These people should have stayed home because, ‘what if a dog ran out in front of their car and they swerved to miss it and they crashed into an oak tree injuring or killing themselves or others’. Or, what if ’sun glare got in their eyes and they ran a red light and t-boned a bus. Or, what if … what if….

The helicopter pilot is someone to admire. He has accumulated the wealth and skills to be able to give his son a memorable first day of school.

Too bad he apologized. What he “should have” said is: I’m sorry you people are such MORONS!”.

This is pathetic. The school and the sheriff need to grow a set and quit being sissy politically correct fascists. No laws were broken so why even bother the dad? Pathetic…

The world is changing right before our eyes. It seems we need permission to do almost anything. I don’t understand why this man needs to apologize.

One couple at the high school I went to showed up for Prom in a helicopter. The guy was hilarious. The teachers were laughing about it. I don’t remember anyone asking if they broke some law or rule.

Which family would you chose:

a) The one that rewards a child by flying him over to the school

or

b) The one that makes a child stand up at a Dirt Ball’s funeral to “bootleg” Socialism?

What’s Maobummer’s FAA Czar’s name again?

You can bet Dad didn’t fly his boy to a private school… if anything, He needs investigated for that ongoing error in that judgement.

Show me anywhere in the FAA rules that states that a pilot cannot fly his child to school-or anywhere that has a legal landing field.

Maybe he should have had his Mother In-law do a fly by the Statue of Liberty in Airforce One. Sounds like a much better Idea.
