Sure, it’s probably just a rumor, but it’s odd how he’s been behaving. How many minutes would it take to call the governor of Hawaii and have him release the actual, complete BC rather than the incomplete modern printout that’s been released? A few other points. A birth announcement in a paper is not proof of location of birth. Grandma could have posted the announcement in her local paper regardless of the place of birth. A posted picture of a birth certificate is not proof. Likewise, we also dont have proof that he was born elsewhere. Just a lot of speculations.
Gibbs is a liar. He says he put the “Birth Certificate on the internet”. He did not. The document on the internet, the Certificate of Live Birth, can be obtained by Hawaii residents who gave birth abroad.

Even though I’m not a supported of Barrack Obama, the question of his citizenship probably isn’t the reason we’re not getting to see his certified birth certificate. Barrack Obama is a citizen, regardless of his birthplace. If his mother was a citizen at the time of his birth, Barrack Obama would be a citizen of the USA, even if he was born in Kenya.
I believe the reason he’s not releasing the certified birth certificate is because of his race. Since his mother is Caucasian, I’m willing to bet his birth certificate lists him as Caucasian as well.

Gibbs ignores the fact that the “Certificate of Live Birth” issued by Obama staffers is the short form. The
vault copy birth certificate includes the name of the hospital and attending physician. That’s the one we all have
to submit when we apply for a passport. Obama should meet the same standard as all other citizens. Besides,
Hawaii was a new state in 1961, and loopholes in state laws made it possible for children of immigrants not born
in Hawaii to still get a “Certificate of Live Birth”. More $$$ from the federal government that way. The
promise of federal programs was one way to get the people of Hawaii to vote for statehood in the first place.

Two Honolulu newspapers listed Obama as being born there. Birth announcements are provided by the hospital to the newspaper. They don’t list out of town births in among local births. So how did Obama manage to get his name into those two newspapers? Did the Freemason do it because they knew he’s one day be POTUS?
Anybody can easily order a certified copy of his or her original birth certificate. It’s fictional nonsense to think otherwise. In Hawaii, the fee is $10 and the certificate is mailed within days of the request.
And for 25 dollars Obama could get a copy of his birth certificate and assuage us til his heart’s content …

The first COLB posted on Obama’s FightTheSmears website was an electronic forgery. It was digitally manipulated using Adobe Photoshop on a Machintosh CS3. The second version with stamp and a signature was a photo of the document. Show me the original Birth Certificate and passport records and I’ll shut-up.
If this is such a stream of “ridiculous” questions, why not address the questions? Instead, Gibbs/the Obama White House are attempting to ridicule by ruin each and every question by ruining those who pose the questions.
Even IF Obama was actually born in Hawaii, that does not define him as a natural-born citizen (which is the Constitutional requirement for the Presidency, to be both a U.S. Citizen AND a natural-born U.S. Citizen).
This is due to Obama’s mother’s not qualifying for to bestow natural-born citizenship on Obama due to her age at the time of his birth AND the fact that she had limited U.S. residency prior to.
ALSO of key importance is that Obama became an Indonesian citizen when adopted by Mr. Soetoro in Indonesia (Obama’s FIRST husband, because the first ruse with Mr. Obama from Africa was not legitimate and many think it was faked — even Michelle Obama let slip a year+ ago that Obama’s “mother was [unmarried]” when he was born).
There are far too many REASONABLE QUESTIONS that create REASONABLE DOUBT about Obama’s legitimacy for the Presidency and these questions merit reasonable responses. I’ve vacationed in Hawaii several times and have friends who live there. However, one not need live or have visited a state to understand it’s laws.
Maryland was issuing drivers licenses to illegal aliens, until the Federal gov’t intervened, so they could participate in society. So, don’t sit there and tell me it’s impossible for a state to engage in all manner of practices, such as issuing “live birth” certificates to persons.

I could swear that he found the orig. in a book of his mothers after her death and wrote about it in One of his books. So it wouldnt matter if Hawaii destroyed all paper birth certs – and even if they did they would have made copies on microfilm. They do that at banks and counties all over the country to shrink the amount of actual paperwork they need to keep. There should also always be a backup if something were to happen to computer systems and so on….
Obama is not a ‘natural born’ citizen.(see Article 2 of US Constitution) Doesn’t matter if he were born in Kenya or Hawaii, only one parent was a US Citizen. There is a difference in naturalized citizen, US citizen and natural born. His father was not a US citizen which disqualifies him. The founding fathers and framers of the U.S. Constitution, as did almost all nations, used the writings of Vattel’s “Law of Nations” as a guide in adopting and writing their laws.’Natural born’ is used only one time in the U.S. Constitution for the purpose of presidential eligibility, and was defined as “those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.” That is parents, plural, as in two or both.

But IF his academic records include the fact that he was receiving AID AS A FOREIGN STUDENT, then that’d be the most emergent fact that Obama does not want made public and it obviously would evidenec the man as an illegal alien or else certainly NOT “natural-born” as a U.S. citizen.
Obama became a citizen of Indonesia when adopted there. When he later returned to the U.S. (to Hawaii, mother dumped him on the grandparents and took off again), he never appears to have resolved that citizenship question. He didn’t undergo naturalization in the U.S. (which would disqualify him for the Presidency if he had, however), and if he didn’t, then he’s likely an illegal alien who simply returned to Hawaii years later and assumed he was “passing” as a citizen, that no one would look into his situation with any specificity.
But Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship. Once a citizen (and resident) there, adopted there by an Indonesian as Obama was, then he would no longer be a U.S. citizen, to my knowledge…

Obama maintained in much of his Presidential campaign (as he had in years earlier) that he had held no dual citizenship and that his only citizenship was one of the U.S.
THAT WAS PROVEN TO BE A LIE by Obama, when his British citizenship was discovered, later the Indonesian citizenship.
THEN Obama caved and admitted that, yes, he’d been a British citizen, as bestowed on him by his father. But that he wasn’t one any longer, with no other explanation as to why he’d been lying about this for most of his life, if not all of it.

As other comments have made mention of here, a birth announcement in a local paper is not PROOF of a natural-born birth.
It’s just a reflection of a social request. A SOCIAL REQUEST. Obama’s grandmother called the paper, said she’d had a new grandson, told them what details to print, etc., or mailed that in.
ANYONE can purchase an announcement in any newspaper they want. Call them up, dictate what the classified ad is to state, pay the fee, presto, it’s in the paper.
Does not PROVE there’s anything accurate other than someone dictated the information and it was typed up accurately with the request.
Obama very well could have been born anywhere (else) and arrived in Hawaii (or not) and grandma purchased or requested that announcement. Same with the “Cert of Birth” Obama’s trying to pass off as legitimate. It ONLY PROVES that someone made a request for a document,announcement and that it was done according to the request.
Hawaii was a known document mill, also, in the decades in which Obama claims to have been born there: anyone from anywhere could and did request Certs of Birth and make various announcements inorder to feign citizenship and “prove” residency. And Hawaii was also a known comfortable destination for communists, which Obama’s grandparents and mother were, a “safe haven” for communists in the U.S. and from elsewhere where they could settle in and not be questioned.

What is the “advantage” of having all this rumor and questioning going on, while trying to pass various bills, etc.? Surely this will work against Mr. O. in the long run? Why not just release the document (THE REAL ONE), so we all can “move on”? It seems like the more they try to sweep this thing under the rug, the more attention it is getting and likely will continue to get. Because people’s curiosity and worry-muscles are “piqued.”

OK, let’s say for the sake of argument that Obama is a natural born citizen. Why can’t we see his birth certificate? Why can’t we see his college documents? Why can’t we see his medical records? These items and more have been presented by past Presidents. Heck, Bush released his National Guard records. We as Americans deserve full disclosure by our elected officials. We deserve transparency. My daughter was born overseas, where my military husband and I were stationed at the time. However, her birth was announced in our U.S. hometown paper. My parents submitted the announcement to the paper, with no required proof of documentation. It was just to let our friends, family and acquaintances know of the happy event. It was because the first few presidents were actually BRITISH CITIZENS before becoming American citizens and therefore exceptions had to be made for the people alive at the “adoption of this constitution” or they would not have had ANYONE who was qualified to be president.
So that phrase is a phrase which EXPIRED when that generation who was alive at the signing of the Constitution died!

The Constitution requires not “just” a Citizen of the U.S. to be President, but also a “natural born” citizen.
No one who has been naturalized or who maintains dual citizenship, for example, qualifies for the Presidency based upon their “dual loyalties” or rather, undivided attention, so to speak.
The point is not to have anyone in the Presidency WHO IS CAPABLE OF being divided in loyalties between the U.S. and any other nation.
The Founding Fathers wanted the Presidency to remain decidedly committed to the U.S. and only the U.S. (not to “international law” and various other “global citizenship” crud such as we’re hearing now from the Obama crew).
There are more aspects from the Constitution than just that that you reprinted, that address these terms and conditions. I can reprint them here if you would like.
One area of the Constitution makes a declaration, then other aspects of that document then define the terms used in the first declaration. You have to review the total declarations and definitions to fulfill the requirements, not just isolate one passage and say that’s that.

You see, untill the U.S. actually became a, you know, country, and for 35 years thereafter, the only people available to run for president were literally incapable of being “natural born citizens.” Get it? So the only way Obama could take advantage of that clause (i.e., without being a natural born citizen) would be if he was a citizen in 1787. Is that really what you and Gibbs want to hang you hat on? You idiots don’t seem to realize that since 2001 Hawaii has been on a paperless system. Nobody can get a long-form certificate anymore. They laser copied the necessary information into their computer files, then shredded the paper copies according to CNN and the state of Hawaii.
In order to determine what threshold of proof is for ‘Birth Certificates’ we must look at what the laws passed by the Congress have to say in this regard. There is no specific law that has been passed by Congress that is directly aimed at proving the authenticity of a state issued Birth Certificate, but there is clear guidance in this matter. Congress has specifically authorized a means for a citizen to prove citizenship, and this authority has been provided under a General Law.
The Congress has granted the Secretary of State, and by implication the Department of State, the authority to issue Passports under US Code, Title 22, Chapter 4. The granting of authority to the Department of State to issue a Passport implies that the authority to prescribe the manner in which citizenship must be proved has also been granted.
When this authority has been granted to a federal Department or Agency, the rules that the Department or Agency will use are then promulgated as regulations. These regulations are maintained as part of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The Department of State has issued regulations under CFR22.51.42 that state the following requirements for a citizen to prove birth in the United States:
(a) Primary evidence of birth in the United States. A person born in the United States generally must submit a birth certificate. The birth certificate must show
the full name of the applicant,
the applicant’s place and date of birth,
the full name of the parent(s),
and must be signed by the official custodian of birth records,
bear the seal of the issuing office,
and show a filing date within one year of the date of birth.

If all of these requirements are met, the certificate is proven under the CFR and by implication, under the general laws enacted by Congress. In order for that CFR to be over-ridden, wither the CFR would need to be changed, or the Congress would have to specifically change the requirements by legislation.
The State of Hawaii has issued a Birth Certificate that meets all of the requirements of CFR 22.51.42. That Birth Certificate is certified by the State of Hawaii, and is considered proven by the Laws of the United States. It will be up to anyone who challenges its authenticity to prove, by a preponderance of the evidence, that the Birth Certificate is actually invalid.
There is a very high standard of proof that must be met in order to override the Constitutional ‘Full Faith and Credit’ standard granted to the State of Hawaii in this matter. That standard of proof would require that the complainant show proof that there was an actual fraud committed by the State of Hawaii in the certification of that Birth Certificate, or that the certificate itself was fraudulent. Either way, the
burden of proof rests with the complainant. Merely making accusations that this may have happened is not sufficient.
This would be true even if a foreign power were to present a Birth Certificate that was claimed to show birth in another country. Under the standard of ‘Full Faith and Credit’ that is specifically provided for in the Constitution, the public records of the State of Hawaii would take precedence over the public records of any foreign power. In order to meet the required burden of proof, the foreign record would not only have to be proven as true, but also the State of Hawaii’s record would have to be proven separately as false.
So how bout this, all those who think he was born in Kenya, what evidence do you have? I mean a birth certificate, birth announcement, eyewitness reports, etc don’t seem to be enough to prove he was born in Hawaii. So you must have a strong documented case to the contrary, right? So lets see it! I wanna see the Kenya birth certificate, before Iwaste any more time on your stupidity!!!

A natural born citizen does NOT have to have two parents who are citizens. Under the English common law at the time that our Constitution was ordained and established, a ‘natural born’ subject was a person who was born on English soil, and under the jurisdiction of the king. Even a child born to an alien was considered a natural born subject as long as they were born under the jurisdiction of the king.
Any interpretation of the true meaning of the term ‘natural born citizen’, as it is meant in the context of a person’s Constitutional eligibility for the office of President of the United States, must be viewed in the light of the English common law, not on the words that were authored by a citizen from a country with a different common law view.
The courts of the United States are required, by previous decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States, to view those words in light of their meaning under English common law at the time that the Constitution was ordained and established. That meaning has already been provided in the Wong Kim Ark case of 1898. A person who is born in the United States and under the jurisdiction of the United States is a citizen of the United States, at birth, even if both parents were aliens.
To modify the meaning of our Constitution by using definitions that were not germane to the principles and laws that our Constitution was based on is not a true conservative principle. It is, in fact, a position that would only be taken by a radical activist.

If challenged on these grounds, the Supreme Court would have to ignore that fact in order to rule that Mr. Soetoro-Obama is a natural born citizen. In essense, they would have to amend the Constitution by amending the meaning of salient term as that term was used by the founders.

I am not quite sure who to trust I have read a lot of articles about this subject from places like the Drudge Report and http://www.americanparchment.com. They were dair by providing articles that gave a fair view on the subject. All I do know is that I don’t trust the Administration very much and I don’t like conspiracy theorists. I am just a normal American and I would give more faith towards the birthers but it is interesting that they have copies of the Live Birth set in Honululu. But is this the same as a birth certificate in Hawaii. Some places it is and others it is not. I have not made a full decision but this is an interesting subject.

First, the issue of whether President Obama is a citizen is NOT before any court because no one with standing has provided any evidence to the contrary. The law STATES, at the time of Obama’s birth in 1961, that a person born to one U.S. Parent and one foreign born parent, if born abroad is NOT (let me repeat that) NOT automatically a citizen of the United States. You must examine Jus Sanguinis (law of the blood) to determine child’s status. In this case, this falls on his mother. At the time of Obama’s birth, in 1961, his mother had RESIDENCY requirements to meet PRIOR to birth of the child in order to pass along Natural born status. This is 10 years of continuous residency in the U.S. with FIVE of those years AFTER the Age of 14. She was 18 when she had him. IF she was living abroad aka KENYA. HE WAS NOT BORN A CITIZEN. Please read immigration law.

But the real problem with the court cases is that they have just been very poor attempts. No evidence at all, wrong jurisdiction, or like Taitz, have not even been legally filed correctly… The few that have made it near the supreme court were rejected immediately after the justices got done laughing. Even Justice Roberts blew Taitz off as a nut at a speech he was giving…
The giant problem with a court case is that by the time you really do it all correctly and finally get a verdict, it’s going to be like 2020 and Obama will already be out of office. First you challenge the certificate in Hawaii, and appeal that all the way to the Supremes… Then you probably have to go to Kenya and try to get some kind of legal proof from there and you will be fighting just the same there too. Then you might have to try Indonesia if Kenya does not work out. Then you have to prove that he was born there in US courts since just invalidating a birth certificate is not enough. Then you have to come back and fight….. It’s just not going to work…
The courts just are not going to do the job for you guys. You just don’t have the years to do it all. Your best bet is the congress. At lest they can act fast and have a chance of doing something while it still counts. They also act on emotion, bribery, scandals, etc.! :D But you nuts are scaring them. Actually, even if you are born outide the US to two American citizens, you are NOT a naturally born US citizen. You must become naturalized. I know this because I’ve researched it AND I am a naturally US born (to US citizens on an Amry base in Frankurt, Germany) whereas my wife is a naturaliZED US citizen (born in an apartment in Oxford, England).

Gibbs is correct, nothing can be done or said (that has not already been done or said). When these issues first came up the legal birth certificate was posted for the public to view (which, regardless what anyone wants to believe, is full and unquestionable legal and fully binding proof of natural birth status and is ALL that is required). Immediately it was called a fake, so then they called in experts and independent witnesses to validate it. It was validated, signature, seal, fraud controls, records were all legitimate. So then the conspiracy theorists insisted that the long form be verified so independent experts and government officials were sent out and went to the hall of records and verified that the original document exists, is valid and the information matches the short form (which is in essence what was alredy done to create the short form in the first place…that is why a short form is considered legally valid..because it is certifiying such a record verification). Then the birthers start saying things like anyone can get one, that was investigated and disproven. Or that the grandmother said Obama was born in Kenya (it was investigated and she did not say this). Or that Obama was dual citizen or lost citizenship (investigated and disproven). There are plenty of political opponents to Obama who would love it if he were not a natural born citizen except that it has already been investigated and disproven (by independent organizations). There is no story, it is simply people discounting proof and accepting discretited and disproven theories (that people keep repeating as if no one has investigated it [they have] or that no one is listening [they did listen over a year ago, during the election, and investigated and disproved all the theories]). Typical conspiracy crap. I would not be surprised if people start claiming that secret angents snuck into the vaults and inserted a forgery.

National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09)
National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) is scheduled for July 27 through July 31, 2009. NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery.
NLE 09 is designated as a Tier I National Level Exercise. Tier I exercises (formerly known as the Top Officials exercise series or TOPOFF) are conducted annually in accordance with the National Exercise Program (NEP), which serves as the nation’s overarching exercise program for planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating national level exercises. The NEP was established to provide the U.S. government, at all levels, exercise opportunities to prepare for catastrophic crises ranging from terrorism to natural disasters.
NLE 09 is a White House directed, Congressionally- mandated exercise that includes the participation of all appropriate federal department and agency senior officials, their deputies, staff and key operational elements. In addition, broad regional participation of state, tribal, local, and private sector is anticipated. This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom in NLE 09.
EXERCISE FOCUS
NLE 09 will focus on intelligence and information sharing among intelligence and law enforcement communities, and between international, federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector participants.
The NLE 09 scenario will begin in the aftermath of a notional terrorist event outside of the United States, and exercise play will center on preventing subsequent efforts by the terrorists to enter the United States and carry out additional attacks. This scenario enables participating senior officials to focus on issues related to preventing terrorist events domestically and protecting U.S. critical infrastructure.
NLE 09 will allow terrorism prevention efforts to proceed to a logical end (successful or not), with no requirement for response or recovery activities.
NLE 09 will be an operations-based exercise to include: activities taking place at command posts, emergency operation centers, intelligence centers and potential field locations to include federal headquarters facilities in the Washington D.C. area, and in federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector facilities in FEMA Region VI, which includes the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and California.

Considering Obama’s sister who was born in Indonesia has the exact same “Certification of Live Birth” from Hawaii as Obama. And like Obama only one parent was a US citizen (though at the time she was 18 and laws at the time required 19 years of age to infer citizenship). That form is not enough proof of being a natural born citizen.
If the state-issued reprint doesn’t satisfy these people, why would the original? The reprint is based on the original, and it’s just going to tell you the same thing.
I guess the original has information like the name of the doctor, but why is that relevant to the president’s citizenship? Is your citizenship annulled if the doctor pulled you out wrong?
The conspiracy people argue that all the president has to do is release the next document. But they simply ignored the last document or declared it counterfeit, so I don’t buy this argument. They’ll dismiss the original in the same way and start demanding hospital records.

Gibbs refers to the concept that because there are 10,000 other more important issues, that this issue should be ignored. Well, I can tell you a few reasons why this is a big issue and won’t go away, ever!
First, our soldiers are ordered to fight on behalf of our country via orders from the commander in chief. If the commander in chief is not legally able to execute those orders for whatever reason, the execution of the orders could subject each and every troop that executes the order to that of a war criminal, legally. That’s a very bad thing.
Second, each command, executive order or signature that the illegal president may have participated in will be null and void, so the longer this goes on without resolution, the more reversal of authority will have to take place, throwing the country and the free world into chaos as orders are sorted out and the president, whomever that would be, can get the important things squared away.
These are not trivial issues as the white house briefing spokesman would have you believe. I am not a conspiracy nut, I am not over the edge in any way shape or form. The grave results of an illegal president have deep and far reaching impact, and is the main reason why it should have been handled many, many months ago.
Every soldier that is ordered into battle overseas should deny those orders, since they are not clear on whether they are being legally ordered to commit the actions they must in order to execute the orders. It is their right to do so, as they are supposed to question orders if they appear to be illegal, and should so from a self preservation perspective, as they could all be marshalled to face war crimes charges if they act on the orders that result in what would be a war crime if not in a legal war. Regardless of who passed what law when or how the Supreme Court has in fact ruled on any case in the past, if the Supreme Court interpreted and enforced Article2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Unites States Constitution as the framers and ratifies intended, whether in the past, present or future, they would by law be required to apply the “Laws of Nations or the Principles of Natural Law” definition of the term “native born citizen” and Mr. Soetoro-Obama would not be eligible to serve as president due to the fact that his father was not a U.S. citizen.
The only reason that this man is in the White House today is because the Supreme Court no longer interprets and enforces the Constitution. They amend it. They make up the rules as they go along. We have no Constitutional rule of law. If we did, no one, black, white or otherwise, with a father who was not a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth could hold the office of President of the United States.

@logicversusemotion there are only two documents that matter with regards to natural born citizenship status: 1) Lack of a legally recognized and official birth certificate demonstrating citizenship was granted at birth (a still existing original document from a hospital or church is not required for this determination because those have no legal force anyways, only the state certification of the birth has legal force) or 2) The existence of an official ‘oath of renunciation’ signed and executed by Obama after his 18th birthday and presented (and accepted) by a U.S. consular or diplomatic officer or the Attorney General. A natural born U.S. citizen retains the rights to claim citizenship after their 18th birthday regardless of any actions performed by their parents or themselves prior to their 18th birthday. Even if Obama wrote all over the place that he considered himself a citizen of Kenya or Indonesia it would not matter without the oath of renunciation being presented (and accepted) to the appropriate government official (the U.S. would still consider him a U.S. citizen). There are other ways to lose citizenship (treason, fighting in foreign military as an officer, accepting a government position in a foreign government that requires an oath of allegiance to the foreign government after the age of 18, etc) but none that apply in this conspiracy theory. It is also the case that the U.S. will presume in favor of citizenship of the natural born citizen, this means that if someone challenges the U.S. citizenship of someone the burden of proof falls on the person making the challenge (the person claiming citizenship need only provide an official and legal birth certificate [or naturalization record]). We have many things to be deeply discouraged about in this country, perhaps many things even to fear. Two local Honolulu papers published birth announcements for Barrack Obama the day after his birth. Just like the birth announcements published in every city in the country. In the context of time, this is a stronger evidentiary basis for demonstrating that he was born in Honolulu than any birth certificate could ever hope to be. If you still believe Obama was born outside the U.S. you have surrendered your capacity for reason to your passion for hatred. You are not part of the problem. You are the problem. But as a United States Marine, I continue to support your Constitutional right to be dumber than a mud fence. I do feel that this country needs a conservative voice as well as a progressive one, however, and for that reason I pray that the prophets of this “movement” will tire of their foolishness, shut the hell up, and stop destroying the credibility that the Republican party has left.
The document that his campaign posted on the internet wouldn’t be sufficient to get him a passport or enroll him in grade school. If there is nothing to hide, why spend all that money trying to hide it? Just release the original, long-form birth certificate, and the college records. I saw an article where one of his spokesmen stated that Mr Obama’s time would be better spent doing other, more important, things than addressing this ridiculous claim. Maybe if he had shortened one of his date nights by 15 minutes, he would have had enough time to go on the internet and order a copy of his original long-form birtch certificate. Just stop the double-talk, lies, and legal maneuvering.
Provide the American people with real proof that you are eligible, and then move on to wreck the country with a clear conscience, Mr Obama.

Some background on McCain and NBC.
On April 10, 2008 Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO) introduces Senate Resolution S. Res. 511 to “recognize that John Sidney McCain is a natural born citizen.” The resolution is allegedly meant to clarify that McCain is eligible to be President even though he was born in Panama. Because McCain’s parents were both Americans and he was born in Panama because his father was stationed there while in the military, existing law already covers McCain and he is eligible to be President. McCaskill’s resolution thus serves no purpose – except that language is included to try and provide a “blanket cover” for other foreign born candidates without military backgrounds, in order to enable Obama to be eligible to be President. This is the language that Obama inserted “Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President;” This Clause has no particular relevance to McCain [The language is inserted by Obama.][301,303]

Then we have the matter of his citizenship in Indonesia. When did he rebuke
his Indonesia citizenship and when did he reapply for citizenship back to
America? He is supposed to have traveled as an Indonesian Citizen and attended

1980-1990 passports…show me an american passport. Why is he hiding his
passports?
Pray tell… How can you still claim Mr. Soetoro is a natural born citizen
