 41 knows who Maddow and Olberman are is note worthy. Does anyone still watch those two clowns. They are so happy that ANYONE is paying attention to them that they can make an entire segment dedicated to self serving tripe.

Shiori   October 17th, 2009 - 10:57 am

WhatWhatWhat rape and murder? Leave it to some looney lefty to bring up Willie Horton, is if it were some error of George Bush I. Horton was furloughed by Dukakis. Look up what furlough means. He was already a convicted murderer, and was set loose on the community by liberals’ admiration and trust of violent criminals. Horton then decided, to go a-rapin’. And what did liberals learn? Nothing! Were they horrified that their stupidity caused the murder of another woman? Nope. They were concerned about ‘low-blow’ politics and guess what else….you’ll never guess…RACE. Is there any evil liberals won’t defend or excuse? As long as they don’t have to make any sacrifices, or suffer any consequences, loosing evil murderers on the world is okay with them. More liberal heroes: Ted Kennedy, Roman Polanski, Mumia Abdul-Jamal, Anyone on Death Row, Hugo Chavez, Che Guevara, Castro brothers, Mao Tse Tung, ‘Uncle Joe’ Stalin, Anyone at Gitmo…etc.

CqmmqnSense   October 17th, 2009 - 11:17 am

Rachel, Keith and everyone at MSNBC are insane scabs. The “NEW” Republican Party? I WISH! The Blue Bloods have killed the GOP and have become weak.
The spin and lies by Rachel in this clip is disgusting – Willy Horton ad was legit due to him getting time off from prison, The hitler mustache was started by DEMOCRATS over at La Rousche. Keith Olberman has been doing the “WORSE PERSON IN THE WORLD” bit for years and years.

These lame people just reinvent history and deflect any responsibility for the death of the MSM that is owed to them. Their ratings speak for themselves – NO ONE WATCHES THESE PEOPLE! If anyone is watching it is the radical few on the LEFT!

eamon   October 17th, 2009 - 11:31 am

I’ve yet to hear ANY progressive refer to Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” and his call to destroy others through ad hominem personal attacks. “Me doust think you protest too much, Miss Maddow.”

racerx   October 17th, 2009 - 12:01 pm

Poppy wants a return to civility. This is from the guy that “can’t remember where he was when he heard that JFK was shot.” Oh yeah, pull my other leg. LOL!

RUFUS LEVIN   October 17th, 2009 - 1:16 pm

So now it was a BUSH that “ran a scam” on Dan Rather!! Funny, I thought it was Dan Rather that failed to vet a piece of junk reported by a former military officer, and rushed it to make headlines to slam George Bush before anyone else could do so…for his own grandiosity.

Once Again, the loser former sportscaster pretending to be a TV commentator on the World, with the stupidity of Forrest Gump, lies and makes up his comments, and makes them to his MSNBC fellow sock puppet of George Soros to get some solace for being called what he and she ARE….SICK PUPPIES….a gentle description for selfcented loser lesbian worthless pieces of S***.

Charlotte   October 17th, 2009 - 1:22 pm

Amazing that Maddow is able to sit in her chair, what with that strapon folded down under her lap. Olbermann is able to tear up about his poor father and mother’s healthcare, yet call Glenn Beck a phoney for tears. Time for Obama to be delared “the worst person in the world”

Larse   October 17th, 2009 - 2:18 pm

Of course old H.W. is a bit right ;) But he probably never watches FOX :D The old guy is one of the more decent Republicans out there. We don’t know what happened to the kids. Maybe they got it from the buggyed eyed old lady…

President Bush is absolutely correct, all that foaming at the mouth seemed a bit odd, those two women need to see a Veterinarian (which will be included in the Health Care Bill too), it could just be “FOX Envy”, which fortunately is a treatable condition if you are willing to be rational and take a few doses of reality. It’s the old analogy, “If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around, does it make any noise?”, MSNBC ratings are so low that it’s like a tree falling in the forest without anyone around, both of MSNBC’s viewers thought that MSNBC was a comedy channel anyway. Those two “Journalist” probably go home at night to their million dollar homes, capitalistic comforts and laugh their heads off at their deceptions and practice rubbery mouth movements in the mirror.

PS note to the “Arse” comment above, “hope you feel better now that you were able to shoot off your stinging and clever insult”.

Hooter   October 17th, 2009 - 3:26 pm

MSNBC CNN CBS and the rest are trash organizations…

MrTim29   October 17th, 2009 - 3:35 pm

Horrible reporting by MSNBC… first, they spelled “a lot” wrong in their transcription. Second, Maddow states a question, “Why he calls us sick puppies, I do not know.” And then plays the next part of the audio piece which tells us why Bush41 called them sick puppies, because of their treatment of Bush43. Did she not recognize the obvious? It was so bad, I couldn’t watch further. How do people stomach watching this? Poor grammar and poor reporting! This is not professional in anyway, shape or form. How do they rise to the level of journalists, I do not know.

Righties are inbred   October 17th, 2009 - 3:43 pm

i’ve never seen olbermann or maddow fake sob on screen. glenn beck is completely paranoid and insane. he thinks everybody is a commie… he brings to mind another paranoid, insane demagogue from the ’50s… oh, and what a coincidence, that guy was a drunk too! how ’bout it. the similarities are a little wild, aren’t they? i wonder if mccarthy fake cried on the senate floor every other day.

mightymouse   October 17th, 2009 - 4:15 pm

With their ratings dropping into the sewer where it belongs, the liberal left media is in serious trouble. Ditto especially for MSNBC and NBC who are so far to the left, they are off the radar screen. Rachael “mad cow” Maddox and Keith “I’m a dork” Olbermann are laughing now, but they won’t be when they lose their jobs because nobody watches them or cares about their opinion. George H.W. Bush has more credibility and more raw courage than both of these clowns put together. Ever fly a WWII navy fighter into battle Olbermann? Ever have to face death with your enemies all around you? I think not. Maddox and Olbermann are not only “sick puppies”, but silly puppies for pretending that Bush’s legitimate criticism of them was somehow unwarranted or funny.

lscham   October 17th, 2009 - 4:44 pm

No one cares about these two comedians! Oberman has nothing constructive to say about news and sports and Maddow uses her smile to make comments smiliar to what comedians do when they hide behind controversy with their comedic comments. That’s a liberals style. Use comedy and bury the other guy with misinformation and lies. No wonder they get it back at them.

Also, Oberman and his comments are as bad as Rush Limbaugh with his comments on the NFL but the NFL, the libs, and their croney’s allow Oberman to slide by without any concern being involved in the NFL world!

It’s an interesting world right now! The 2010 election will straighten things out!

ALex   October 17th, 2009 - 7:59 pm

I agree with him on this, those guys are absolute freaks spewing out hatred towards their targets with an attitude that not only can they never be wrong, but they will never admit that they are less than deserving of everything they are given. What a couple of chodes.

Pathetic.

The amnesia of the right makes me laugh out loud. YOU detested papi Bush, he filled the Court with Justices who gave you Roe vs. Wade, he raised taxes after promising not to. He was a one term LOSER. Only compared to his CHIMP son does he seem like the LESS AWFUL Bush.

MSNBC has a kennel full of sick pit bulls as witnessed by the way MSNBC and Maddow grabbed on to this story.

The Bush’s started all this POO flinging? I don’t think so!

As for complaining about a few protesters carrying signs showing Obama as Hitler or calling him a socialist, perhaps you should go back into the archives of photos of President Ronald Reagan, and President George H.W. Bush and President George W. Bush and see the types of hateful signs the majority of leftist protesters carried.

The Bush’s started all this POO flinging? The POO was already heading toward the fan during President Reagan’s term in office.
