Wind turbines do have value in certain areas, but these are FROZEN SOLID. They have not turned since they were installed. In 9 of the last 10 years the average daily temps around the world, and that includes DC, have been the warmest on record in recordable history. And also Jan. had higher then normal temps. You need to start reading fact and stop watching FIXNEWS and stop listening to Republicans!
