It is Bush’d fault. However, those being rescued are because Obama.

jbone   January 18th, 2010 - 9:33 am

..and why the hell can they not get aid in? it has been a week now.. haiti is only 800 miles away.. obama is a hypocrite and a callous opportunist..

Robespierre   January 18th, 2010 - 10:35 am

this is what happens in a country where corrupt politicos and their elistists care little of what the people want or need and where they have disarmed the people.

Snailmailtrucker   January 18th, 2010 - 10:36 am

Where the hell are the helicopters swarming all over the place bringing or dropping supplies?

I could do a better job saving the innocents!

But, I guess there liberal/progressive Democrat politicians who will murder partially born infants, don’t really care about anyone other than themselves!

outraged   January 18th, 2010 - 10:41 am

Where is the media outrage at this disastrous American response? The State Department has to get it’s act together or be held accountable. Neither will happen until the media starts demanding answers. Hatians are dying!!!

Wilkey   January 18th, 2010 - 11:56 am

Doesn’t News Corp have a division dedicated to the transport and sale of babies?

More brilliant rappers for America.

Keith   January 18th, 2010 - 1:06 pm

Can Fox News get food, water and formula to these babies? Why not, if they can get there? It sure would be great PR.

Why must these kids wait for overworked US soldiers or government bureaucrats to get to them. Can’t Fox get it there via the same methods they use to feed and hydrate their news crews?

The comment that blames Bush is humorous. Did “Rogerb” mean it in jest? After all what can Bush do now other than donate as a private citizen?

NewOrleansAnn   January 18th, 2010 - 1:21 pm

What is their excuse? This is awful. If the media can get there, why can’t the food and water makes it’s way. I really have problems with this.

The Viceroy   January 18th, 2010 - 2:04 pm

Sorry! But since when is the US responsible for the internal failures of another country? Is Haiti just an extension of the American welfare state or is it a sovereign nation? The Haitian people and their own corruption and tolerance of corruption is responsible for the squalid condition of their country. Now, they are paying the price for it.

Don't Worry   January 18th, 2010 - 4:04 pm

Do not fret. ABC & BAWBAW WALTERS will take care of things–not to mention MADONNA and ANGELINA. (wink-wink)

WHAT THEY REALLY NEED   January 18th, 2010 - 4:07 pm

Birth control. Education. That’s what they REALLY need (like every overpopulated undereducated Third World country on this poor ol’ planet).

Big government isn't always bad.   January 18th, 2010 - 4:15 pm

This is what happens when you have less government like you right wing idiots want. There is not enough infrastructure and not enough people in charge. When you mix in corruption, the result is chaos.

KC   January 18th, 2010 - 4:42 pm

This is not an Obama bashing opportunity, people. Even former Pres Bush, who completely botched the Katrina disaster, acknowledged today that it’s not as easy to get the necessary aid to the places it’s needed, and completely standing behind the current administration’s efforts. You would probably know that if you watched anything other than Fox News. If you’re so certain that Obama’s administration isn’t doing everything in its power to help these people, then feel free to jump on a plane or boat and personally deliver it yourself. Let us all know how that goes.

Thomas Metzkrueger   January 18th, 2010 - 9:28 pm

Make sure they airlift in a LOT of birth control for those people.

pulaski   January 19th, 2010 - 1:01 am

They are pulling people from the rubble but where in God’s name are they taking them ? I understand medical personnell leave the hospitals at night for fear of marauders. Are the hospital ships off shore yet?

pulaski   January 19th, 2010 - 1:11 am

@Big government etc. You should have stayed in school longer, at least until you’d taken World History.

Fie on the Limey Know-it-All   January 19th, 2010 - 6:25 am

Maybe Mr. Limey Chip Chip should get in the truck he uses to haul his camera equipment around and go find some help for those babies.

He knows where the UN is, he knows where the military is, he knows where all the supplies are, so why wouldn’t he just shut his flappy mouth for two seconds and go get some help.

surprise BDAY   January 19th, 2010 - 2:28 pm

I hope the First Lady had a wonderful Surprise Birthday Dinner …I’m she got her water glass filled several times!!!!!! And then walked away with a full glass on the table. Shameful .

Big Jake   January 19th, 2010 - 2:43 pm

Why didn’t the reporter take supplies for the babies with him??? He knew what the situation was before he got there. Is this reporter a complete and total moron???Why didn’t he bring the babies back with him to the airport where they could be taken care of!!!!!!!I
