As a life-long resident of the Houston area, this is one of the moments I am most proud of. Houston may be turning into "San Francisco East" but every once in a while the people stand up. Just for clarification, the racist group that caused the demonstration was the Nation of Islam, not the Black Panthers… they are two separate groups, equally racist but with different degrees of militancy.

Watching this makes me Proud To Be An American !!!! I was in tears watching this video as I watched my Fellow Americans take a Stand against those who have no business perusing those who choose peace and there's not one of those NBP's that can claim racism or say anyone yelled racial epithets towards them as they figured out they should run for the hill's !!!

Keep in mind that Houston opened it doors, it's wallets, and it's hearts to two hundred thousand New Orleans residents who were dislocated due to Hurricane Ike (most were overwhelming Black) No other city, or state stepped up to volunteer help, but Houston fed, housed, gave medical care, and helps thousands get back on their feet. Houston was never repaid by the Federal government, and had to absorb the millions in debt it had accrued,. Houston can be generous, BUT for the most part, most Texans will never tolerate groups like this. And, btw, Pfw51, I beg to differ about Houston turning into "San Francisco East". I believe you may be thinking of Austin Texas! .

Initially when I started watching this video I was laughing and thought it was great to see these dirtbags get treated like crap. But I think these guys were truly in fear for their own safety. And oddly I felt a little bit sorry for them. Only a little bit though. And I shouldn't, because they are race baiting hateful racists that I believe wouldn't resort to violence if they thought they could get away with it.
