Mr. Loyd is correct in some ways. Where I live this would not apply becasue my city is full of open minded intelectual progresives who are open to all new ideas and change. Now if we were speaking of some Hillbilly white part of this country Mr Loyd is correct. What everyone needs to understand is Diversity is very important, and all white people should listen very closely to what Mr Loyd is saying and grasp that it is a very importent part of the equation to our success. Whites have abused the Black people for hundred of years and now it is time for us to listen to their advice and wisdom.

Then whyte liberals said that if daddy is not around any longer, then mama can get an even bigger check for the more babies she has. And what did that do? It broke apart the poor family. Liberal programs ALWAYS have the opposite desired effect.
Conservatives have traditionally stood on a platform of individualism – which includes the ability to innovate, open a business, and get rich. In most cases, this can’t be done alone – it requires the innovator to hire workers. This is where poor people now have the opportunity to get rich. The conservative approach has always been to have compassion towards poor people. This why conservatives donate FAR MORE of their money to charity than liberals in survey after survey. This is why conservatives are against abortion is because that individual that you could snuff out could be a great scientist, doctor, or teacher that could help mankind.
Liberals show their racism time and time again by keeping poor people down, promising them more, in exchange for their vote. Liberalism has infected our schools which if they were educated properly, poor people would break out of the “victim” mold within a generation.
To illustrate “trickle down”, I worked for a big high tech company based in California. They had once poor people working on the shipping docks that were millionaires because they stuck with the company, the company prospered, and they prospered along with the company.

I’m sure I must be overlooking something or my research must be terribly flawed so please help me by adding some to my list. Nowhere else in the world are people of all colors, races, creeds and religions given so much opportunity to better themselves financially or personally or given the opportunity to advance into the corridors of power. There are huge numbers of blacks in all sectors of the government today including holding the highest office in the land. They’ve made tremendous progress in the past 50 years.

much regulation, etc. to undermine and completely ruin everything that the chinese citizens created before
the mandarins were elected. At that time Tamika, China was very advanced in the world, the people
before 1000 AD created technology, education, agriculture, bronze, iron, etc., that’s what happend in
Ancient China before the mandarins emerged into chinese government. Tamika, my advice for your dumbass
is to study and review history all over again, study the Russian-Revolution, Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy,

The first thing of which people in the US need to be disabused is that government has to be BIG. I’m afraid of very little except big government because when they think they can give you everything, it means that they are just waiting to take it away unless you tow their line (apologies to Thomas Jefferson). The Banks that are not puppets learned the weight of government strings. GM doesn’t care – it is so ossified that it will fall over unless your tax dollars are there propping it up. Chrysler bond holders got a quick lesson in what government control really means: bully boys reminiscent of the organising of the Longshoremen.
When the government can dictate what you do and don’t do, skin colour, sex, national origin are all irrelevant as you are going to have to march to someone else’s tune, no matter which song you might want to choose.
So wise up, folks. This isn’t “1984″ anymore, it is “Brave New World” – and YOU aren’t in control.
The goal is not equality, per se, it is government that costs less than 10%, 8%, 6% of GDP. Now that has to be manageable because we, as citizens once again rather than subjects, have to be responsible for ourselves. What a refreshing thought.
For those in the west who had to grow up with affirmative action, most of us view it as institutionalized racism.
I saw so many unqualified, incompetent affirmative action hires working for the state it was amazing. One young black guy caught sleeping under a fire engine during a fire, and still can not fire him because of his color (which is why he got the job in the first place). 110lb women who could not even pick up a hose pack who had tests falsified in front of us. I could go on all day with how it has affected any job the government has exerted this cancer over. I saw my 6′3 brother passed over time & again when he tried to get into law enforcement with top scores on his tests and vet status.
Affirmative action is unproductive and racist by it’s very nature. Affirmative action in lending practices led to the whole banking meltdown led by groups like Obama’s ACORN forcing bad loans on banks that should never have been made.
Look what affirmative action has given us for a president…
Obama and the Czars
President Barack Hussein Obama said he wants to transform America. I ask, “Into what?”

He has appointed a number of radical “Czars” as his advisors. “Green Jobs” czar, Van Jones stated he was “radicalized in jail,” and admits to being a “Communist”, and a “rowdy black nationalist.”
The “science czar,” John Holdren is for sterilization and abortion for population control, and wrote, “Indeed, it has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society.”
Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, the “health policy” czar blames the Hippocratic oath for the overuse of medical care, and that doctors need to serve two masters “the patient and society.” He stated, “Medical students should be trained to provide socially sustainable, cost-effective care.” One sign of progress he sees: “the progression in the end-of-life care mentality from do everything to a more palliative care shows that change in physician norms and practices is possible.” “Treating 65 year olds differently because of stereotypes or falsehoods would be ageist: treating them differently because they have more life-years is not.” Could this be construed as the “Death Panel?”
Legal adviser Harold Koh stated, “Judges should interpret the Constitution according to other nations’ legal “norms.” Sharia law could apply to disputes in US courts. The United States constitutes an “axis of disobedience” along with North Korea and Saddam-era Iraq.”
“Diversity” czar, Mark Lloyd on the First Amendment stated, “It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of speech or the press…This freedom is all too often an exaggeration…At the very least, blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction from the critical examination of other communications policies.” He apparently will decide what is acceptable over the airwaves, and fine the stations 100% of the operating budget if he deems the content not “diverse” enough. Sounds like the “Fairness Doctrine” repackaged, and it’s meant to stifle conservative speech. They believe in free speech as long as you’re saying what they believe and want to hear.
Obama stated he was going to have the most transparent administration ever, and because these are just some of his “radical” advisers and some of their views I have the following questions for him:
What are they being paid?
How much influence do the czars have, and on who?
How much power do they have?
Who do they answer to?
How were they selected?
Who selected them?
Why were they selected?
President Obama now knows of their radical views, and thus will he keep them on as advisors? Probably, because these “Czars” are a reflection of whom Barack Hussein Obama really is.

Sgt. James Crowley of the Cambridge Police Department arrested a Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. for disorderly conduct.
The facts are, the police responded to a burglary call to Gates house from one of his neighbors. The front door had been damaged from a previous burglary attempt. Gates was in the house and was uncooperative in identifying himself. When Crowley was explaining to Gates his reason for being there, which was he was responding to a burglary in progress, Gates shouted, “why, because I am a black man in America,” interjecting race into it. He continued his tirade calling the officer a racist among other things until he was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Gates was outraged by his arrest when a white police officer entered his home without his permission. Even though the policeman was doing his job. Professor Gates teaches African studies and I wonder what is actually being taught in his class
President Obama said the Cambridge officers acted “stupidly “ regarding the incident. He went on to say that anyone of us would be pretty angry and that it is a fact that African-Americans and Latinos are being stopped disproportionately by law enforcement in this country. He made those statements without knowing the facts of the case. But what would you expect from a Community Organizer.
The next day Obama’s teleprompter told him to say I wished cooler heads would have prevailed and the officer involved was outstanding, but stood by his racial profiling comment. Race relations will not get any better in this country when President Obama gives credence and also was influenced by race baiters like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan, and Jeremiah Wright.
My question to Gates and Obama are, “Why the outrage? Why the anger?” The police were doing their job. Gates was the one who escalated the situation. What would they have said if it was not Gates but actually burglars in the house and the police let them go? Also I would not be angry for the police doing their job in trying to protect my property.
Statistics show that blacks commit a disproportionate amount of the crime. Therefore, what Obama should be concerned with is reducing the crimes being committed by African-Americans so they will not be “profiled.” Police may be reluctant to do their jobs because of the racial tension caused by Obama’s comments on the issue, thus causing the crime rate to rise.

Black Americans don’t seem to like black Africans either from what I have noticed. Most Afro-Americans I know are pretty good people and don’t play the race card and 95% of them are Christians.
