These union workers realize that they are getting paid 300% of the fair market pay, so one day lost is not a bad price to pay for loyalty to their 'benefactor'. However, only a few of the union workers can see that the market value their labor has been drastically lowered by the Democratic party's policy on immigration. The same party they have supported with their dues and votes have made them more and more dependent on the union to earn a livable wage. The communists use the term 'useful idiot' to describe the loyal union worker.
