Even so, for what it is and provides, Congress, in 2003 put provisions on the VA medical care that was PROMISED to those who served and you now must qualify annually to receive your benefit.

That will be enough to swing the election in 2010 and 2012 with any luck. So all you people with elderly be sure you take an absentee or early vote ballot to them and get them to vote or take them to the polls.
