How about taking some time to look into a new method of health care. Give the states x amount of dollars and distribute that amount quarterly to hospitals as a refund for uninsured services or a tax break for their non-profit side. The only thing he is not rushing is costing American lives in Afghanistan. You do quick deals to keep the other side at a disadvantage in business, not Government. This is unfair to the taxpayer. Let’s study the problem first.
