But there is something else that can be said about these facial movements is that he seems to really believe what he is saying, which to me and others is misguided because, if you were watching, each of the clips of the Republicans were explained afterwards and they had rock solid reasoning to say what they said.
But it is very possible that Obama truly believes this will help everyone even though those that have will be hurt immensely.
