MYSTIFYING MESS!   December 16th, 2009 - 2:44 am

TO BREITBART EDITORS:

This story makes little to no sense. Why even publish it online unless you can provide enough details for the story to make a TAD of sense?

Why was the fetus “gift wrapped” & under a Christmas tree?
WHAT KIND OF LUNATIC would pull some crap like that? WHY?

And WHY is abortion “legal” if done in a clinic but “illegal” if self-induced?

And WHY would this woman think abortion pills would alleviate heartburn?

PLEASE REMOVE THIS DISTURBING STORY UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU CAN PROVIDE SOME DETAILS TO MAKE SENSE OF A DISGUSTING & MYSTIFYING MESS!

James K   December 16th, 2009 - 7:28 am

Ah the joys of Obamacare.

For that hard to buy for person on your gift list…

Mystifying Mess is a shill for the Fairness Doctrine.

To: MYSTIFYING MESS!   December 16th, 2009 - 8:25 am

The reason why it is legal in some cases and illegal in other cases is because of Democracy. The fight over abortion is not over. The fact that there are still times when it is concidered illegal signifies a victory for the Pro-Lifers, and the opposite holds true for Pro-Choicers.

Also, I doubt the lady thought she was taking heartburn pills. If you were the kind of person to kill a baby, would you not try to do everything in your power to hide from the consequences?

Are you afraid of the truth?   December 16th, 2009 - 9:05 am

Mystifying Mess is right. If you can’t write, talk, and report responsibly then maybe there should be a Fairness Doctrine. Research your story properly before you put it out there, you dopes.

The event, first reported on KRGV-TV, is the story. Like most crimes, the motives will be revealed during the investigation.

Should KRGV-TV have held the story until all the facts and motives “MAKE SENSE” to you?

Roger Bannister   December 16th, 2009 - 9:21 am

Sorry MYSTIFYING MESS & Are you afraid of the truth?!, but this is a massive story.
I’m an idiot, and and I got it on the first take.

Where is NOW? Why are they not standing behind her? I thought it was her “right to choose.”

The reason that she is being “charged” is because there is a body. If it wasn’t too big to flush, there would be no story.

Abortion “legal” if done in a clinic (they can legally destroy the evidence) but “illegal” if self-induced (you have to get rid of the body…. hello?)

If this doesn’t point out the hypocrisy of abortion and the “right” to choose NOTHING does!

Massive story

O'Really?   December 16th, 2009 - 9:50 am

Actually, I don’t see this as a crime and it is a non story. If this woman wants to terminate her pregnancy, then she should be allowed to do so by whatever means she chooses. I personally think that this is not a good way to do so but maybe she didn’t want to go to a clinic where self-righteous morons will yell at her. But Roger Bannister is correct about one thing, it doesn’t make sense that only abortions performed in clinics are legal and self-induced ones are not. If what she did is illegal, then the law should be changed.

easye2984   December 16th, 2009 - 3:09 pm

Murder charges please. THIS IS NOT RIGHT.

More Questions   December 16th, 2009 - 5:03 pm

Mystifying Mess is correct. There seems to be a lot more going on in this story than has been reported thus far. Those who claim that asking questions is somehow acting like a “shill for Fairness Doctrine” are kneejerk nitwits who are so blinded by their own ideology that they cannot think straight.

If abortion is LEGAL, it should not matter whether it’s done in a clinic or in a woman’s bedroom (altho, hopefully, a clinic would provide a safer setting, but that’s not the point). If the morning-after pill (abortifacient) is legal, then what is this woman’s crime? How far along was the fetus?

And WHY was it put in Christmas wrap under a tree? THAT SOUNDS ABSOLUTELY SATANIC AND DIABOLICAL! No SANE person would do such a horrible thing!

Stories like this do not inform; they only IRRITATE because so much information is left out (or unknown) and we can only hope that more info will surface that will try to clear up some of the “mystifying mess”!

Not a "choice" issue....   December 16th, 2009 - 7:36 pm

It depends on the law in their state whether this is a murder charge. This would be considered murder if the baby was past a certain term, even if they aborted it in a doctors office it would still be illegal. There are only two states (I believe) that you can legally abort a child past the third trimester. If the baby was past that point then it’s murder, duh… Ignore the idiot reporter calling it a fetus and not telling us how far along the child was.

Why are all you people turning this into a debate about “choice”. Pay attention!

James K:
Obamacare? WTF do you mean, idiot? Not one change has been made to the healthcare system. Gullible morons like you helped kill that. I’m sure you’ve got yours though (don’t worry, you’ll never get cancer).
Tell you what, let’s force all unintended pregnancies to go to term (put ‘em in jail to make sure they finish it). Then, we’ll dump all the newborns on James K’s doorstep, ring the bell, and run away! Jesus will help him take care of them. God forbid taxes might be called into play.
